These guys set the standard for customer service and quality. I really trust these guys they ve helped me on numerous occasions to make the right diagnosis, and repair in timely manner so we have our vehicles running right and our life back on track. Having a car problem can be very disruptive these guys know it and get it sorted out fast and it s done right ! German cars is the specialty here but we take all our vehicles in, even Toyota.

Oscars is a great automotive service !They provide quality diagnostics and service options. Brad and his team at Oscar's Automotive are the only European car mechanic in the Valley I'll take my BMW to get serviced. They are honest and do not waste your time or money on unnecessary repairs. These guys are the best!

The service I received at Oscars Automotive was prompt, professional and courteous. Took my 2008 Smartcar in for a transmission issue. The part had been installed previously and was under warranty, so no charges. Thank you to your team for an excellent experience!

I have to say, I rarely write a review but I m going to take the time to write this one. Oscars automotive is BY FAR the best mechanic shop I ve ever taken any of my vehicles to. The customer service here is SUPERB! I normally take my vehicle into BMW Peterson, which they have been great over the past 6 years, but Oscars Automotive has won me over as a loyal customer. Thank you!

Oscar and his team know what they are doing! They thoroughly inspected my 1982 380sl, recommended repairs and fixed my original issue. It was a great experience, they did more than I asked and made sure it was done correctly. They are my new shop for my old Mercedes and I couldn't be happier!

Very disappointed. Brought my car in to find out overall problem and they advised me to fix a list of items before telling me what was actually wrong with the car. Told me to bring it back when check engine light came on in which I did then they said it wasn t fixable and didn t put my car back together the way I brought it in. Then had the nerve to charge me double what was quoted for the inspection. I later found out all the good reviews were from the previous owners DO NOT GO HERE.

Oscar's Automotive demonstrates a level of service commitment that is superb and it shows. . .I'm 77 years old, have owned 8 Mercedes Benz's so maybe I know something when I say, it doesn't get any better than this. . .it's the best Boise has to offer, I've tried the others, Oscar's service if far above. . .

I only trust Oscar's, and the rates are realistic, and they don't take advantage of you. I referred my friend also, and they fixed his AMG, and he, too only uses Oscar's. We are life's! Thank you, Fellas!!

Oscar's Automotive has exceptional customer service and diagnostic staff. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. After reviewing the prior work done on my car by another business, they thoroughly diagnosed the needed repairs. Oscar's Automotive does high quality work and my car runs like it's new.Will and John took the time to educate me on the best way to care for my engine, etc. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and honest. I have had a very good experience working with Oscars Automotive, great service department staff, and the tech who worked on the car was very knowledgeable, they were able to complete a transmission repair that no other shop that I talked with would even take on. My car left they re shop running like it was new. Worked with Brad and his team and really enjoyed it. Typically that is a strange thing to mention when working with an automotive shop - but honestly I left impressed each time I interacted with Brad, John and their team. Brad was really honest, open to talking it out, helpful and really knew his stuff despite my unique and complex transmission issue on my BMW 550i. I also felt the pricing was pretty fair considering what needed to be repaired. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be returning for any future repairs [but hopefully not too soon haha].Keep up the great work!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

My wife and I have used one Mercedes dealership and four independent automotive service companies like Oscar s two in Bellingham wash one in Denver Colorado and one other here in Boise. Oscars is head and shoulders above all of them and there is no other auto repair/maintenance company we will use for our baby Benz.

I took my 25 year old BMW to Oscar's Automotive where my service advisor, John, was very knowledgeable about my car. John insisted that they go through the vehicle by process of elimination before jumping right to the worse case scenario. Although we knew that it probably was the blower and resistor that needed to be changed. Unfortunately, it was what we all thought. However, John and the team at Oscar's jumped right on the job resulting in me getting my car returned to me in great working condition. While my car was there they also serviced all the fluids (oil, transmission, differential, and brakes). I was directed to Oscar s by European Motor Works for my Mini Cooper S. I took my car in to Oscar s to get my car inspected and see what is wrong with it and the diagnoses on my car were documented so well, my family and I were very impressed by the detail and description of each diagnosis including photos as proof, which made me feel confident because some places will try to work you over if you re a girl. When I picked up my car they were super helpful and patient. They went over everything with me in person and asked if I had any questions, and then I scheduled to have my car back at a later date to do some of the work, and I can t wait to have my car running well again!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
