All of my windshield wipers stopped functioning properly during a particularly persistent stretch of winter snow and rain, I was feeling nervous about the hassle of getting them replaced. But, when I went into this O Reilly s my problem was quickly and easily resolved! I m very grateful for the professional, quick service and friendly manner of the team here. Thank you all!

I stopped to buy a headlight for my Subaru and struggles in the parking lot and put it in well. Three employees do the inside and watched no one offered to help me put it in. I will be going to Napa auto parts from now on.

1st at this location and the guys work were very good and answered all the questions and actually went above and beyond help me look and find a couple of parts that no one else could find great job guy 02/18/2024 about 6pm wish I could remember their names

Friendly service, helpful and a fair price.Bought some wiper blades for an old car. Been years since I swapped some out. Never had been an issue in the past, but was having issues getting the old ones off. The gentleman behind the counter came out, got them off and the new ones on in about 5 sec.Felt kind of dumb, haha. Was told that it was no problem.Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.

Good selection of products and the associates were very helpful, knowledeable and friendly. The prices were not overly high, although it's still smart to shop around since there were a few things I picked up from another auto parts store for quite a bit cheaper. Love the " borrow a tool" program they have! I definitely don't need most of those tools more than once so it is nice to have a budget friendly way of aquiring the necessary tools for the job without having to keep them.

It s the simple things in life that make you realize who can and will really help you, and who cannot or will not. Amelia is one of the people who can and will help. What I needed was really simple, windshield wipers, and Amelia helped me find them with kindness and consideration I have rarely experienced. If she ever reads this, I hope she knows that I (Ruth/Ari) am very grateful for her superb service.

Been going to this store for years. Usually im helped by David or Corrine but whoever is staffing this place seems to do a great job because all the employees here are friendly and willing to help customers out. Even when its busy they have great communication and work hard to get eveyone checked out promptly. David has fantastic automotive knowledge and is literally giving out free advice all day long. Thanks for being rad and not looking at customers like theyre stupid for asking questions like autozone up the road

This is the best O'Reilly's I've ever been to! Colin and his co-workers are amazing! They are so knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and kind, and provide outstanding customer service experience! If you're looking for a great experience and honest, happy to help, and friendly service, this is the place to go. Would definitely return and highly recommend this location for sure!

Terry was tremendously helpful! Rolled into the store with a dead alternator/battery and he ran tests on my car, diagnosed the issue, and charged my battery overnight so I could get to my service center down the street. Even provided me with tools to uninstall and install the battery! Was very happy to see him there the next morning as I picked up my car/battery. Gained a customer for life! Thanks again Terry!!!

Nice guys every time I ve gone in. Just went in for a headlight change and a nice young gentleman named Colin was able to walk me through the difference in quality between the lights and understand how to physically change it and help teach me out in the parking lot. Seemed happy to do his job. Would recommend for anyone with basic service needs

Customer service to this degree is few and far between these days. Terry was so helpful in testing my battery, explaining my options, and swapping the battery out 2 days later when I came back in. My battery is in a very inconvenient location, and was missing the mount. He was so patient and polite while spending the better part of an hour out in the cold weather making sure it was done right. If I could give 10 stars I would! I had a great experience at this store, and highly recommend!

I went in to get a battery replace. Their battery lasted barely a year. The guy takes forever to help me, I m the only one there, then tells me to replace it myself since the store was so busy (maybe two other people in the store but whatever). I ask if he has the tools he says yes hands me a cart of tools that somehow does not have the tool I need and then ignores me until I have to almost chase him around the store for help. It was almost funny how little the guy cared about his job. I m choosing to laugh at this but I think I ll go elsewhere next time. Assuming their battery stays alive this time.

In the past I had good experiences with these people. But on 11/03/21 I called about getting a Wiper motor for my car, was told it was in stock and later that day after work, I went in and the person pulled out a window motor for the driver side window. So I ordered the proper part from Utah, through them and they stated that it would be in that friday. I asked for them to call me and the person stated that they probably wouldn't if they got busy and told me to just come in that day. Now friday comes along, I get off after 6:30 pm, sit trough traffic, and find out that they closed @6pm due to "short staffing". Now I have to worry about not having a windshield wiper motor for my car during the rainy season until I can make it in during what ever hours of operation they have decided. I've been a faithful o'Reillys customer for nearly a decade and this is the first I've had this issue. I understand that nobody wants to work, but at least make an effort to contact the people who have ordered and paid for parts letting them know it has arrived. I guarantee tr hat if someone had called me today and stated that my part was in but the store would be closing early, I would have made the time to come in. It takes 2 minutes to make a phone call. Please consider your patrons next time.

Great customer service. Stopped at a competitor at around 8pm and they told us they didn't like to install batteries at night that we would have to come back. There was 3 employees that I could see and only one other customer. Came diwn the road to O'Reilly's and they were happy to do it right away without hesitation. These guys are great!!

David is a star employee. We came in from out of town and he was so polite and helpful. Our starter was going bad. He checked everything to make sure it was the problem. Knowing we were far from home going into a Labor Day weekend. He found us a repair shop with his connections that worked us in I can t express what an asset he was to us and to Orielly s. Thank you kind sir.

The staff are quite knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I'm sure they get tired of those like me who are both lacking the knowledge but eager to learn it. They assisted me in my endeavor and explained the options well, allowing me to better grasp the situation rather than just telling me what to buy. They probably could have taken advantage of my ignorance but instead dealt with me honestly, starting me off on the least invasive plan.

This place is well organized as far as stocking their products. I would recommend that you scan the barcode with your phone to see if there's anything cheaper. That way they can price match that same product.

Our car had broken down and even though we were pretty sure the problem, Chris (the employee there) happily came out and tested our electrical system for us. He answered our questions and gave us great advice. Then the other employee there (sorry, didn't catch his name) saw us struggling to install the new windshield wipers we had just purchased, so he kindly came out and showed us how to install them. We'll definitely return to this store.

Bill was so friendly and helpful! He changed my battery even though it's only 20 degrees outside. Everything works so much better and brighter than before. In fact, every O'Reilly store I've been to from here to Salt Lake City has been the same. Thank you! :)

I came in the other evening after my car completely died on me. At 9 pm, just a little before closing, I came in full of stress and nerves. Dave is the reason I am writing this review! He was incredibly kind and compassionate, and was amazing in that he went out on the cold, rainy, miserable evening to change my car batteryHe explained everything in a way that calmed all my nerves and he went above and beyond to make sure I was set up for my next repair steps! Thank you Dave for being so great! Truly appreciate your kindness!
