Richard Newman, my sales consultant, was fantastic! Communication is key to me and Richard's prompt response to any questions I had was greatly appreciated. I am from out of state however, because of Richard's professionalism, expertise, and communication skills, I had absolutely no issues booking a flight to Boise to close this deal. When I arrived, EVERYONE at Lyle Pearson Auto Group welcomed me with a smile and hello. This was an amazing car buying experience and I would like to thank Richard and the Lyle Pearson Auto Group for everything to make this happen! Oh, and the vehicle I purchased was pretty awesome too!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeanette this past Saturday and Mark the sales manager. I called wanting to purchase a car I had my eyes set on and due to a couple of hiccups on my part (put the wrong name on the cashiers check) they had to jump through a couple of hoops but they were absolutely incredible. Even though I created a slight hassle and I live in texas purchasing from a Boise dealer they made me feel like I was the only person the entire dealership was dealing with which I know isn't true. I would gladly work with them again and cannot wait to see my new car when it arrives in a few weeks once check clears and transportation delivers. It was an absolute pleasure working with your team up there. Would gladly purchase from you again and will be checking out your inventory when the wife is looking for a while this summer/fall. The best car purchasing experience I've ever had, period. I called Italo about a corolla cross. A few hours later I showed up, he had the car ready, and off we went. Italo didn't have any sales gimmicks, he was honest, open, and transparent in all aspects of the sale. Great guy!Justin, one of the sales manager, went above and beyond to accommodate with my down payment.Then you get to the financing department, the room that can make your knees shake. Johan was an energetic personality who not only made the entire process seamless and less than 30 minutes, but he didn't push any services or plans I wasn't interested in, etc.All in all, 6 star service, great staff at this location, thank you Lyle Pearson!

Five Stars for Ted Cook and Scotty McBean! After I encountered a frustrating experience with an online vehicle vendor, they helped me with the purchase of my Rover. Their care and concern was above and beyond (yes, pun intended as it was a Land Rover purchase) and their professionalism and honesty restored my faith in the car buying process. It pays to buy locally! Ted and Scotty saw to it that all of my questions were answered and that I was 100% sure of the (used) car before signing. They were always available and thanks to them I am now driving happily and reassured. Highly recommend Ted and Scotty and would not go anywhere else for Land Rover sales and service!

Very pleasant to deal with lyle Pearson Dealership when I purchased my car. All of the Staff were polite and very professional. Rich was my sales agent and was very knowledgeable of his product, very helpful and patient. I thank him for that. If you are in the market for a Volvo, go see Rich and tell him Bud sent you. I hope your experience is good as mine was. In other words, Volvo is the place to go, Rich is the man to see.

6 months ago I found myself looking for a new car quickly, I was just starting a new job position and had a limited time to decide. I literally went to almost every car dealership in the Treasure Valley, I wanted used, under bluebook, low miles, clean. Due to our economic rise and the pricing of vehicles, which in my oppinion is borderline criminal, I had pretty lofty expectations. I went to Lyle Pearson on a whim on a Sunday and saw a VW beetle in amazing shape in their lot. The next day I went into the dealership, I bought the VW in an hour, they were asking under bluebook when our car prices were at their highest. It had just over 4500 miles, it was a trade in, owned by a Pilot who kept it in his hanger. Best car experience I ve ever had. My person was Richard Newman, also best person I have had help me at a dealership. Very cool experience.

I have bought two mercedes here over the last 10 years and they both were pleasant experiences, the staff is pretty great about making sure you get what you want and ensuring you feel comfortable and appreciated. Marlon helped me with my current car and he's great, I would happily buy another car from him without hesitation. He really went out of his way to ensure I was able to test drive the car which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to appreciate it! He is also very knowledgable about different aspects of different vehicles and is eager to help; would highly recommend Marlon to family and friends.A second note, and this is months overdue, but I really feel it is imperative to express how impressed I am with Derek Sykes as a service advisor. He is amazing; so knowledgeable, helpful and professional. It really is comforting knowing he is handling the service/maintenance aspects of my vehicle and I don't feel as if I have to worry about a thing as it is so wonderful to have the confidence that I am being taken care of. Servicing a vehicle, especially a German auto can be intimidating/worrisome but up to this point, it's been surprisingly pleasant thanks to the support from Lyle Pearson and the service staff and I hope it continues to be wonderful (fingers crossed) as I love having this fabulous local resource. Only positive things to say about Derek!

Great service buying remotely from Texas. Everything was handled and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. They were straightforward on negotiation and we settled easily on a satisfactory price. Jeff Woody (salesman) was excellent throughout and pointed out directly the only blemish on the car, which arrived to me exactly as described and shown.

I had a great experience working to not only purchase my vehicle through Richard Newman at Lyle Pearson's but to have it shipped across country to the East coast. This was my first experience purchasing a car so far away and pretty much sight-unseen. Richard was very attentive to my concerns and responded to my numerous texts and phone calls with patience and preparedness (and on many occasions, I had forgotten that he is in a different time zone but he still answered). He even sent a personal video pointing out the many details of the car which helps a lot because pictures don't always show the "good" and the "bad".Car is now here at my home and is everything I had wanted and as Richard had described. Again, if you are ever in need of a new or used car, don't hesitate to go to Lyle Pearson's. They have a great staff-from the receptionist to the salesman to the finance manager. Thank you again Richard for all your help!

Sebastian and the staff at Lyle Pearson were amazing. I ordered a new Acura over the phone. It was simple and so easy! Sebastian kept me updated throughout the entire process. In the past I have been in a dealership for over 3 hours when purchasing a vehicle. This process was quick, to the point and actually a fun experience. The staff was extremely kind and seemed excited for me. I would 100% but another car from Sebastian at LYLE PEARSON ACURA!

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Lyle Pearson. Excellent customer service with no pressure to buy. We loved how professional and honest everyone was. Mike Hazel is the BEST to work with. He keeps in contact with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. He will even call you on your birthday! Whenever we are looking for a car, we go to Lyle Pearson first.

Ask for Marlon. He is very straightforward and supportive. We had a minor pricing issue, and he handled it smoothly with integrity, preserving the positive nature of the experience by immediately choosing to "do the right thing." I generally dread the whole car buying experience, but he restored my faith in the process. Would not hesitate to shop at Porsche Boise again.

Buying a vehicle at a dealership for me, ranks worse than a root canal. Just the stress level of dealing with people pulling tricks is enough to make me cringe. I have purchased Three Brand New Ram/Jeep/Dodge products and Two F150's in the last Six years. I have also attempted to deal with some GM products but again, dealer tactics get in the way of a sale every time.This year, I decided to treat my self to a used Porsche, apprehensive as I was to walk into Lyle Pearson, even with my own financing setup ahead of time, I got the biggest shock of my life. A dealership that actually cares about customers, customer service and going beyond the extra mile. There was no games, tricks, or shady tactics pulled. Even a month after my purchase my used Porsche started developing a noise due to a failing part, which I was sure the warranty wouldn't cover. It was covered. I have to say, from the buying experience, to the service department and even the parts department when buy extras, it has been overwhelming amazing and refreshing.The fact I was also given a Loaner car, was a huge change from me trying to find my own ride to and from work. The Lyft service that is provided was also great from the service aspectLyle Pearson Porsche and Lyle Pearson has won my business and when I am ready for my next purchase, they will have the first go. I highly recommend Lyle Pearson Porsche if you are in the market for a Porsche Product.

I had a wonderful experience with Lyle Pearson. We live in Bend, OR and found our dream car, a CPO 2017 Volvo XC90 with the only available options we wanted in a car- anywhere in the states. I contacted Ted and he was very easy to work with. Most of all, he is somebody I felt I could trust for a long distance transaction. The vehicle was already priced well, so I felt it unnecessary to deal back and forth and he was fair with his final offer.My wife and I arrived just past closing (didn t consider the time change from Central Oregon) and Ted took the time to go through the vehicle with us, after I initially said it wouldn t be necessary (I wanted him to get home- we already felt a little bad for keeping him). So, Ted went through the vehicle with us and got us up to speed. Which was a good thing, in hindsight. Lots of options and amenities you can miss out of your own car that you may never find.Nate, their business manager was easy to work with. He gave us competitive quotes on an extended warranty, as well as other add-on s.I highly recommend working with LP.

I would definitely recommend Lyle Pearson. We worked with Dalton Bowman to buy a car that was just right for our family. He asked us what our needs and wants were to help us find the car that was right for us. I had an idea of what car I wanted but in the end he was able to find us a completely different car that gave us way more features and was still in our budget. He was super friendly, respectful of our time, incredibly knowledge not only about their inventory but cars in general, and never pressured us. He definitely was not the typical car salesman. He was more focused on matching the right car to the right person than just making a sale.

We purchased a used Range Rover (they had no new ones) in November 2021 from Lyle Pearson and their service department is horrible. I have had the vehicle in 3 times for a Key Fob/Locking/Alarm issue and to date it still isn't fixed. They don't return calls, they give wrong information and they act as though I am a bother to them........ it is soooo frustrating.We also purchased the Windshield Replacement Policy and I called Friday due to a crack in the windshield and they had me call the installer who then sent me back to the dealership since the dealership has to do the paperwork before it can be replaced.Jeannette, the salesman has been prompt in returning calls and trying to help, but she has no control within the service department.I'm told today, that they are out at least a month for the windshield, and yes the parts needed from my 2-14-2022 visit are in, oh sorry no one called. They can get me in on 3-18-2022 but they will need to keep the car all day. I requested a loaner, and they said oh they are over a month out for appointments if I need a loaner.I realize $80K for a car is not alot for many people, but I would think that it should at least get you returned phone calls and the pretense of caring that you are getting TERRIBLE SERVICE.We were planning on buying a New Range Rover this year, but if we have to buy from Lyle Pearson we may not.

I would like to comment on the excellent customer service my husband and I received from Lyle Pearson, in particular Mike Hazel. Not expecting to have to purchase a car at this time, we were not in the market for an expensive vehicle. Even though it was freezing outside Mike came out to help us with a bright smile and a warm handshake. He treated us as though we had a million dollars to spend. He took the time to find me a beautiful car in great condition at a price better than I expected. In a time when business does not seem to value true customer service, Mike is a gem!! In fact, everyone there was wonderful to us. Thank you so much Mike!!

Working with Shaun Ferguson was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. When I told my friend about a beautiful pre-owned Lexus I saw on their website, he called Shaun to set up a meeting and within an hour I was test driving it!From the start, Shaun was super friendly and treated me as a valued client - even though I wasn't buying a super luxury vehicle which is his specialty. And, I felt I received a fair amount for my trade in.I was also in the middle of refinancing my house so I couldn't make the move until that was done and Shaun helped make that happen.From beginning to end, he was a real pleasure to work with. The sales staff (Richard) was amazing. No pressure, very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. Everyone was great. That was THE best car buying experience I have ever had. We purchased a used Honda Pilot and got one in exquisite shape, low miles, low price, low/affordable monthly payment, and got a 5 year car warranty and gap insurance. I have only high praise for them.

Salesmen Mike Hazel has become my whole families go to guy. We have in total purchased 4 cars from him over the last 6 years. He goes the extra mile and has always been so patient. When were looking for cars to fit our needs we call him for advice. At the dealership he makes us feel welcome and takes the time to answer all our questions. Collectively I think we've owned every car out there and we all agree Acura has the best quality for your dollar and safety needs. Yes this review is legit and no I wasn't paid :)

Mike Hazel and Lyle Pearson Auto Show make buying a car a pleasant experience. This was the third time I've been involved in a purchase from Lyle Pearson. Each time they have more than fulfilled their part of the deal. I have especially appreciated working with Mr. Hazel and the manner with which he followed up after the transaction.All cars eventually need service. I've been impressed with the professional people and the quality of their work in the service department.

I purchased a used Mazda and it was my first time buying a car using an auto loan. Richard Nueman was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable through the entire purchasing experience. I needed the process to be prompt, as I was only in town a couple of days. Richard worked quickly to ensure I could purchase the car I needed. I would highly recommend Richard and the entire Lyle Pearson dealership team to prospective car buyers.
