Les swab is very professional . Had a problem with my new tires leaking called them . Les swab arrived air up my tire . Able to drive down to the shop. They fix the stems .Highly recommended.Integrity, respect,Employees are amazing!!Thank you, guys . Appreciate you guys!!Much love, respect!!

Les Schwab is the epitome of customer service. In a dispute with a local car dealership over a transmission issue, Les Schwab went to bat for me. Their advocacy was professional, thorough and timely, which resulted in a complete resolution of the issue. Without Les Schwab at my side, I would have had to expend thousands of dollars rectifying an issue caused by something completely outside my control. I can't say enough about Les Schwab both at the local and headquarters level. Everyone was a class act, and I will be a devoted Les Schwab customer forever. Thank you to Corey and team!

If you want your tires done in a timely fashion find different location. I walked in 20 minutes after opening no one in waiting area watch three customers walk in the next hour while my car sat in the parking lot. After 90 minutes I approached the counter only to be told they are slammed and I look around the waiting area only one other guy in waiting area. Make a reservation only. And sorry if you have a tire needing to be fixed

We had an appointment but have specialty tires for our BMW. They had to get the tires from another store. Everything was done and good to go in about two hours!Les Schwab is always available to help when you have their tires. Roadside assistance has helped me out all over from Oregon, Idaho and Utah!

Service was amazing. We were visiting Boise from out of town when we discovered a screw in the tire of our rental car. Austin told us to come in (without an appt) and had us on our way in 15 min. The store was comfortable and clean and all the employees were very professional.

I really appreciate Les Schwab. I had a slow leak and they determined it was a crack in my wheel from when I got stuck off road. I wasn t sure what to do so I left to think but wanted to pay them for the time they spent on my truck. They didn t take my money. What a great garage!

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown. I dropped my car off on a lunch break for an alignment appointment later that afternoon. The team is very professional and had my car finished sooner than expected! I am very pleased with their work and pricing is upfront and honest. 10/10 recommend

Tire fell off the vehicle, the first road trip after my tire change... nearly killed the whole family! Manager initially denied any wrong doing until the evidence was clearly stacked against him. Truck was repaired, long term damage unknown. Disappointed that the initial response was to lie and deny rather than to listen and address what could have been a fatal mistake. Beware.

There s a reason my whole family are Schwabbies and forever will be. The SERVICE and INTEGRITY are completely unmatched.I made an appointment to get my CV axle changed out-as I heard a clicking sound sometimes when I would turn-and to get some new tires.I asked the man up front if he would be willing to drive it for me to make sure it was bad or not.He addressed the 6 walk-in customers (it was 90 minutes from closing) and then went and drove my car for me. He brought me in back with my car on the lift to show me that my CV parts were all good! And the sound I was hearing was from a different system. SAVING ME a bunch of money, since the part wasnt actually bad.MIND YOU, they are currently WAY UNDERSTAFFED and already working late . Yet they STILL TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE RIGHT THING and provide honest service.#LSTCFOREVER

We needed our breaks replaced. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! The wait area has nice tables and chairs, as well as coffee, popcorn, and a TV. They had our car done so fast. They said it would be about 2 hours and that was about the time involved. I will definitely recommend Les Schwab and always go here for tires, breaks, and any other thing they do! I should mention that if you get tires or batteries at Les Schwab and have any issue, they will come to your home to help!!

While I was downtown a warning light came on in my Nissan leaf. They had me in and out within 20 minutes and they did not even charge me. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of the employees. I've done business with Les Schwab for 22 years, they have never let me down. Highly recommend

I don t believe in defacing a business through stars, les Schwab s has been my go to spot for years and forever will be but this location blows. I scheduled an appointment here to get a set of wheels I had laying around mounted up with some new tires I had purchased for them. I had researched these wheels in the past and know their specifications. I pulled out the set up I wanted them to mount up for me, the guy took one look and told me there was no way it was going to work even after telling him that I had done my research and knew this was the set up I needed he promised me my 7.5in wide wheels was 9in wide. (Numbers don t lie but sure) It s not like I was trying to stretch bead on these or anything out of the ordinary all I needed them to do was mount them so I could go install the new set up onto a project car of mine. Anyways I took it to the A-Team they have out at their eagle branch and per usual they treated me like family and had my set up mounted and good to go in 20min. Shout out the les schwabes in eagle but -25 respect for the downtown location.

I have the worst tire luck and frequently get slow leaks due to nails I've unknowingly run over, and I always come to the Jefferson Les Schwab. They will take you without an appointment and if the tire is capable of being patched they will do it for free. You don't even have to had purchased your tires there, which is amazing considering the lack of customer service at most places these days. They really feel more like a mom and pop place that cares about their neighbors and helps out for no other reason than just to help out.This time my tire was attacked by a rock the size of Gibraltar and could not be saved, but instead of trying to sell me on replacing all my tires (only 14000 miles on them so still in good shape) the tech, Nick, was awesome and found a gently used tire that exactly matched the ones currently on, even the wear level. The fact they happened to have a tire that perfectly matched may have been a bit of good luck, but that doesn't take away from the fact that Nick checked in the first place and presented me with the option. I can't recommend Les Schwab on Jefferson enough and when I need to get a new set of tires I know exactly where I'm going!!

Great service. Went in to have the tires rotated, they were busy so we walked around downtown and they called us before the estimated timed saying they were done.

Stopped in needing a tire for our motorhome after I curbed it in the waterfront park. Jerred helped us right away, and was awesome! Less than 45 minutes, and we were back on our way to Wyoming. Can't go wrong with Les Schwab service, and always solid folks working behind the counter.Thanks again Jerred!The Jewells

I took my vehicle in for a scheduled front end alignment and was extremely happy of how timely the crew were in getting my vehicle in on time and completing the work. Very professional in handling customers and explaining unexpected problems. This is the 2nd time I've used this location and must say they are more timely than other locations. Thumbs up to the staff there.

Exceptional service every time! Always professional and friendly! The service department has often checked my tired pressure for no charge. Today, they fixed a tire sensor, flat tire and oil change - all for less than Subaru quoted me for the tire sensor alone. I'll be back!

Tried to SCAM me. Went there for a shake in my steering wheel at 70 mph on 7/16/19 and I assumed it was a simple balancing issue. They told me that there was no balancing issue and that everything was fine besides all four of my tires were worn through nearly all of its tread in the center of the tire and that they would all need to be replaced. I thought this was insane as they are 15,000 miles in to their 45,000 mile life. Their solution on the low end was $450 to the high end over $800.Wanted a second opinion and went to Commercial Tire across the street. They said that my balance was way off as I suspected and fixed my car for $32. Tested it immediately after on the freeway and felt like it was new. They said my tire life was completely fine and that it was half way through its life. Which was expected. I will gladly never return to Les Schwab and they should be ashamed at the practices they use at this location.

Respectful Fast ProfessionalI was one of the last cars in on a "Friday" for oil change & lube and they were great. All my questions were answered. I have had great service at all of their locations.Only (1) one question: How do they get their dirty White Shirts so White for the next day?

Fabulous experience! We needed to replace the two steer tires on our large 40-foot RV and Les Schwab were excellent. Jeff answered all our questions and was able to procure the right tires (with very recent datecode no less) within only 2 days. We were greeted upon arrival, work started immediately and we had our 2 steers changed and ready to go in only an hour. New tires run great and we would use these guys again. Highly recommend Jeff at Les Schwab!

Beyond excellent service! They were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe driving home for the holidays. I am grateful for a business that values customer service and the safety those people coming out of their store without always being so focused on the money that is to be made. I will most definitely be purchasing my next set of tires at Les Schwab!!!

This is my favorite Les Schwab location. The staff is friendly and will guide you though their services with clarity. Air pressure and tire rotations are done with speed which is one of the main reasons I shop at Les Schwab, these services just make it easier for me to maintain my tires and ensure they are reliable and last as long as they can. 4 out of 5 because they can sometimes cost more then other shops in town. When this happens, I always weigh the pros and cons of cost + reliable maintenance.

Zach and Nick did a great job helping me out as the weather was a mess. Great work guys. One hiccup I wish had been handled better is a $22.99 TPMS relearn. I requested from Zach that I didn't need the relearn as I had my own relearn tool and apparently that didn't make it back on the work order. This relearn process takes no more than two mins. When I mentioned this to the service lady she said my wife didn't make this request on check in which is correct, so I paid the fee, however I still think this was a communication break down on their side and since the service was less work than an air pressure check I wish they would have waived this fee. I will come back for sure, but this is certainly an opportunity for customer satisfaction improvement.

I have been to this store several times in my four years in Boise. They never, ever disappoint! Most recently, I drove up at 5:45pm on a Friday night, just shortly before closing. I had a nail in a tire and they welcomed me with open arms, fixed the issue and did not charge me anything. When I asked why, they said because they want me to come back! This is how it is every single time I've gone there-they truly want you to be a happy, satisfied customer. You guys ROCK! Thank you!

I have had nothing but excellent service at this Les Schwab location. From having nails removed from my tires, to brake discs repaired and replaced, the staff have been efficient and friendly every time. These guys do a great job all around.

I arrived one minute before close with a nail in my tire and Nick repaired it in 15 minutes with a wonderful attitude. I am very impressed with the customer service and grateful!
