Got two new tires on Saturday so I would be ready the next time the snow fell. Shortly after I got to Horseshoe Bend from Boise one was flat. Hopefully I will find out Monday what happened.

I went in to get an estimate for rims and bigger tires without any intentions of purchasing, just asking about the used truck I just bought. Matthew R. didnt do his job like an average joe, he went above and beyond! He told me about a set of tires with rims that a guy sold to the store, washed one of them, put one on for me to see how it would look, and sold me on them for a very good deal. Thank you Matthew and the crew they got my truck looking used to looking brand new in under 20 minutes!!

I took my vehicle in to see if there was a bubble in my tire because my steering wheel would shake side to side when driving. They said they will call me in an hour or so. I get the call and the techs said they won't check unless I buy new tires and that my tyerod Is damaged or broken so I said ok install the new tyerod and also asked for an alignment they said it would be done in 3 or 4 hours . An hour and a half later they called said car is ready I went in office paid them 375.00 and when I pulled out of their parking lot I realized it was actually worse so went directly back and said why is my car worse the girl at front desk said leave it here over night and we will call you in the morning to talk about how much it's going to cost you I said why would I pay anything else on top of what I just paid she said we'll we will call you in the morning so by 3:30 the next day they didn't call so I called them they said your car isn't done then put ke on hold and said oh yeah it is so I went in to pick it up and the tech said well your motor mounts are broken that's why it makes that loud sound and we can gix it I said I never complained about or sound or heard any sounds the older lady at the front desk was absolutely rude to my husband and I and just stared at us glaring after she barked at us and we couldn't even understand her we took our car and left and it actuallydrove smoothlythat time i had another companytell me that. My motor mounts are not broken . I feel that this les schwabis dangerous they are incompetentof getting info correct and thereforemaking mistakes and peoples cars possiblyfailing while driving they are also rude to the core . I wouldnt be suprises if my tyerod didnt evenneed to be replaced I'm also going to complain to the better business bureau .

Waited too long for tires. Was unable to drive through the snow and got stuck multiple times.. Showed up here and even though they were busy and I had my dog with me they got me in and out and didn't seem at all inconvenienced. Appreciate the warm welcome and for letting my dog come in with me Awesome customer service.

Disappointing Service ExperienceMy recent visit to this Les Schwab location left me deeply disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for 4 new tires and what should have been a straightforward visit turned into a frustrating ordeal.The customer service at this location was extremely rude and dismissive, specifically the older woman at the front desk who I had asked to talk me through my invoice as it was extremely high and I was hoping she could explain to me what I had done and was paying for. Instead she began speaking to me in a condescending manner and made me feel uncomfortable and stupid for not understanding. I just paid and left feeling extremely disrespected truthfully. Unfortunately my relationship with them doesn t end there. The quality of service provided on my vehicle raised serious concerns. After the service, my car broke down on the freeway, a week later which was a direct result of the work done at this Les Schwab location. The additional work mind you that they suggested I have done. I was told (by another location, because I sure as hell wasn t trusting my car with this location again) it might have been a faulty part that they aren t really sure what caused it to break.. If you guys want to go ahead and believe that you can. But I don t. This location is obviously not up to the standards they are charging and I would not trust your vehicle in their hands.Notably, when my car broke down, I was left without any assistance from this location, as they did not offer to send a tow truck or help any further unless I could get my car to them on my own dime and IF it happened to be their fault they would reimburse me. This lack of support added to the inconvenience and frustration of the entire situation.My experience here was far from what I expected from Les Schwab, a company known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and safety. I hope that my feedback can help save someone from coming here. I wish I had read some of the reviews before trusting this location.

I scraped the underside of my low-to-the-ground Honda Civic, damaging the heat shield. It was crumpled, folded back under itself, and still attached, but barely, and making a horrible screeching sound as I drove to the nearest Les Schwab. My hopes for a quick fix evaporated as I was told that they couldn't get to it for another hour and a half, that I would need to leave the car with them now and wait for it. I couldn't wait that long, and I couldn't leave the car with them that long...my elderly passenger needed to get home as soon as possible. As I pulled away from the mechanic's bay, headed for the exit, Alberto came out, motioned me to stop, and said that he could have a look at it right now. Of course, I took him up on it! A quick look, 30 seconds to grab a wrench, and the mangled piece of tin was off the car and in his hands! No damage done to the car! Thank you, Alberto! You went above and beyond for me, and I greatly appreciate it. Les Schwab has long been my go-to tire store, and this experience cements the deal.

In the last month I have come by this shop twice. Once to replace a front set of tires, the other to have my alignment fixed. Both times I was here, I had a fantastic experience with getting my vehicle taken care of! The staff was upfront with me about options and pricing! Greg and Matthew stayed a few minutes late to finish my vehicle! I appreciate the awesome customer service and will be coming here in the future and telling anyone i come across who needs your services! Thank you for a great experience!

Now this is SERVICE!At Les Schwab getting my tires rotated and balanced. My wife was coming to pick me up, the wait time is longer than I wanted to sit.I told them that if someone comes in and is in a big hurry, to take care of them first, I'll come later to pick up my car. They told me that I am just as important as the next person and that there would be no need for that. It's great to know that I am important, and that I fall in the same line as everyone else!Continued top notch service every time I go back.

I would give this location 6 stars if it allowed for that. We needed to put new tires on my wife s car and we had an incredible experience at this location. Peyton helped us pick out tires and provided us with options so we didn t feel stuck with one choice. I really appreciated the different options that seemed to fit any budget. The actual installation of the new tires was about as fast as you could ever hope for. We were there an hour start to finish. The financing options are a life saver, and the overall price is very reasonable. You would have to search pretty hard to find a place better than this one for your vehicle maintenance.

Just left. I was told a two hr wait It was a 6 hr wait. Parts had to come in from Nampa, I had to follow up with the front desk for update three times and told me he was on his way, they did not give me a reason of the delay( this is not okay). 2nd time I asked I was told do you want to drop off? My car is already there. . If they had told me it was going to be this long or provided feedback they were running later than expected I would have left.

I went in yesterday to rotate my tires. I was met at my car. Assured I would be taken care of. The employee opened the door and got me in right away. They have a display board that shows when they started working on the car and what they are finding. I thought I would have to have a comprehensive alignment but they said 1 tire had barely reached the red on their scale but everything else was perfect. They did NOT recommend an expensive appt at this time. I was treated like a queen my entire visit. I'm very satisfied with my tires and their customer service

I Have been going to les schwab for a while now. Me and my Family used to go there for tires all the time. I recently took my car in for new tires and found out there was more problems with the tyrods. After getting those serviced, And I thought what was broken was fixed they Informed me that The break pads needed to be changed. No big deal right? It was starting to get expensive but I knew those problems came from neglect of the car.Flash forward to about a week ago I got my brakes serviced but all the sudden I would start driving my car and the breaks would stop working. I couldn t stop. not only is this scary and not something I should experience after getting new breaks (ones that should 100% work). I went back to les schwab. I got there and they look at everything BUT my breaks. This is outrageous. Not only that but when I got back into my car my glove box was broken, and my stuff was messed with. They told me it s another $880 to fix my car. we are over $2000 at this point and I will no be going back. It says on their wall if they can t do it they don t guarantee it . Yet They guaranteed it and my car is broken. don t come here at all. especially if you want your car fixed.

Bought a tube here thinking a tire shop tube would be more durable than the cheap ones from the sporting good stores. Used it once and enjoyed it- walking out to the pool with it the next day and it just blew up (didn t rub against anything or run into anything).Took it back to the shop two weeks later and they wouldn t replace. At almost $40 for a tube that I was able to use once it was a disappointing purchase. Would just go with the cheap vinyl ones- at least they last more than one use.

I stopped in last Saturday 10/29 & was promptly greeted by Chris, who I later discovered is the Manager. They fixed my flat, checked alignment, struts, brakes (for tire that was repaired), all @ no charge! Chris also gave me quotes per my request for three different price levels of new tires. I was aware I'd need them fairly soon. I am a woman with high expectations, and let me tell you they were all exceded by Les Schwab & specifically Chris' exceptional customer service! He was fast, friendly, educational & went above and beyond. Thank you again, I will be back in the near future

I've been loyally going to Les Schwab exclusively for at least 30 years. Today's over 2.5-hour wait to get a nail out of a tire had me reevaluating this loyalty. It was not the change-over season, and the lobby was not crowded nor empty. I was told that only one bay was doing flat repairs, which stuck with me as odd.Today (it is a Saturday) may have been a one-off or a symptom of this particular location, but I regret not just going to the tire shop closer to my home.Customer service was, of course, exceptional, but somebody needs to investigate why a tire repair at a location with six bays and seemingly well-staffed took this long.Perhaps the ROI for Les Schwab on a tire repair has deprioritized this service? In any case, here I am reconsidering their brand.The repair was free but it cost me my Saturday

Just got a balance and rotation. They did a great job. It took a bit longer than expected - 2 hours but they were kind of busy. I did make an appointment but it seemed like I was taken in order of appearance. I still recommend an appointment.

Always a good dependable shop. Very friendly staff always willing to give you a hand or just check all your tire pressures for you. Brake work and alignments also. Locally owned and operated here in the Northwestern states.

I recently dropped off a Ford Bronco to have the brake pads replaced. Dropped it off at 8 am and a tech was supposed to call me with a price after he examined it. I called at 11:00 to find out the status and they said they would have someone return my call. I finally called again at 3:30 and someone came to the phone and stated that the brake pedal was sticking and that he thought it would need to be replaced so I told him to replace it. He said he would check on it and get back to me, this is on Saturday. So Monday morning around 9:00 he called and said he couldn t find the part from local wrecking yards. The part was available online from more than 50 parts dealers. I told him I would be there in about 30 minutes. I don t do business with anyone who lies to me. Les Schwab is a long time business with a previous excellent reputation. Apparently the business was sold to a major corporation in 2020. It is no longer the business that it once was, which is a shame. They may be okay at changing tires but I would no longer take a vehicle there for anything else. Avoid this store if at all possible.

Low tire pressure light came on so I head over the Les Schwab to add air since I don t know how to do that or want to learn. Within minutes of arriving, they are checking the tires and find a screw embedded in one and cause of slow leak. The gentleman said they could patch it. In less than half an hour, tire was patched, air pressure fine in all four and my wheel alignment passed. Cost? No charge! So appreciate Les Schwab.

Just want to say one thing Corey and her group are so far beyond five stars it s not funny. The one thing that impresses me the most each and every time. They talk to women the same way they talk to men. As a father it makes me feel good to know they are the way they are. They do not tell you things need fixed if they don t they go out of their way to help. I have sent several of my female friends to them just for that. Most recently they took care of my daughters car and even did extra things to make sure her car was safe and running right. Thanks to Corey and her whole staff

I brought my truck in today after having an appointment scheduled at another location at 8 am. The other appointment didn't go well at all, but Alberto and his team made up for that and more. His customer service and empathy to squeeze me in short notice, will not be forgotten.

About a week ago my husband and I got brand new tires put on here. It cost over $1,500. I knew the price was a little steep but we both agreed it was fine because we like how they really stand by their tires and ensure them for two years. This time I couldn t be more disappointed and unsatisfied. As soon as my husband got home and and I went to take our suv for a drive a light turned on. It says service tire suspension. I thought it would just turn off after driving a little. It has not. They must have damaged or did something uneven. Now I don t know how to turn that light off and I don t know how to fix it. Wish we went some where else.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly here. This is my first choice for the Treasure Valley. I love that the employees don't work on commission. It's very different from other automotive shops. You can tell they genuinely have your best interest in mind. No over selling at all. If I am needing a service that Les Schwab provides, I'll always take my vehicles to them first. Even if I run into problems while traveling, I'll search them out.
