We had an amazing experience with Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise, we purchased our 2023 Subaru Ascent back in November and have been so pleased with it. We worked with Tyler and the team and I cannot recommend them enough, we had been looking to upgrade our car for a few months and had gone to several dealerships in the valley. When we walked into Larry H. Miller it felt different than other dealerships, they wanted to help us find the car that best fit our family but also were willing to work within our budget, we had not experienced this at other places. They continued to look for the perfect car for us. We will definitely be staying in the Subaru family after this experience, be sure to ask for Tyler Rodriguez if you re looking for a car! He is insightful and determined to find the best vehicle for you!

Working with Ryan from Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise made my car buying experience like a cool summer breeze on a hot, popsicle melting day in July. He was patient with all my questions and thorough, helping me to understand every last detail about my car. He answered questions I didn t even know I had! We had a lot of hang ups on my end of getting my car financed and insurance set up but the whole team was with me along the journey and helped make my dreams of buying this beautiful 2017 Subaru Forester come true!! I would recommend them to anyone and I love my new car.

Joe B. was great! He was very educated and gave me a thorough rundown of all the features my car had to offer. I had never experienced that from past dealerships! He also sat with us patiently while we waited for financing and went above and beyond to make sure we had food and were comfortable. Definitely will be recommending!

We highly recommend car shopping here at Larry Miller Subaru. We bought a 2017 Outback and Joe made the whole process smooth and easy. Joe as well as the managers we met were honest, direct, and shot straight with us. They were true to their word and didn t have any surprises when closing on the car. They thoroughly inspected the car and fixed any issues that were present before we picked it up and even filled it up with gas for us knowing we were taking a trip in our new car.

Good consistent service for your car. Friendly staff (both William and Braxton) in service as well as the staff in parts and accessories. When I bought my car here 12/2019 they were helpful and not too pushy. Free parking out front. Free WiFi inside. Large clean restrooms. Free coffee/water while you re waiting for your car. Loaner cars if it is going to take over a day to fix. Shuttle for short runs (although I ve never used this service). I usually just wait in the lounge area. Lots of comfortable leather chairs. Plenty of charging stations so bring your charger if it s going to be a while. 3 pack of oil changes is $165. Regularly each one is ~$90.

We picked Larry Miller Subaru to buy our new CrossTrek. They were all very wonderful and helpful! Sales was super nice and knowledgeable. Also the Service was excellent for doing a great job installing the accessories we wanted. We will definitely be buying from them again!

The guys at Larry H. Miller Subaru Sales and Financing in Boise were great! Easy to work with, and kind. I used their service department for repairs to my previous car. They were super amazing and got me allFixed up with as much as my extended warranty would allow. I am going to need a My 4th Subaru badge now!

Had the pleasure of consulting with Kristopher and Karen today!!! I came in with a car that wasn t doing great and left the car lot with a car that will be able to handle the snow! It was a great and positive atmosphere from the moment I walked in and it didn t feel like I was being rushed. I would like to give a big thanks to Kristopher, Karen, Kent, and the rest of the Larry H Miller dealership team for being a huge and great help today. It s nice to feel safer on the road!

AMAZING SERVICE & COMMUNICATION!This is a bit late of a review, but my fianc� Jaedi, myself & our dog Miya were coming back up from Texas headed to Moscow in our adventure/road trip Mobile ( 2015 Forester ).A few minutes into Boise around 7pm we got a flat tire & ended up staying the night unfortunately at an AirBnB last minute we were very stressed & tired from the long road trip back home after the holidays.Next morning we patiently waited for tire shops & business to open up so we could get a new tire ( we had oversized tires & the donut/spare was barely getting us by ).After hours of looking & calling around to get all 4 tires ( we wanted & needed new All terrains with the 3 peak rating at this point. ) we made the decision to call the Local Subaru dealership . and I m sooo glad we did!!!!!Andre in parts was INCREDIBLY helpful with suggestions and very knowledgeable. He was also very understanding of our stressful situation, needing to get back home. He was able to find us a very good deal on some Yokohama Geolanders AT G015, in stock!! Which was a breath of fresh air, after countless calls around town.Trinity in service was a pleasure to deal with, she not only made us feel welcome with our dog.. but really took our situation with urgency & care. After being transferred from parts to her, she understood the situation & told us to come on down. We really appreciate it and are incredibly thankful for how you handle our little hiccup. Even getting a stripped out lug stud replaced & and an alignment!!! Seriously can t thank you enough!!!We were able to finish our trip of 5 hours up back home. Had a great experience buying our 2024 Forester at Larry H Miller Subaru! Our sales advisor Ryan was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of the car's features during the test drive. He made the car buying process stress free. He also hooked us up with snacks and introduced us to the whole Subaru Fam while giving us a tour of the dealership. Cameron thoroughly explained the financing and warranty options making sure all of our questions were answered. The whole team at Larry H Miller Subaru was welcoming and professional!

Visited the dealer for a second opinion on a possible repair I needed which was diagnosed by an independent auto repair shop when I had my car oil and filter changed at there shop. Larry h Miller service department was wonderful in evaluating, took the time to explain to me and asked me questions about why they, the Independent Auto repair thought I needed this work done on my front end. Larry h Miller Subaru service department didn't find a problem with my car front end and had multiple techs look at it, test drive it, scoped it. I will be back to Larry h Miller for my routine service going forward. They have been in the valley for a very long time and I believe they have integrity and knowledge I need for my Subaru. Thank you Will and LHM Subaru.

I went with my friend, Lorraine Evans, to Larry H Miller Subaru. Her sales representative, Tyler Rodriguez, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and friendly. In fact, all of the employees that we met or interacted with at Larry H Miller Subaru were professional and friendly. Lorraine never felt rushed or pushed. We were offered refreshments and made comfortable. Tyler made sure that Lorraine was completely satisfied with her car and her lease agreement.

We never felt rushed or pressured to buy, and Tyler spent time showing us different vehicles for comparison. We ended up purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness, which we believe fits our lifestyle. We just drove our new Forester home and would like to say that Kris K made the whole experience very pleasant from start to finish. From the moment we walked in the door several weeks ago we appreciated his genuine and friendly approach. He knows his products and has had experience with other cars so he could represent Subaru well. Kris helped us choose the perfect vehicle for me and kept us informed through the weeks on the progress of the car's delivery status. At closing he remained helpful even making sure we got what we needed on our trade-in. Chris is a genuinely caring person and we would definitely consider buying a car from him in the future. I live in Illinois and the service team here had better answers for how to properly maintain my vehicle! My call was answered quickly and everyone was awesome!I called this team since they had online resources about the maintenance I was looking for. I forget who I spoke with, but I was easily connected with a real service advisor who took the time to understand my concerns and was able to give me real information based on the actual Subaru guidelines with some further recommendations based on experience. This is exactly what I wanted and couldn't get locally.Keep in mind, they knew I wasn't making any appointments with them, but they were compassionate enough to just help a Subaru owner out, and I really admire that.Keep up the good work! Larry H Miller was a fabulous place to buy our new Subaru from. DJ Roe was our salesman and he was incredibly helpful and personable to work with. We were moving to ID from WI and DJ went above and beyond any normal service level to be able to pick up our new car the day we arrived. Dustin Archer was our finance manager and he answered all of our questions and was very helpful in walking us thru all of the different warranty options available and never felt at all pushy during the process. The entire team made it a smooth and easy process and my daughter and I were very appreciative. We would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future

Always great experience at this dealership. CSR and Mechanics are always helpful and informative. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and it was done quickly, however they still found a loaner car for me so I could continue my errands throughout the afternoon. Thank you! Excellent service.

Easy check-in for an oil change. Very friendly. During the change they recommended a few other maintenance items like a new air filter. I declined and I appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy the extras. Om this car the dash display can be custmized to show different info, but it won't save the changes. The guy who checked me out spent some extra time to show me how he programs the display, and so far it's working as it should.I would recommend these folks!

GREAT service and a great price on my oil change! Logan explained all of my options with no hard sell, just suggestions for what was needed and quotes to get it done. Car was done punctually while I ran some errands. They texted and then even followed up with a phone call to confirm.Awesome service! Thanks Logan!
