I just had my first service done at Larry H Miller and am super happy with the results. I had an alignment done with some specific preferences for the track and Cody was able to get just what I was hoping for. I worked with Frank the service rep and he was able to walk me through everything and even called me an Uber to get back home. Great service I strongly recommend.

Great service from Carson...he found our missing key fob in minutes where I have spent several hours looking in all the nooks and crannies of our van for it. Came for an oil change. The facility is comfortable and their playroom and snack station keep my kids busy.

My wife took her vehicle in to Larry Miller Service to have a general multi-point inspection done on her car. Initially it sounds like they lost her appointment and there was confusion starting out, with that being said they performed the inspection. Much abridged version, quote for a transmission leak repair was $2200. My internal "red flag meter" went off and we took it to another Honda dealer for a second opinion. They recommended to keep an eye on the leak and if we wanted it repaired, their price was $800 (and we didn't share the quote from Larry Miller with them). We were very surprised by the difference. I reached out to Cody Scott (General Manager) by email just to see if there was an explanation or response. I appreciated the lengthy response we received from Cody and Sam (Service Manager), explaining where the multiple mistakes/oversights that occurred, but that it doesn't happen often. Overall it didn't make us comfortable with their processes, team, or systems they have in place. They offered to do the repair for $450 but we decided we'd rather give our business elsewhere and pay a little bit more, but hopefully supporting better business practices taking place.Below is the final email I sent to them and I just wanted to complete my google review to hopefully alert one person to, if they see this, to proceed with caution and to get a second opinion if something seems off."Thanks for your email and response. It sounds like a few things were missed by your team and I hope some coaching can be done. I hope your transparency efforts and processes can be improved. Mistakes happen and I totally understand that. That many mistakes to me is concerning and we personally can't comfortably bring our vehicles in to Larry Miller in the future. I will still leave a Google review at some point with basic information and to hopefully alert one person to proceed with caution or a second opinion."

Took my CRV in for a stuttering we were getting while coasting. LHM Honda told me the entire transmission would need to be replaced and quoted us ~$5k.Took the car to AAMCO for a second opinion and found that the transmission was fine, and that the noise was coming from the transfer case. LHM Honda didn't even scope the parts, they just quoted for the biggest job they could. AAMCO had me out the door with a new transfer case, maintenance done, and stuttering gone for 1/5th what I was quoted here.It's been nearly a year now and I'm confident the transmission was never a problem. I definitely won't be returning.

A wonderful staff helped me the whole way through I had had an issue when I totalled a car I bought a service package for. The staff was responsive and went above and beyond my expectations I really recommend coming to Larry Miller for your next purchase I have had nothing but good experiences with them

They wanted to charge me $350 for labor to get a window trim piece replaced. Went to my dad's mechanic and he quoted me $50 for labor to get it fixed. I don't appreciate feeling like they were trying to rip me off.

Thanks CARTER! I was told by a mechanic who ran a battery diagnostic that I needed a new alternator on my 2015 Honda CRV. I called Larry Miller Honda among other repair garages for a quote to replace my alternator. The quotes ran from $800 to $1400 but Carter at Larry Miller Honda s quote was $756. I had my vehicle towed to LMH where they ran a diagnostic and found that I didn t need a new alternator after all. Yay! Carter explained that some Honda models could show false negatives on less sophisticated meters. At a time when some garages are trying to increase their revenue post COVID, it s outstanding that I can continue to truth Larry Miller Honda, and Carter, to provide honest service. Thanks Carter and LMH!

Oh My Heck! I bought my one-owner, low-mileage Accord from L.H.M. The previous owner had all the service work performed at the dealership and I wanted to continue to have mechanics who knew my car to do the service work. I am SO glad I did.I first met Sandy, the service writer, who listened to my issues, recommended a service technician and worked with my work schedule to get my car in.That s how I met Cody. This guy is simply the most honest, knowledgeable mechanic/troubleshooter I ve ever encountered. He did some testing on my car and EVEN SENT ME A VIDEO! with his recommendations. I was so impressed! We wanted someone to know a manager, general manager, owner someone. We have purchased a car recently from Larry Miller Honda Boise and we had to have some service done. While getting service we worked with a gentleman by the name of Jason Duggar. He worked so hard with us. We watched him as he ran around working with other customers. His customer service was 10 star. His communication skills are top notch. We wanted someone to know because customer service is often poor but this gentleman went above and beyond not only with us, but with everyone we watched him work with. We thought someone should know. He deserves a star by his name an extended vacation and a pay raise . As a family. Thank You for taking the time. A true asset to your company.Service: Wheel alignment

I always bring my car down to be serviced at Larry Miller Honda. I particularly appreciate Cody Newby doing the work on my car. He explains all my options and helps me prioritize the most important services first. He also will explain the work in a way that I can understand and makes me feel important as a customer. I highly recommend Cody Newby to do any of the work on your vehicles and his work ethic, competence, and customer service are unmatched. Thank you for the fantastic years of service and keeping my family car safe and on the road.

Sal Huitron was so easy to work with. Answered my questions and returned calls/texts in a timely manner. I never felt pressured into any choices I didn t want to make. Also, I felt listened to. Hard to find in a sales person. I recommend asking for him. The dealership in general was inviting and clean. I loved the area where new cars were staged to be driven off the lot by the new owners.

I recently took my Ridgeline in for its 200K miles service, and was very pleased with the service and staff at Larry Miller Honda.They have a GREAT deal on oil changes...100% synthetic oil change for $55 when you buy three.Communication was clear, the texting option for updates was great, and I was able to approve or decline services with just a few taps.Coolant, differential, brake line fluids all flushed and replaced. Oil change. New front brake pads. Had my car ready two hours after approving the services!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I wish I could give them negative stars.TL;DR: They will incorrectly "diagnose" an issue (that they caused) just to make money. Don't bother going here.Okay I am finally getting around to putting this review up. My experience with this company as a whole has been unpleasant but more so with the service department. I bought a used car here. Within a year and a half it needed the transmission replaced. Frustrating, but I understood it's a used car and I had a high mileage warranty. I got jerked around a lot before finally getting that replaced. But I was willing to overlook that. Except, after getting it back I realized I had a pretty serious coolant leak and my ac stopped working. I texted the mechanic who'd helped me and never heard back. I called and left a voicemail. Nothing. I called the service department and left a message. Still nothing. So I finally just left a 1 star review. I suddenly hear back the next day. They offer to look at it for free. They straight up lied and said they hadn't even touched the coolant line. After looking at it they tell me my radiator needs replaced and that it will cost $800. I tell them no. I get a second opinion. Literally the cause of the leak was that the o-ring of my radiator drain plug had a chunk out of it. $15 part. The issue is completely fixed now. Idk if they just didn't look or what.As an update to this, I'm already having transmission issues again. I called them to see if the part was under warranty and they basically won't even check before I pay $170 to get a diagnostic done. I did get confirmation that they messed with my coolant line while replacing the transmission (I don't think she meant to tell me that part).Another update. I took my car to Ford to diagnose the AC issue. Yet another Larry Miller mess up. When they did my transmission they had unplugged my AC and never reattached it. Luckily Ford didn't charge to fix that, just the diagnostic.

My family and I have purchased several vehicles (3 Accords and 5 CRVs) from Larry Miller Honda of Boise over the years. We always use Paul Cordova and Cody Newby in their service department; they are courteous, honest, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We always receive excellent service from Chris and Cody; I highly recommend them.

Recently had my alignment done here for my miata. I was referred to Cody Newby by a friend. Hes very experienced working on cars with modified suspension and both he and his service advisor, Frank, are friendly and extremely professional. They got me in and out quickly and at probably 60% the cost versus a shop like Les Schwab. Definitely recommend.Service: Wheel alignment

Greg was friendly and explained things easily! I had to have a power switch for my window replaced and they had it shipped very quickly and install was also a breeze. looking at cars was a good experience, and Cooper was great. We were looking at a hybrid CR-V and Cooper showed us all the features before the test drive and let us drive as long as we needed. Also most dealerships are adding high dealership markups, but LHM doesn't do that, so going through the buying process was quick and easy.

Awful! I have plunked down 8k now, on 3 separate trips, and each time they break something else. I bring it to their attention and they say "yeah, we are not paying for that...old car".I say if you knew it was an old car, and you continually break it each time you 'fix' it, then you are responsible for the bill. I think it's time for litigation.Meanwhile, I would not recommend the Honda service center for anything! They appear to be crooks seeking quotas!

I dropped my SUV off at 8:00 AM to have 3 major recalls dealt with. I was told by the service department that they would only have my SUV for 2 hours. By 4:00 that afternoon, I still had not gotten a call from Larry H. Miller regarding my SUV. No call to ask me if it was okay to keep it longer, no call to let me know what was going on, just nothing. So, I decided to call them. They tell me that my Jeep is done and I can pick it up anytime. I get to the dealership to pick my SUV up and only then do I find out that out of the 3 recalls they were supposed to deal with, only 1 was addressed. And the 1 that they did "handle" was only half dealt with because they only had 1 of 2 necessary parts required to properly handle the recall. The other 2 recalls got pushed to the side. Almost a year has gone by and those 2 recalls haven't been dealt with, at all, and the second part required to finish the 1 recall they "fixed" has never been dealt with either. Not to mention, after all of that, they tried to charge me for an oil change, that's included with my warranty, for free! Thats just one example, and sadly there are many more stories I could share. Its embarrassing really!

Went in for an oil change. They did their usual quick inspection and wanted to take in my car for a $170 diagnosis (engine light was on), $170 for a coolant inspection, and $700 for resurface rotors. I went else where to get a second opinion and they said my rotors were fine and my engine like was due to the coolant leak. They only charged me $120 for the diagnosis and $280 to fix the issue. Can't believe LHM was going to charge me for the engine and coolant diagnosis separately.

Wow I m so impressed.. This was my first service appointment for my new accord sport.. Tonya Stroup was incredibly gracious in explaining everything really well, and also, everything was done lightning fast. Tonya emailed me photos of everything they inspected which is fantastic for service records, trade in value, extended warranty etc.. I was also ten minutes late but again, Tonya was very gracious about it.
