This is my second Honda purchase, first at this dealership. Sean was amazing - professional and very knowledgable. Shoutout to Cooper who took amazing care of us as well and made the process painless. Craig in finance was also a pleasure to work with. I am SO happy I took the leap and upgraded from a CR-V to a Pilot! Our family has grown and so did our need for space. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Super military friendly as well! I just signed the lease yesterday but so far the process has been very smooth. I connected with Sal a month ago to start the search and gather information. He didn t pressure me or try to upsell me - he just provided the info I needed to make an informed decision. He didn t rush me when I had many, many questions. And he didn t get frustrated when I left the first time without purchasing. He kept in contact to make sure I had access to the resources I needed. And he was available when I was ready to move forward. I was clear on my expectations and he did what it took to meet them. The rest of the team was friendly, professional, and made the process clear to understand.

I had an appointment at 8 o clock soon as I pulled in garage Mike Munoz approach with amazing customer service. I had my puppies with me and he was so understandable and gentle with my dogs. he is such an amazing employee. Through the service check, he was informing me through the messages. I also needed new tires, which I end up getting it and everything was able to be done today at the same appointment. I really appreciate it. Just want to say thank you Mike. You are amazing.

I would like to thank Raven a very nice young man his salesmanship was awesome. He was not pushy which has been my experience with other salesmen in the past. He gave me honest answers to my questions and let me work through my thoughts as to what would work for me. It was my pleasure to work with such a nice young gentleman. I would highly recommend asking for him personally. Adding to that the entire experience dealing with every one was very pleasant I will definitely shop here first to buy any other car.

Absolutely the best service! I truly appreciate the updates Larry Miller Honda provides via text. I was able to track the service progress and sign for any needed repairs. The waiting area is very nice and clean, and the free snacks and beverage area makes for a pleasant wait. Kudos to Frank in the service area. His friendly and kind-hearted personality made the visit very pleasant, and he got my car in right away. My wife and I truly appreciate the outstanding service, reasonable prices, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

The best experience I ve had when buying a new car! When I first came in, Raquel was along for the first test-drive and allowed me to explore the new features of the new HR-V, and she was good at explaining things when I had questions.Three days later my wife and I were able to test-drive a different model of HR-V and we compared impressions. Clint the sales manager was also very helpful, and gave us no pressure, which allowed us time to consider our options. We came to a decision that same day and went home with a brand-new HR-V of our very own!The processing was quick and all the employees we met were pleasant and helpful they enjoy doing what they do at this dealership, and it shows in good customer service. I recommend that you check out Larry Miller Honda in Boise. They are good people.

Update to my previous post: I was contacted to by someone from the dealership and he apologized for the dirty steering wheel and fingerprints.He explained that the reason the radio was on was so they could update the software (vehicle recall requirement). Going through the radio is how they access the software to make sure the update was accurate. They offered a free detailing service to me because of the dirty fingerprints. I thought that was very generous, although I didn't take advantage of it since I live far from the dealership and that would have tied my car up for another day. So all in all, they resolved my complaint. Every person I have dealt with at this dealership has been kind and helpful.(Original post) What I didn't like about this visit was that whoever worked on my car turned the radio on and put dirty finger prints all over the screen to turn the radio on as well as the steering wheel. I have never used the radio in my car so I didn't want it to be turned on for the listening convenience of the worker. I especially didn't appreciate the very dirty black screen that had light gray finger prints all over it, plus light gray dusty stuff all over the steering wheel. I realize that working on cars is a dirty business, but you should tell the workers that If they encounter a car that has no radio on, then that is the way the owner has brought it in and that's the way it should stay during the visit and should be returned to the owner that way. If they get the steering wheel dirty or the screen dirty, then the least they can do is clean it off before the car is returned to the owner.

*Edit* The manager reached out to me to further address this issue. They set me up with a loaner vehicle and are going to fix my window. They were apologetic about the communication that occurred. They are now taking great care of me, as they normally do.I normally receive excellent service here, but today my concerns were not at all acknowledged. I bought a brand new vehicle in October 2022, that is now known to be having an issue with the rear defrost causing the back windshield to shatter. This happened to me this morning, and when I called to explore my options for repair I was told I needed to handle it myself. Seeing as this is clearly and factory defect of some kind I expected to receive some kind of help. Instead I was brushed off and told to repair this myself and wait and hope for a recall later. They didn t even escalate my concern or research to validate my problem. It is mentioned on the NHTSA website that this is a common issue among my vehicle.

Ainsley was extremely helpful and friendly during my mom s car purchase. The car was my mom s first hybrid, and Ainsley very sweetly showed her how to use all the features and fun bells & whistles. Paperwork was quick and easy, and we felt super comfortable working with Ainsley and Clint, the sales manager. We d definitely work with this dealership again and my mom loves her new CRV!

Sales person assisting me was wonderful. Finance person not as much. I bought a car on a Saturday and he gave me a temporary paper with a registration due date 3 days after my purchase date, which is very unusual. His attitude completely changed after declining sales packages he was trying to add on. 4 stars because I truly got a great car for the price, but I'm not sure I would recommend based off my experience.

Courteous and very helpful. Went in for an oil change and approved a vehicle inspection. My car is old and had many things wrong with it. I really appreciated the oil change and the techs./customer service not being pushy and making me, not feel guilty, because I wasn't able to do any of the many repairs needed. Now I know all the safety hazards I have with my car and I really appreciate that part of the service.

I just bought a used truck here, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! They were professional, concise, didn't use any overly-pushy sales tactics, worked with me to get a GREAT price on the truck, and handled all of the financing and paperwork with ease. Cooper has been there since I came to Honda in the beginning in question of getting into a new lease. He was patient, understanding, professional, friendly... honestly he became a brother at the end of this whole experience. That is one thing I love about Honda Larry H. Edit, updated to 5 stars.The service manager called me within hours of my negative review and made it right. The manager explained that he listened to the calls between myself and the salesman. The manager explained the salesman was still newer and did not present things in a proper way and understood where my interpretation of events was coming from. I really appreciated him calling and making it right.The services that were recommended are probably needed to be done on my car due to the age. The dealership offered to check the service record over and text me back with details on what services are due at what mileage.I am happy they resolved this quickly and appreciated the friendly help. I only have Honda cars so am planning to return for my other car as well.Original:I went in for an oil change and was told the car would also be checked over which was fine.I receive a notice with several services marked Needs immediate attention . All together what looks like $2k worth of services.I call to ask about it because this is unexpected. The services are recommended because there is no record of them having been done. I asked if the technician recommended the services or it s just recommended because there was no record. I was told they are just recommended because there was no record of them but it would take just 10 minutes to check if they actually need done.So 10 minutes later I receive a call that multiple Needs immediate attention services actually don t need done and things look fine. There were some that needed addressed too but not all.This feels dishonest and that the dealership was trying to charge me for unnecessary services. This is disappointing because I ve taken my cars here for years and now I think I ll have to play this game if I bring my car here again.

Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He answered any questions we had and processed the paperwork in a timely manner. Travis went over everything inside the car, taking additional time to make sure we knew how to turn things on and off and just going through all of the controls. At our age that s not always an easy thing to do. He was very patient. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with. It was such a positive experience.

Sal has made my car purchasing a experience, one that I will never forget. He is kind, makes the approval process memorable by sharing a photo of a sold tag, along with your name in front of the vehicle. I was really excited!! Sal is not pushy and very respectful. I was sitting outside the finance offices, when an unknown finance guy obviously judged me by my appearance and decided to play Bible verses at an unacceptable volume. I felt very uncomfortable so I went into the office of the employee that was taking care of my purchase. Salvador took care of the issue right away. Sal is very professional and I totally recommend that if you're purchasing a vehicle at this establishment, ask for him. As for the unknown employee that was very unprofessional and pushed his views to the extreme on someone that was just trying to purchase a vehicle, I hope the owner at the very least, speaks with you regarding your behavior.

We went up to Larry Miller's to see what was available in a used Honda CR-V. We had previously bought a used CR-V in 2007 & used HR-V in 2021 from them. Raven was our salesman & he listened to what we were interested in and our likes & dislikes. We test drove a vehicle that we weren't impressed with but Raven didn't push us to accept it as the only choice. The sales manager Eric helped Raven find another vehicle that was exactly what was a dream car for us, from the features the car had down to the color of paint on the car. The finance manager Craig stepped in to finish taking care of us & we drove home in a beautiful new Honda CR-V! We were very impressed with how we were taken care of & the way everyone worked hard to find a vehicle we would love. We would recommend Larry Miller's to anyone looking to get a car/truck to meet their needs. They will work hard to take care of you & make the experience one to remember. Thanks again to Raven, Eric & Craig for everything you did for us!

Upon arrival at the service center and patiently waiting to be assisted, Sandy Ireland approached me with such promptness. She was kind, helpful and understood what I was needing to get done on my vehicle. Though quoted 2 hrs to do the service, it was finished sooner than expected. Sandy went over my service in such detail that I felt confident that my concerns were taken care of. I always have a wonderful experience at Honda. I arrived on time and was immediately greeted by Mike and he invited me over to his desk where I was able to view what had previously been done to my car. We agreed on what was to be done. Once the service person looked under the hood and the underside of my car he sent me a picture of what he saw. I loved that! I left feeling like my car was restored to its original state! Thank you to all involved!

Great experience. Everyone was busy and chuck went out of his way to take care of us while taking care of another customer. Then we finished with Nate and he was super nice. The whole experience was seamless. Thank you and we will be back next time we are in the market for a vehicle.
