Had my car fixed here about a year and a half ago, after a collision. They did a good job. Just recently, I started having issues with one of the parts they replaced. Took it to another shop, paid more than I wanted to, and the issue came back. I was told that the shop I had paid, not Larry Miller, couldn't do anything else to fix my issue. So, I got in contact with Cole, the Larry Miller rep that helped me the first time. He asked me to bring it by so the shop could look at it. He got back to me, same day that I dropped it off, let me know he worked with insurance to get the problem fixed. I was ready for all parties involved to say, "it's been too long" or "this is a new issue so it can't be warranty fixed." But, instead, my car is getting fixed at no cost to me. I should have just given Larry Miller a chance the first time, and I will for sure be taking any business I have in the future here since they really do seem to stand by their work.

Unfortunately, my less than a year old Outback was recently rear ended. Since I purchased the car at Larry H. Miller and his Collision Center is a Subaru Certified repair facility, it was the obvious choice. Needless to say, I was concerned about the quality of the repairs to this relatively new vehicle. Kudos to Jessica and the entire repair crew! Communication was great. The repairs took longer than expected as there was further damage discovered when the rear bumper was disassembled. Of course that required insurance approval of further parts/repairs. I have had the car back for several weeks now and it looks as it did new. More importantly, all the complex safety equipment works as before the collision. I would not hesitate to use this shop again. Thank you!

Tony was the kindest gentleman in dealing with me on a timeframe with my car. He was very professional and honest! Even when I was unhappy, he was still very nice and positive. He communicated every step of the way and went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quick as parts would allow. Thank you Tony for making a stressful situation work out for the best!

I worked with Tony at the collision center and the service was top notch. I received my vehicle faster than expected and the repairs were flawless. Thank you so much for the thorough communication with my insurance and the fantastic service. I will definitely recommend and use again!!

Well we gave company a try threw insurance after filing a claim from my carbeing hit. The communication was very minimal. It took them 2 weeks to decide on a mechanic to look at my car, so my car sat there. We had to pay 2 extra weeks for a car rental unnecessarily. It ended up being almost a month of a car rental. It took another week for them to look at the car and order parts. Which I felt they could have done when I provided the list of damages after being estimated by insurance.Very confusing. They had no parking so was unsure the safety of my car and where to park. Not sure if this was a great experience. Then the guy wouldn't call till the end of the day to give an update.

After being told my car would be fixed in four days, Larry H. Miller Collision Center had my car for a month and a half. Unfortunately, the communication from my salesman, Kyle, was extremely limited, and I had to initiate contact to get updates. To make matters worse, when they returned my car, the battery was dead, and I discovered a nail in the tire. Now, I have a misaligned bumper that sticks out (see photos), and I'm unsure how to fix it. Considering my experience, I cannot trust them to rectify the issue. I'm deeply disappointed with this company, and I would advise others to seek alternative options for their automotive needs.

Took our 2016 Subaru Outback to LH Miller Collision to have a damaged piece of trim molding on the tailgate replaced. We had waited 3 weeks after the estimate for an appointment to drop off the car. At the time of the estimate the service advisor Kyle would not give us an appointment to do the repair. After the car was at LH Miller for a week I called and left a message for Kyle to give me a call. He did not return my call, the next day I called his direct line and did catch him.The conversation was a bit off and I felt like he was annoyed that I was asking for an update. Didn't get any information other than the repairs neededed additional parts.Asked if he would call when the parts came in so we could get an ETA on repairs. No call back.Another week went by and no word so I called again. Oh yea the parts are in Kyle said. So any idea when repairs will be done? No.Third week called again and now ETA was two days out. When we arrived to pick up our carThe woman at the front desk wanted me to sign for the repairs before we inspected the car. I would not.Another encounter with Kayle followed where I discovered that the moulding was installed out of alignment and there was a cut on the driver seat. After six weeks we were looking at an unsatifactory repair job and damage to the front seat of the Outback. We now are faced with another go round to address these issues. Not looking forward to another trip to LH Miller collision.

I came in for an estimate and the place was not custom service oriented. It felt like an insurance company repair mill. I took my car to a competitor who conducted a far more thorough inspection and estimate. It helps to shop around before you commit to having repairs done.

Poor customer service. After 2 weeks, it s impossible to get an update on when our car will be completed, but they ve managed to charge insurance. Kyle, the contact, doesn t answer his phone or return calls - in the two weeks they have had our car, he has never returned a call. I ve left a message for the manager and hope to someday get a call back...

They tell you 2-4 weeks when you drop it off. Rest assured, it will be 4 weeks or longer. The front desk ladies are rude and inconsiderate and their service feels like 3rd world country. I would not recommend this collision center to anyone except my worst enemy

Car looks good but my gas tank wouldn't open. (I live 150 miles from Larry miller, I decided to spend the night in Boise because I couldn't get gas) I called this morning and the collision lady had no answers.... well I showed up and some guy named Tony came out. He was Able to open it, apparently someone didn't install the spring. He took a part off a car that was in an accident,, undamaged and installed on my fuel tank door. Works fine. I wonder if they charged my insurance for a new part?

I honestly never leave reviews, but my experience with this company was beyond irritating. I was told my vehicle was ready, and when I drove (quite a bit out of my way) to pick up my car, I was greeted with the news that my wheel, which was where most of the damage on my vehicle was to begin with, had not been replaced. So, I was placed in a loaner that had no wiper fluid, was past due for an oil change, and the passenger window was not sealed. The noise of the window was unbearable. So the next day, I went out of my way again to pick up my car, and there was a sizable dent on my rear panel, and a new scratch on my bumper. The rep tried to tell me it was previously there, and therefore was not getting fixed. After viewing the before pictures they took, they realized it was not previously there. So I got stuck in the same loaner for over a week. The front desk service was not great, and I had to repeat information back several times all 4 times I had to come in. The cherry on top, I had an iPhone cord that I had left in my car that I use for an aux cord, that has now vanished. I was so disappointed because my husband had a good experience with them before.Service: Body & Trim

I had a minor collision in March resulting a needed door replacement. I got a bid and, since this LHM was listed a preferred for Allstate, I went with them. They weren't able to get me in until the beginning of July. When I took my car in on a Monday, they didn't even have my replacement door. They gave me no updates, despite signing up to receive them. On Friday I called for a 3rd time (since I still had received no updates) and was finally told they didn't have the door and didn't know when they would get it. I wish they had told me this themselves. I took back my car (since it was drivable) so I didn't have to drive the rental. I was told they would contact their suppliers to try to find a door (something they should have done in the 3 months before my appointment) within the next week. 6 weeks later I was finally told they found my door (again, after I contacted them, since they didn't contact me). It was finally fixed (minus a small trim that wasn't sent with the new door). They said they would try to get the missing trim. 2 months later I was told they finally had it (for once, they contacted me first). Unfortunately it was the wrong piece, so we just put the old piece of trim back on so I could be done finally. I do not recommend this company.Service: Auto body & trim repair

What this shop did simply put my life and that of others at risk. I found they forgot two bolts in the engine guard plate. They fixed it quickly, but the car kept making noises when hitting brakes, and they only agreed to see my car 3 days later. I went to another shop and they found the mounting bolt was missing in the front brakes and the brake housing went loose. They really wanted me to drive 3 days like that? After keeping my car for 3 weeks already?I paid for the quick fix, but seems like LM service only cares whether on not they need to reimburse me. The estimate guy did apologize to me though. As the result, i paid the deductible, i paid the other shop fix, and likely my insurance premium will go up.I have the pictures and the documentation to prove if needed.Update: there was a response to this review seemingly from the manager of the shop etc. A phone and a request to call them.1) They have all my information on file, if they need to call me.2) I did call, within 20 mins of their response, hit the voicemail, did not get called back (until this moment).I really do not see how they care about any way to improve their service.I have no incentive of coming back to that shop unless it is the only/last option available, and even then I would insist on doing the job in my presence only, whatever it takes.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

After having our 2012 Honda Cr-V in their facility for a month, it was delivered to us without windshield wiper fluid (reservoir was replaced), coolant in the reservoir, the front bumper not clipped in entirely, and three days later after delivery our AC compressor went out (same side and location as the collision). Larry H Miller collision refused to take responsibility or offer any help or compensation to repair, so we were out to the tune of $1,610 to fix the AC. This does not reflect the dealership's service which was and has always been excellent, however we are displeased and disappointed with the collision center's flat out refusal to take any responsibility or even try to assist with the compressor replacement. Take your vehicles here at your own risk; they repaired one of my vehicles well, but this time around I am terribly disappointed at their lack of attention to detail.

I got side swiped on 12/11/19 and got my charger back on 12/30/19. They did a great job on repairs a d I couldn't be more happier than what they did. I was glad dr that the damages weren't that bad either and the fact that I was able to keep tabs on what was going on with my car within the week. Thanks larry h Miller collision center tou guys did a great job!

My car was "not fixable" with nearly 20 grand in estimated damages. The collision center was unable to help me get back on the road. The single star signifies the threat I better tow or start paying storage fees, so this nurse showed up for the tow. When I got the car off the tow it starts and runs just fine, with no frame damage. I guess I'm on my own to duct tape it back together if worse comes to worse. Let me tell you, nurses shouldn't tow without training especially backward any more than the tow dudes should insert a foley catheter without return demonstration on proper sterile technique.

I used this body shop for a repair to my Kia Soul after a sideswipe by a hit and run driver. They were among the shops suggested by my insurance, and they made it seamless. They kept me updated through the process. They gave me an original estimated date of repair, and then finished it more than a week ahead of schedule. I have closely looked over every part of the car that they worked on, and it all looks as good as new. They did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to use this shop again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

AVOID AT ALL COST! Read the countless one star reviews. I cannot believe this joke of an auto shop stays in business. No communication or clear timeline of when your car will be ready. They quoted me a month and ended up taking 4 months and when I got it back it was put together completely wrong. I had to bring it into another shop that laughed at the work they did. The mechanic could not believe that a certified auto shop worked on my car because it looked like a kid at a community college got to it. No compensation for the additional cost either. Please believe all the other people that have been wronged by this shop. There is no one to complain to because they are all in on it. This place needs to be shut down.

Not happy at all with Larry H. Miller Collision Center. I was in an accident brought my car here to be fixed. Skeptical about using this center after reading reviews I used them anyhow.I was told by the insurance someone would contact me a day or two later updating me how long the process would take/what the damages were. Never happened until the insurance company had to call them and then magically I received a call 5 days later. Called to check the status on Thursday because there was no communication about when my car would be done. I was told that there was a problem with my battery and it would have to be put on the charger overnight and I could pick my car up on Friday. No call on Friday so I called and was told that it would be ready to pick up that evening. Went to pick my car up at 4:30. Upon arrival, my husband and I found that there was a piece missing on the car that should have been part of the repairs. When telling Cole he stated he would have to go find the part. He knew that the part was not placed on the car because he told us that he saw the tech had it in his hand right before we arrived for pick up. After sitting and waiting for almost 2 hours, he finally came and told me that the car had to be jumped again and that the dashboard looked like a Christmas tree because of all kinds of codes my car was throwing. My car ran perfectly fine with no battery issues before dropping it off at the center! Now, stuck in the rental car I had for 3 more days and was advised I needed to buy a battery and drop it off Monday morning. After spending all morning on the phone with Cole trying to figure things out and getting a run around because he couldn t do anything until he had a new battery. He wasn t even going to give me the old battery out of my car until I demanded it! After finally getting the new battery to them, it was installed and I got my car back. Now my car was fixed and the body work looks great but the communication and run around this place gives people is absolutely ridiculous! Also, the front desk lady could use some professionalism skills on how to treat customers. I advise people to read the reviews and think otherwise when making their decisions to bring their vehicles here.Service: Body & Trim

If I can rate 0 star I would love to do it. The worker Cole who took care of our case was terrible. Like other people commented, never call back or follow up. Our car fixed within a week and we called Cole 2 weeks later asked if is fixed. He said it's ready a week ago and he left a voice message which we never ever got it. When we picked up our car, we found out our tie pressure low right away when we started the car, but we thought they probably just forgot the put the air. We went to get the air, and the problem was still there after 2,3 days. Also, the parts fell off from the first time repair. We called them again, and got the old problem fixed. However, they don't admit that the tire problem is from them. Cole said you should come back right away, and it can be you ran to something after you picked up the car in few minutes. Well, that was happened RIGHT AWAY when I started the car, not even drive anywhere. Also, who would think the car has another problem right it got " fixed". He talked to his manager, and handed me a report of the car was fine the day before we picked it up. However, the report clearly showed that they didn't test our tire pressure. He said there was a hole on the tire and that cannot be fixed, plus our tires are pretty worn-out, only can last 3,4 months. I took the car to the tire store, and they told me that hole doesn't affect the tire, it's a nail in another tire. Our tires are still pretty good and have half way to go. The tire store fixed our tire right away. How come the collision center checked our car and didn't find the nail! Can you really trust their work? I talked to the agent online and wanted to complain about it. She said they don't have complain department, and a service manager can contact me which he/she never did. I am super disappointed with the collision center and Cole.

Tony at Larry Miller Collison did an amazing job while my vehicle was being repaired from an auto accident. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was as hassle free as possible. All damage to my car was taken care of and my vehicle looked almost brand new afterwards. They even washed it for me. I would highly recommend Larry Miller Collison for all your repair needs. Tony is awesome to work with and keeps the stress of having your car repaired low!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

After an incident with one of our vehicles, we had it towed to Larry H Miller Collision Center. It took almost two full months to complete the work. I think the work done by both the Dodge Service side and the Collison side is good and I have no complaints about that. The cost of the repair did continue to climb as the work was being done, and resulted in a significant overall cost. The automated communication system was also frustrating as it often provided inaccurate information as to the status of the car s repair and when they would be completed. My biggest frustration is the fact I have had two mechanical issues with the car since getting it back. The first one did not exist when the car was towed in. When I pointed it out I was allowed to bring the car back in, but had to pay diagnostic fees to find out it would cost another significant sum of money to fix. I was given no consideration that the repair they completed could have caused the new issue. I had another mechanical issue that occurred after that. I didn t even bother to contact them, and instead just figured it out on my own.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a recent accident, I had my repairs done at LHM. The communication throughout the process was dismal. In spite of the fact that I called multiple times, the only times I was able to speak to the person handling my case was when I happened to catch him. He never returned my many calls, as had been promised. When I did get lucky enough to catch him, he was rude, demeaning, and unprofessional. When I picked up my car, an EV, the battery was at critical levels and I didn't dare drive it off the lot. I was livid. I asked to speak with Shane Holloway, the new body shop manager, and I'm so glad I did. He was professional and proactive and promised to rectify the situation. He apologized for the unprofessionalism displayed by his employee, he didn't leave me stranded, and he charged my car. I was really unhappy throughout the entire process but I have to say, the way Shane handled the complaint was nothing but professional. I wish him luck with making some serious improvement to customer service among his team members. With what I got to see of him, he can do it.Service: Body & Trim

I have had two vehicles in this shop over the last two months, and both times were for major body work fixes on the bumpers. I was helped by Tony Morgan both times, and every interaction I had with him was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting a good estimate and timeframe for the cars. Both cars that went through this shop came back the same day they were promised at the estimate, and looked brand new with a complimentary wash and vacuum. I would recommend this place to anyone for bodywork repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Had my wife's car repaired here after an accident. Having been in the automotive industry for over a decade I have seen the full gamut of body repairs, from terrible to flawless. Larry Miller's quality is top notch, and that prompted me to bring my own vehicle to them when I had an accident. It took them a little longer than I had expected to finish the job, but that is understandable. When you do good work, you are busy, and that is definitely the case here.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my car here after someone crashed into me. They were courteous and helpful throughout the process. I worked with Clint who did everything he could to get me into a rental (Enterprise is conveniently on site!) and get authorization from the other insurance company to begin repairs. He advocated for me more than my own insurance company. I would definitely use them again (but hopefully I won t need to. ;)Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
