I have never had such a wonderful experience as I did when I came in to test drive and purchase my 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 Big Horn!I was greeted by Joel Shock and the ENTIRE time, he was friendly, polite, personable, helpful, and answered every single one of my questions.We took the truck for a test drive, went back to the office to crunch some numbers, and I m telling you, from Joel to the underwriter, to the finance manager these guys truly understood the assignment of providing exceptional customer service.We laughed, I was congratulated, and I left with a wonderful memory of this exciting moment in my life.They were never pushy or made me feel like I was too much and I can totally be too much! HahaThank you all so much for your kindness and wonderful company! I am loving my truck and can t thank you enough!!

i worked with Chris Cloe and he made sure i got the deal i asked for and worked very hard to make my purchase a breeze. he did it with the help of Alex Mcintyre, his co worker and the finance gentleman, David. they all were able to get me into a vehicle i absolutely loved and would last me. they listened to my needs and wants and made it happen for me. they kept my payments where i wanted and were able to help me with the down payment that i could afford. i highly recommend working with this place and these wonderful people, to find a car you love and people who care about you!

Our experience with buying a new ram truck was exceptional because of our salesman. Scott Porter talked with me on the phone and found out what I was looking for, later that day my husband and I went to Boise and he had all his ducks in a row and made our buying experience that much more amazing! You truly have a great salesman When a customer can walk in, feel comfortable right away, and leave with their brand new vehicle, and it only took three hours. The nice thing about what Scott did was he had everything ready to go so our buying experience was exceptional. Thank you Scott for knowing your product, understanding your customers, and closing the deal where we are both happy.

Our van door got fixed, so we re super happy about that. However, the overall experience definitely could have been better. Scheduling was a little convoluted. When we first called they said it would take 2 weeks to get in. We considered going elsewhere, but then found that they had an appointment online for the very next day- SWEET! When we dropped it off (Wednesday at 1:30pm), they told us it could take 3-4 days to work on it that s understandable. Friday evening comes and we call to check, just in case we can get it before the weekend and it hasn t been touched yet. Finally started inspecting it Tuesday morning took all day to figure out what was wrong with the door. Once they figured it out it was a 5 minute fix with no parts needed. They charged us for an hour and a half of labor which was a fair price.Overall- just really frustrating that we went Wednesday-Monday without our family vehicle when they really only did anything with it on Tuesday. I understand it s hard to predict when you might get to it, but we really wish they wouldn t have had that appointment available if they wouldn t actually be working on the vehicle until the next week. Check us in over the phone, then call us once you re ready ??

I don t give five star reviews very often however Larry Miller Jeep exceeded my expectations when performing some recent recalls on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. Eric was my service rep for this maintenance and he was great about letting me know and setting me up for realistic expectations about when I might get my vehicle back. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning and due to the amount of service technicians they had on hand, Eric told me it might not be possible to have my jeep back for three or four days. I was surprised the next day when I got a call from Erik on Saturday afternoon saying they got the vehicle completed and it was ready to go. I almost didn t believe him. Eric said that one of their specialized techs that came in to work on my battery came in on his day off and completed the task unexpectedly. I sure appreciate Erik and his team and their dedication to getting my vehicle back to me so I can get back on the road as soon as possible. Thanks!

Our salesman name Brandon helped us get into my vehicle that I thought I had absolutely no chance of getting and that man worked his fingers to the bone to make sure that I drove away with the vehicle. I so wanted I can t say enough good things about this company and how hard they try for their people to get what they re looking for, especially Brandon I want to say thank you you are an amazing person. You deserve all good. Good things that you get and thank you for my wonderful car.

Lindsay was awesome! She explained everything on my lengthy work order, was highly energetic, and enthusiastic in her job!Downside: My freshly detailed truck had numerous greasy handprints on the paint and a boot print on my front bumper. A little attention to detail would be much appreciated!

Everything about the experience was phenomenal! Nate provided us with his full attentiveness and just pure honest and genuine customer service! We were looking for a particular kind of vehicle for our daughter and son in law.who recently moved from Hawaii to Idaho. His quality of service went so smoothly that we purchased and drove off with two vehicles on the same day! . How crazy is that! We are still in awe! I had a great experience at the Larry Miller Dealership in Boise. My sales representative, Devon, was more than patient with all the questions my daughter and I had. He made us feel so comfortable throughout the process, and I love my car! And David, who handled the financing,was great as well. He gave me great advice, explained everything clearly and wasn t pushy at all. I will definitely be back for my next car and I highly recommend them! It was a great experience.

Took my truck to a local shop last year and they did a horrible job. Ended up bringing my dodge here to the experts and they were able to solve the problem quickly and satisfactorily.Recently had another check engine light. I mistakenly thought I had made an appointment, which I had not. They were still able to see me the same day and fix the problem quickly. Great customer service. Eric C. and his team were awesome! Definitely recommend.

Devan, was very knowledgeable of the Dodge Ram that was leased to me. I was sold on the vehicle, and his knowledge of the vehicle help me make my decision. He was also very friendly. When the numbers were in place, he sat with me in the waiting room until finance was ready for signing. We sat and had a nice conversation about things other than cars. During this waiting period he took me out to meet people in the service department. Also sat me in the truck and went over the settings on the center display monitor. I will definitely recommend LHM Dodge to anyone in the market for a vehicle, and will definitely tell them to ask for Devan. Thank you. I love the truck.

The service department is getting horrible. If I want a Oil Change or Manufacturer Recommended Service Interval, I can get an appointment today or pretty much any day or time. But if you have a Check Engine Light or Other Warning Lights showing on your car, you have to wait at least two weeks before your car will be seen. This is not acceptable. I have noticed that it taking longer and longer to get repair work done at Larry H Miller Service Center. I will only being using this dealership for my Lifetime Powertrain Warranty work. I will be taking my Jeep Somewhere else for service

First time buying from this dealership and my husband and I are very happy with how the deal went down. Nate lopshire was very fun, friendly, and down to earth and made our experience worth while. We usually buy from peterson, but their prices were 10k higher after "rebates" and they didn't have much charger selection. We got our charger for a sweet deal (much cheaper with real rebates and incentives than peterson) and top dollar on our trade. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm ready to buy a 2nd car for me personally. Thanks guys!

I didn t have an appointment but this dealership took me in and performed the services that I had requested very quickly.They provided a comfortable waiting area and kept in constant communication with me throughout my visit. Larry Miller Dealership in BoiseI had my Ram 1500 in for its 30K check up recently. All was well, as I expected with that low mileage. They changed the oil on my request and leveled off all the fluids and checked all the tire pressure as well. I arrived at 8:00AM and was out of there at 9:30AM. They are doing some remodeling so the waiting room was in a trailer but it was clean and warm and had creature comforts. Overall it was a great experience, hassle free with friendly technicians.

I had a wonderful experience with the sales representative rusty, he was great at communicating and was always super helpful and nice. However, I did have problems with the service department. I took my car in to be fixed, something with the check engine light that was promised to be taken care of. The service department lacks any communication skills and they were nothing but rude to me and my mother.

I was able to easily set up an apt a day before, show up and have my car serviced quickly. Despite the construction and renovations they have going on it was nice to be able to hangout in a cozy waiting area! The coffee bar and snacks were a plus too! I do wish I would have had the complimentary car wash like I usually get with my service, but besides that little miss they re fantastic and friendly.

Got me in two and a half weeks before anyone else could. Reasonably priced, especially considering it s a diesel. I like that include picture (when possible) of what they say needs to be fixed in their proposal. The online process for approving repairs it pretty easy to navigate. All things considered, I m happy. Lanny was great at keeping me informed the whole time.

I had a small warranty issue on my van. I made an appointment and brought it in. They looked at it while I was there and were friendly and courteous. They determined they needed to order a part. I was told i needed to bring it in and leave it all day. I explained I wanted to wait for it and wanted to make an appointment. He said they couldn't do that and I had to leave it all day. I estimate this is about a :20 Min fix. I pushed him again on why I couldn't make an appointment and he got more frustrated with me. I am disappointed the shop is so disorganized they can't make an appointment within a couple hour window to fix my Van. This doesn't seem logical they run their shop this way. Even more of an issue is the way service treated me when I ask about the policy. I'm not sure if this is a service department policy or just a service person issue. Regardless this was not a good experience for me trying to get a simple service done. I cancelled the part order.

I recently purchased a Cadillac SRX through this dealership. I just want to say that they went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible so that I could afford what I really wanted. I am a military member returning to the US after 7 years overseas. I ve had my share of A to B clunkers that I ve had to sell or junk when moving to my next base and I really wanted something nice this time that had all the features I wanted and would last a while. And I was VERY picky so I appreciate their patience. I was sticking to what I wanted even though with my credit and price range it was somewhat unreasonable. Vinny went to bat for me for HOURS to keep the total and my payments within my budget. And Mike made sure I got the best interest rate on my auto loan, and I appreciate him so much for staying late and walking me through the paperwork without rushing me. First official car buying experience was a success. I would definitely go through them again or recommend them to a friend.Edited to add: My purchase was in 2019, I ve had this 2014 Cadillac SRX for 5 years now and no major issues. She s still running strong in great shape! I had to ship her from Idaho to Michigan and she has survived the streets of Detroit lol. Thanks again, guys!!

Had my cat for three days before they even bothered to look at it, then fixed zero of the issues I asked them to check out. Five days in the shop, over an hour cumulatively spent on hold trying to just talk to a human in the service department, and absolutely nothing was accomplished except a gigantic waste of my time. The level of service at this dealership is so bad, I will never consider buying a car here again, just so I don t have to deal with the service department for maintenance.

Jordan was great. He showed us around and was knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Devan was very helpful with filing the paperwork and applying for the loan. He made quick and painless and explained all the paperwork. The dealership was willing to take a risk on a first time buyer with very little going for him.
