I got a 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Larry Miller and the sales department was great. Fast forward to not even a year later and my stock jeep started having the death wobble. I called in December 2023 and was told I had to schedule a diagnostic exam for my car for them to fix it. Jan 2024 I was able to get in for the appointment. I pulled into the service lane, told them what was wrong, they didn t even look at my car and told me they d order the part needed and call me when it was ready. I didn t even get out of my car. I called a month later and the part was not in. Just called again (been almost 4 months at this point) and they said the part is not in and they can t give me an estimate of when it will get in. I m very frustrated with the service/parts department and their terrible lack of communication. My Jeep is a stock vehicle and barely a year old and should not be having these problems, but I understand that is not their fault. The issue I have is the poor communication and lack of knowledge some of their employees have. The woman on the phone I talked to in December clearly did not give me correct information because when I went in for my appointment in January they didn t even look at my car. Very displeased with the service. Don t recommend this place. Only gave 2 stars because the sales department is good.

BEWARE!!!Terrible, terrible, terrible! I am so disappointed in this place, used to be ok, but the service has gone down the toilet.I scheduled a recall appointment a month ago to get a transmission dipstick recall taken care of and an engine light issue. I brought in my truck at the scheduled time, and they said it would be two days.Day three, I called to see what was going on with my truck, and the rep told me that he had to get a tech to evaluate something and that he would let me know. Heard nothing.Day four, I called back to check again because no one was communicating with me about my truck. The rep told me that he needed to get someone in to diagnose the truck, I stopped him and asked him if they had even started on my truck, and he told me that they had not. So I asked to talk to the service manager,Some guy who called himself the "under" manager (not sure what that is) got on the phone, and I asked him why my truck had not been looked at after sitting there for four days... he told me he would look into it and call me back.An hour and a half later, I showed up there to get my truck back, and they had just raised it up onto the hoist to work on it, and I told them to lower it and bring it to me, the whole time the rep was making all these excuses, instead of apologizing and explaining what and why things didn't happen... this is customer service 101!I never got a call back from the mini manager, and I got my truck back and will take it elsewhere for service.And, I will never recommend ANYONE to Larry Miller to either buy a vehicle nor have service on one. The purchase of my truck was a whole other story where they repaired a bunch of damage incurred from shipping and never disclosed it when I bought it brand new.Very unethical!!!

I had an amazing experience at Larry H. Miller recently. I had to bring my Honda in for some service issues, and the couple that greeted me and performed the service work (Patrick and William) were nothing more than stellar. They explained all of the work that was needed, with photos included. They gave me a price estimate with no high pressure to have the work performed immediately. I did have the work performed and this was done in a timely manner, with a perfect outcome. I was also very happy with the cost and quality. It is wonderful to be treated with such dignity and respect as well as to see such an inclusive work environment!!!!

I consistently receive the best service. I highly recommend sales rep Steven Davis!!! I purchased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them which I gave to my daughter for her 16th Bday and then Steven sold me the 2020 Dodge Ram which I absolutely love!He then helped me purchase a 2021 Toyota Supra which he doesn't even sale...Truly caring young man who wants the best for his customers!

Had the parts I needed for my car, sold them to me , but said they cannot work on my 05 dodge because; 1. They don't have the parts.2. Their technicians are not qualified to work on old cars.3. Old cars are a liability to work on.

Bought a beautiful car almost a year ago. Two months in, the alarm malfunctioned and now the alarm goes off at all hours of the night (sorry neighbors! Thank you for not egging my house, I promise I'm trying to find a solution.) Service says I have two options to fix this. Turn OFF my horn, or turn OFF my alarm. Neither of those sound like a good fix for my brand new car. I'm not sure why they don't care about this. It's a maddening issue, and my left eye now has a permanent twitch from having to hop up from a dead sleep each night to the sound of my blaring car alarm.

A very helpful and friendly staff and they always take care of my truck and me, and before I leave the staff ask is there anything else we can do. I will always give them 5 stars that's my opinion. 2017 Ram 1500 4x4, 5.7 V8 HEMI.

Came to Larry H. Miller Chrysler/subaru dealership, just to browse for a new jeep. Like most people I dont like car salesmen that much. But upon arrival Nathan (Lopshire) was friendly and funny. He really took the time to make sure we had what we wanted.We came for a car, left with a badass car and a friend.Thanks again.

Raquel was great! She followed up very well, yet was not pushy at all. She replied to texts answering all my questions very clearly and professionally. We ended up purchasing elsewhere because of the delay in receiving a vehicle, but had a very good experience.

I was calling to see options for service on my car and the man I spoke to was very aggressive and rude. I didn t catch his name unfortunately, but he is obviously extremely uneducated on how to treat another human being, especially a customer. I d be cautious going here for any services.

I have been a customer with Larry Miller Honda in Boise for a number of years. I have purchased several vehicles from them, and I lease about 5 vehicles from them. I like those guys, very good service, friendly environment, have nothing bad to say about them. That is my place to shop for a vehicle

If you need anything on your Acura or Honda fixed, go see Cody in their Maintenance department. He's the first straight shooting honest mechanic I've found that doesn't try to take you to the cleaners. He is Super knowledgeable about all things Honda/Acura and figured out my MDX's issue so fast and got it fixed even faster. Amazing service and great communication.

There Auto Lube section is filled with super people. I would recommend them anytime. They are also very compassionate when it comes to needing a little different twist. I am not impressed much with their auto body repair. They did not seem to have a desire to work with me.

We bought our truck from here. They have great,extremely friendly knowledgeable staff! They also have an amazing fast pace place to get an oil change or your vehicle serviced. We will always come here.

I was in desperate need for a car, child on the way. Larry miller was nice enough to hook me up with a loan at 27% interest. Cant refinance because the car is to old and i owe to much. 2 years later brake master cylinder fails and so does the starter right before Christmas. Surprise they want upwards of 3 grand to fix everything. I took it in forked out a 1200 to fix the starter. Even offered to replace my key with one that has a lifetime warranty for only 50 bucks. I asked why the first one didnt have the lifetime warranty and they just laughed and said they didnt know. They also said dont worry about the master cylinder its safe to drive. 3 weeks out and now my brakes didnt engage and i almost rear end another vehicle with my daughter in the car.

I had a flat off the freeway. I coasted in desperate for help. Bryce, one of the mechanics, saved my day. He stopped what he was doing, jacked up the car and had a tire on my car in less than 10 minutes. You just don't find old fashioned courtesy like that anymore. He was so kind. I'll be recommending this dealership to everyone I know.

Every experience has been excellent. The staff is so nice and I feel I can trust them .. it just feels like there is a culture of honesty which I have not always experienced with a dealership. Jeff the manager of sales is great and Andrew the salesman is really a good guy.

In person: 5 Stars, on the phone: 2 Stars. The sales department is very good if they have what you are looking for and are competitive in an apples to apples comparison. Excellent follow up, too... 2 years after the sale, Scott still calls to wish me a happy birthday. Service is good, too... Doing their best to give excellent customer service. But... Why is your phone system so bad? I called 3 times this week... 2 disconnects after multiple "visits" back to the receptionist and finally spoke to someone in service who put me on hold... Just to disconnect me after the hold period. Over 10 minutes wasted on the phone and no closer to any answers. I think my service work will be going elsewhere.

Best experience ive ever had dealing with a dealership. Our salesman Alex was not at all pushy and helped us find what we wanted at the price we wanted, he was patient and very nice and explained everything. I think I found my forever dealership! I absolutely love my car and the experience! The last dealership i went to they were pushy and arrogant and completely steered us wrong. Wont happen again, Thanks Larry H Miller Honda of Boise and Thank you Alex!
