I can't say enough about this auto repair shop. I have taken my car in twice and each time I am very satisfied with the service they provide. I ve been here twice for diagnostics on my Jeep. The folks have been kind and patient when answering my questions, even offering advice on how I could fix my own vehicle or when it s work better suited for the dealer.Not that I hope my vehicle has issues but I trust this shop to work on my vehicle.

I cannot recommend this place higher than five stars I would prefer to give it 10 stars. Russ the owner and Jack the Master mechanic are fantastic. They have fixed my car rapidly and with professionalism time and time again. They maintain the cars of many of my friends also and everybody raves about them. Extremely honest.

Was supposed to pick up friend's car, and missed message that car was ready. They are closed on Saturdays, but dropped off her keys to us!!!! These guys always go above and beyond but this was outstanding. Thank you!!

My alternator was out and I brought my car to them on a Monday, got it back Tuesday. Fast and efficient service, very professional and knew how to fix my car and not sell me parts I didn't need like other auto repair shops do. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future. The quality service my dad received in the past from John Grice and his partner Ken is the same great experience today with Russ and Jack. Great service, fair prices, quick response to getting cars back on the road. Highly recommend Ken and John's Auto Repair!

Brought our van in for repair. Their price quote was very fair and the stuck by their quote, in fact it was a little lower than what they said. Other shops were a lot higher and what they quoted was not what was needed in the repairs. Russ was a man of his word and the techs there are all polite and treated us with respect. They didn't try to up sale what we didn't need or try to take advantage of us either as most shops do. A great place to bring your vehicle for repair. We will be using them more in the future. It's hard to find an honest shop these days so thanks to Russ and his crew.

Great place to take your car if you have vehicle issues. The mechanics are very knowledgeable about vehicle repair, understanding about your car issue and very fair with pricing. I highly recommend this auto-care business because of the experience of the mechanics and their expertise.

Nobody like to spend money on auto repair. But at Ken & Johns at least I know the work will be done professionally and I won't be sold something I don't need. They have done great work for me and always at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Ken & Jon's auto repair quoted us 900$ to replace our Ac/heater blower motor and fan. I found the part for 140$ which leaves 760$ for labor at 75$/hr garage fee thats just over 10 hours work. I replaced this same part in about 20 min. While it irks me beyond expression that these clowns would try to rip off my wife like this I also find it pretty repulsive that they probably get away with these tactics all the time. My advice is call around, talk to friends and definitely do not go to Ken & Jon's.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR! I PAID THE MAN $1200 FOR A NEW CLUTCH AND NOW I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A REAL MECHANIC TO BE FIXED. ZERO INTEGRITY, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY DO.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!
