Just got my windshield replaced in my 2017 Toyota Tundra. This truck is my baby and a very expensive investment. They took great care of my truck and did a beautiful job and in a very timely manner. I will recommend they to anyone that's asks and will go back if ever needed. Thanks Ann and crew for everything

Our experience at inter mountain Auto Glass was incredible. We had our window break unexpectedly and from the first call with Lex we were met with kindness. We were able to get the parts needed and get our car fixed without a hitch - and on top of that given a loner car while our car was in the shop. Lex Smith was incredible at helping us out and providing wonderful service. Could not recommend this place enough for all your auto glass repair needs!

I was very impressed with Ann and the customer service I received. She definitely knows her stuff and made everything so smooth and hassle free. She called insurance for me and had all my details so I didn't have to go looking for them. Thanks for making a stressful day better. Will definitely be using this company again. They also saved me money!

I had a windshield replaced approximately 3 weeks ago. My windshield was perfect. Two days ago, a truck kicked up a rock and put a chip in my window. I was quick to get my car back into InterMountain Auto Glass, and they were wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

After 29 years behind the same old windshield, InterMountain Auto Glass did a fantastic job, can't believe how much better I can now see! Great job done on time and slightly under quoted price. Highly recommend.

This is truly one of the best run small businesses I have dealt with. From the initial communication with the front desk, to completion of the job, every employee was very accommodating, pleasant, and professional. I had them replace the windshield on my Expedition. In the days to follow, I noticed an imperfection in the glass itself. I returned to the store a week later, and spoke with Rick, the manager. Rick inspected the glass with me, and even prior to seeing it, offered to replace the windshield so I would be fully satisfied. I scheduled the time, and once again had a very positive experience. I asked to see Rick again before leaving, and commented on how impressed I was in their customer service, and the respect shown to every individual who entered the store during my wait time. Intermountain Auto Glass was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them. I scheduled my son in before I left!

Intermountain put in a windshield in our 2003 motorhome in Quartzsite AZ. in Jan or 2023. In The first time we drove it the seal came out so couldn't drive it. I called them, they said they would fix it in the fall of 2023. Now the phone number just says call safelite because they sold out. Safelite refuses to do anything because they don't service our area. There are thousands of motorhomes in Quartzsite in the winter. Do not use these people, they do not stand behind their cusomers. We aare out of luck and will have to fix it ourselves

Inter mountain Glass was purchased by a larger company, Safelite. They lost our order with no contact and, when I started working on a new order with Safelite, the cost had nearly doubled for the same window service! We will use one of the many other auto glass businesses in the Boise area that are reasonably priced and more customer-focused.

I called InterMountain Auto Glass to replace the windshield of my Audi Q5. They had to order the windshield directly from Audi due to heads up display. Windshield was delivered a few days later to InterMountain Auto Glass and they promptly called to schedule and appointment. Drop off was quick and they provided a free loaner for a few hours. Pick up was easy and I was on my way as my insurance covered 100% of the replacement. Windshield looks as great as the orginal.

Intermountain Auto Glass was definitely the right choice. I would Much rather use a local company than Safelite any day and boy was I right! Just purchased an old 93 Chevy K1500 that had a huge crack in the windshield. Basically cracked in half from previous owner. I emailed Intermountain for an estimate and they got back to me within a day with a quote. Scheduled install for next day and they popped right out to my place and replaced windshield in under 35 mins. Carl the tech was awesome. Definitely recommending them to my family and friends. The service and support provided by IAG was fantastic. Their technician was able to install my new windshield the same day I contacted them for price. Price was significantly cheaper than Safelite or other competitors in the area with a lifetime warranty. The technician showed up within his window; was completed in less than 40 minutes; and left no trace of window replacement. Thank you for your excellent service.Service: Auto windshield repair

Our insurance company send us to Intermountain Glass and they installed the window that the insurance company sent to them but we had a problem and it popped out a week later. Intermountain took us back and uninstalled repaired and reinstalled the windows. They also did a lot of research and found out that we had the wrong size windows in. The windows that were sent to them. They did an outstanding job of reinstalling them and took extra safety measures and informed our insurance company of the problem. Through all our time there they gave us a courtesy car to use and we're absolutely outstanding. We could not have asked for a better company.

Carl did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on my Mazda 3 and fixing a problem with my driver side power window not rolling down all the way. I highly recommend this company. Terri was very friendly to work with also in working with my insurance, ordering the glass and scheduling my appointment. Very friendly and a joy to work with! Easy access, plenty of parking, friendly and competent staff. They accepted my comprehensive auto insurance and did all the paperwork in minutes. A couple of months after the repair, I noticed the plastic trim was loose at the bottom of the windshield. Staff immediately said they would fix the trim under warranty and offered to schedule it that day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just had my windshield replaced at Intermountain Auto Glass and Body. I was treated with extremely well throughout the entire process. I arrived at 7:00am and Lauren was there with my loaner car and a very cheerful hello despite it being an early snowy morning. My windshield was done on time and it looks beautiful. Appointment coordination was easy and staff was nice. Glass and install quality looks good.Oddities with my experience:I specified a brand of windshield I wanted and waited several months for with no eta provided. They only called back to inform me the glass was 10 days out once I talked to another glass shop about getting the same brand ordered to which they said it would be 10 days out - very odd... After all that the installed windshield is not the original parent brand I specified, but a sub-brand that gets their glass manufactured elsewhere and not by the parent brand. I'm not sure if InterMountain knows this or not, but I would think they could have disclosed the disparity with a customer requesting a specific brand.I also would have expected them to at least wipe down the dash and steering wheel after install. There was a pretty thick coating of dust and dirt with pieces of old windshield adhesive still in the car.EDIT: Great customer service call with the owner. I can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and tries to amend any honest mistakes professionally

They are so fast and professional repairing my windshield and affordable. I tried to call all of the company who is repairing windshield. They never return call or answer it. But when I keep searching for locals window repair. Someone suggested to go in this place and he is right. Fast and affordable and good quality. No need to have appointment just walk in and they will help you! Thank you so much Intermountain Auto Glass now I can use my Car and no need to wait for a week or more just to fix it. Highly recommended!!!! God bless your business!!!!

I was looking for a solution to replace the metal track on my RV window that had become apart from the glass 2 days before a 2 week trip.Lauren helped me out offered me 2 options, they could do it, or I could buy a tube of Urethane and do it myself. Because of my time crunch I did it myself. It's a nice clean shop and the staff could not be nicer.

Super great folks to work with, and they took really good care of my 71 Chevy!They had the windshield in stock and set up appointment that fit my schedule and even provided a loaner car which made it so much more convenient! Lauren, Rick, and the rest of the staff are excellent!I highly recommend this shop!

InterMountain Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield. The entire process was painless and simple and I was provided a loaner car for my convenience. I am very particular with my vehicles and they exceeded my expectations in every way! I can now see clearly and the windshield looks awesome. The job was completed on time, as quoted, and I would recommend this company to anyone. They also have a beautiful facility that one can feel confident leaving their vehicle at to be worked on. 10/10

I ended up with a rock chip on my windshield that I needed repaired. I was mailed an ad booklet and found Intermountain's information, so I decided to give them a call. Terri answered the phone and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My location was pretty far away from their location but she was able to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. It was so refreshing to call a business and be connected with a knowledgeable person that understands customer service. She even contacted my insurance company for me to open the claim, etc. It's sad to say but you just rarely come across that anymore. Joe was our repair technician and he was equally as helpful, polite, knowledgeable, etc. I would definitely go back to this business again!! Way to represent your company, you two!! This is the best experience I've had a with a business! I showed up and the receptionist was busy, but Rick came right out and greeted me. From there, less than five minutes later, Rick had checked out my car, pulled a quote, and had me set up with a loaner car because they were able to do a same day windshield replacement.After a few hours they had completed the car ahead of schedule and their work looked perfect. I was extremely happy with the results, the price, and the speed.Intermountain Auto Glass is the only place I'll be returning to and the place I'll recommend to everyone.

I can t say enough good things about Lauren, Chris and the rest of the folks at Intermountain Auto Glass. Their professionalism is second to none and the quality of their work is beyond reproach. Friendly, fast, thorough and the cost of repairs was very fair. The best part is that, unlike other shops that told me I had to replace the gasket and windshields, they were able to undo the previous owner s repair and properly fix the leaking gasket of our Monaco motorhome no more leaks!!!! Called 5 glass companies before calling intermountain and everyone else told us we couldn't replace our rear window of our Ram truck with a slider. Not only did intermountain do a great job replacing our rear window with a slider but they got us in the next day and not to mention the phenomenal customer service we received. We plan on using them for future glass needs for personal and for our business.

This rating is based on the response from the owner. I was sent to this shop on the advice of my insurer, i needed a chip repaired. The work that was done looked like no change.At no cost to me except time I was very dissatisfied. Called my insurer and discussed with them that if you are going to recommend someone it is up to you to make it good. It was like talking to a wall. A few hours later I received a call from the owner and he was very understanding and willing to replace the entire shield and cover my deductible. That is 5 star service.

I stopped by InterMountain Auto Glass to have them look at a windshield repair that had been done by another repair company (due to a constant whistle that wasn't there prior to the replacement). They examined my entire windshield, including a test drive, and confirmed the windshield was secure. They did not charge me for this service even though they spent their time looking at the car. If I have any future windshield or auto glass needs, I plan to use InterMountain Glass. Professional and excellent service--including the phone call to make the appointment.
