If you have a question these guys will answer it. They are the best transmission people in Boise. They know who the best builders are for your transmission.i will not go anywhere else first!!! I get the best overhaul kits and advise where to take it if I can't do the job. These guys are the absolute best!!!

I own a restomod shop and also do some repairs for a small customer base that I've had for well over 20 years, engine and trans overhauling etc. I usually get parts here because I like to support local and Idaho businesses. But I'm getting increasingly annoyed by one of the counter people. He's abrasive and sarcastic, and recently sent a part back out of a large order when I specifically told him I was going to pick it up, this caused a two day delay for my customer.I like the other guys that work there and they usually have what I need with fair prices, but I'm considering switching to an online supplier if they don't do some customer service training for this particular employee. I'm pretty sure they know who I'm talking about because my customer called management to file a complaint. Train him or get rid of him, he's making you lose customers.

For the last several years We have used your company with an 100% rating!! In which I Believe is difficult to do in this line of work.This has been a good relationship to say the least.Keep up the great work.Added note - we possibly average 3000-6000 plus dollars per month

That one transfer case gasket wasn't available anywhere nearby, and even online it was 4x the price I paid here, same day purchase and pickup. Perfect!
