Read some negative reviews on front desk lady.. I got nothing but a five star smile from her. She was very nice and helpful. The gentleman Steve that helped with estimate and repairs was a stand up guy who was easy to trust. Place had my car in and out with in a week and work looked great.!

Franklin Autobody was amazing! They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and got the job done ahead of schedule. My bumper looks like nothing happened and I was pleasantly surprised to find the inside of my vehicle looked better than I left it too!

I wanted them to repair my older car and I would self insure it. They reject self insurance. I was very dissatified with their arrogant attitude. I would not recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Between the secretary being oblivious, to the claims adjuster and his careless attitude, it's a shocker how they stay in business. Ultimately, they could care less about you as a customer unless you have an insurance claim number.

I would give 10 stars if I could! They made my car look brand new. They even vacuumed the inside for me before I came to pick it up! The people there were so sweet and straight up about everything from the beginning. They even called me to keep me updated about the next step in fixing my car to give me an estimate of when it will be ready! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Went there to get a estimate. For paint peeling. Told me I would have make opointment. I was gone for ten days. Called them when I got back. Said they don't due that. I wish they would have told me up front. I literally sent these people a ton of business. Over the years. Very disappointed. I will not recommend them anymore. What happened to there customer service.

When we got a small dent in our car, I stopped at Franklin Auto Body to get an estimate. I have used them three times in the past and was satisfied with their work. Apparently customer service is no longer on Franklin's agenda anymore because I was told I would need to schedule estimate and would have to come back. What once was a service oriented business is not anymore. I will be recommending and taking my business elsewhere.

If I could not mark any stars at all, I would. Don't waste your time even calling this shop. I called to get an appointment to bring my car in for repairs. The rude b***h on the phone asked who my insurance company was, and when I said Geico, she proceeded to tell me that they just did their DRP's (?) and may not be taking Geico customers anymore. I said, "So should I just find another shop?" She said, "Yeah, I think that would be a good idea." Worse customer service EVER!! Hope they go bankrupt if they don't want work with one of the largest insurance companies in the country.

Very rude and confrontational service by the front desk lady. I was recommended to this shop by a dealership. I spoke to them in person and over the phone. Over the phone the lady was rude and short. If that s the service given to customers that simply walk through the door, just imagine the service that would be given to a customer should anything go wrong with the bodywork repair. Avoid them and dealers do not recommend.

I've happily used this place in the past for insurance and non-insurance work. Called today to ask if they could help me with an older car. The response in a very non helpful way. "Yeah probably not you might want to go some other direction"

We had significant rear end damage on our suburban completed with Franklin auto body. I was worried the frame was damaged and asked them to check the frame when they were doing the original estimate. They said no frame damage and gave me the estimate. I trusted their professional abilities and had the work completed. The body work seemed ok other than still having to return same day I picked up the vehicle for a taillight not working. Thought they would ve checked that before sending me out the door since all the rear lights had to be replaced. The real issue I have is I m assuming the frame is bent because after 2 front end alignments the driver side front tire keeps getting bald on the outer edge. Now we are going through tires and will have to get rid of the vehicle, so I would not recommend Franklin auto body. Try anywhere else but here.Service: Body & Trim

I was recently involved in a car accident and went through Franklin Auto Body to conduct my repairs. The staff was amazing, and the end result was excellent. A special shout out to Greg, who was extremely polite, and professional, and went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer vs a "regular client".If I ever need body work done again, you all will be my first call.Service: Body & Trim

I never take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with Franklin Auto Body I felt it necessary. I bought a used Mercedes that had rear bumper damage and a really bad parking lot job to conceal it. It had very visible paint runs, dirt under the paint, and the bumper bar was not attached properly. It also had some chipping on the door edges, etc. I took it to Franklin Auto Body to repair these things, and the work they did was absolutely beautiful! My main concern was the rear bumper, and it is now smooth, shiny, and put back together properly. My car was ready in less than half the time they stated it would take, and it was super clean on top of that - inside and out! I have had light interior in several cars I have owned, and nearly every time I would get them back from repairs, I would find dirty finger prints in the car. There was not one single finger print this time! I appreciated that so very much. We will definitely be returning for any auto body needs we may have in the future, and I can not recommend them highly enough! Excellent service!

We made an appointment to have bodywork done at Franklin Auto Body as it was listed as one of the preferred providers by our insurance company. First they canceled our appointment and didn t let us know, then they didn t write up the estimate for our insurance company after telling us that they would do so. The lack of follow through and lack of professionalism at Franklin Auto Body was very surprising. I will not be calling them again.

Wasn't sure it was the same car I dropped off! She looked beautiful and all nice and clean too. The work done was excellent, you can't even tell she ever had a boo-boo, PLUS she was done a whole day earlier than they quoted, which was a nice little surprise!There was a slight hiccup in communication with my insurance and Franklin Auto Body but it was very easily remedied, sorted out in less than 10 minutes, and they were very apologetic.When I dropped off my car the ladies in the front office were a tad rough around the edges (possibly I just caught them on an off or busy day) each time I spoke to someone on the phone they were nice and helpful, the man who went over the quote with me was also very nice. When I picked up the car the lady in the office was very sweet and again so was the man who brought the car to me.Thanks for taking care of my car, I would highly recommend their services.

I am a guy who likes things done right. The first time. I don't stop to give reviews often, but this time Franklin Auto Body deserves a 5 star, rave review. The repair work done to my Lexus was absolutely perfect. They repaired it to like new condition, with no evidence of prior damage. They even made an adjustment to work previously done on the car that had not been repaired correctly. I've had auto body work done before, and am very picky on wanting things done right. The dent repair, paint work, and efficiency is top notch. I highly recommend them for your auto body repairs.

They did such a great job with my car. It only took them 3 days and I know they're so busy. Such friendly people that work there too. When I picked up my car I noticed it had also been washed and cleaned on the inside! I definitely recommend getting your car fixed here.

Very impressed with the quality of customer service at Franklin Auto Body - though I wound up selecting another repair shop to work on my total loss vehicle (due to proximity to my home), Greg with Franklin Auto was incredibly helpful and transparent. I would definitely recommend working with these folks & will keep them in mind in the future!

I missed my "estimate appointment" by one day, it was scheduled 2.5 weeks out on a Tuesday. I went the very next dayWednesday, same time to be encountered by a woman at the desk with no understanding. She said the estimates only take 30 mins but next one available was 5 weeks away. I pleaded and was told I shouldn't of missed my appointment. I apologized but nothing. I had state farm reassign me to another authorized shop who took the work and completed it asap. Thank goodness for FAB I missed my appointment as they are "too busy" anyways. This would have been a threepeat business opportunity, now new customer elsewhere.

Circumstances as they were (never fun when an auto body shop is needed) these folks provided a very personalized, streamlined experience. The workmanship was top notch, and very professional. I would highly recommend Franklin Auto Body in Boise ID for any, and all of your auto body or auto detailing needs. Thank you guys for getting my car in like new condition again, I really appreciate your help on this, and can t believe how good the car looks!

I've had to come here twice in the last year due to accidents and they have treated my like family. They kept me up to speed on where we were in the process, what they were fixing, and always took the time to answer all my questions. Both times I went to pick up the car after they had finished, I was so impressed with their work. They even washed and vacuumed them! I am a customer for life!

Went straight to Franklin after Calibur, night and day difference. Super pleasant and super helpful. Got someone who answered my questions, explained everything in detail and listened to everything I had to say. They gave me an estimate and explained they would forward it to the insurance company and would be ready to do the work when I was ready.I was even given a referral to a chiropractor, thank you for being taken care of.

Terrible experience! Customer service is the worst. Scheduled an appointment for repairs. When I brought the car in at the scheduled time, they had lost the paperwork and had no record of my appointment. I was told I would have to get another copy of the paperwork from the insurance company, bring the paperwork back to their shop to schedule another appointment and then they may be interested in completing the repairs. Definitely will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Price I was quoted went up 300 over night when I asked why they said dealership prices went up... over night? After asking for my quoted price the gal said to take my business elsewhere. I then asked for a manager Dave at first he said the same thing after talking a few mins he said there was 8 different options he picked the wrong one. I understand we are human mistakes happen just be honest I would have been willing to pay more to have a Quality job done. But I won t do business with people not being honest.

Without hesitation, I recommend Franklin Auto Body. I have taken my car there for the past 5 years and always had a pleasant experience. The estimates are fair and the service is quick, as promised. I am always pleased with the results and intend to remain a loyal customer.

No better place to go! I highly recommend them. They repaired my F-150 that was rear-ended with significant damage including the frame, it was beautiful afterwards. I had even more extensive damage to my 2011 Subaru Legacy, but it was repaired so well, that the service department at my dealership said it was remarkable work.

Absolutely horrible. Do not go here at all. They are jerksWent in to get an estimate on my truck for some rear end damage from an accident. They took photos and did an estimate and even submitted to the insurance. Called to make an appointment to repair and they told me they're to busy and won't do it at all.Avoid these guys.

They do great work. We needed to get our repair done quickly and they finished a day sooner than expected. We had our car back in 3 days! Excellent service. Highly recommend them.
