Unbelievably bad! Christian was by far the most unprofessional auto care employee I have ever experienced. Take your car here if you want lazy work from people that simply do not care. The $9.99 car care package was SUPPOSED to include a Complete Vehicle Inspection, 4-Tire Rotation, Tire Inspection, Washer Fluid Top-Off, Adjust Tire Air Pressure To Correct Pressure, and Electronic Battery Analysis. The only two things that were actually done with my experience here were the "inspection" and I watched them struggle through the battery analysis. After the inspection, they were immediately ready to upsell me $400 without even a paper diagnosis or explanation on the inspection. I asked them if they topped off the windshield wiper-fluid and rotated the tires, and the response I got "Oh you wanted all of that?" After I clearly communicated that to him from walking in that I wanted the $9.99 car care package. Asked for the email diagnosis of their inspection upon leaving, as well as calling again today for it and still haven't received anything. These people absolutely do not care about you or your car! NEVER going back.

Very honest and had integrity. When we went in because our tire was at risk to pop and the first thing they said was see if the tire was still under warranty at the last shop instead of jumping on selling us a tire we knew we could trust these men. In and out in less than an hour and now know who we can trust with future car issues, including unexpected ones like what we had to deal with on this day imparticular. Side note- excellent location! We snagged coffee and a pizza while we waited and the kids thought it was the coolest thing ever.

Had a months-long problem with my car and these guys spent hours trying to diagnose the issue. They were willing to talk with another mechanic I had seen in Caldwell and brainstorm with him, which is something I feel like I rarely see. When they did figure out what the problem might be, they were very upfront that they only might have gotten it right, but they gave me all the information they had and recommended I see a dealership mechanic to confirm what they thought. And it turns out they were right! And for their hours of diagnostic work they only charged me ten bucks, because they did not feel they could fix the issue without 100% confirmation. I m not sure this issue would have been figured out without them, I highly recommend them!

I've had two good experiences at this location. Our Jeep needed a new set of tires and the local staff was great. Quick and easy schedule, drop-off, and pick-up. My "new to me" Porsche 911 tires were showing signs of excessive wear and Christian took time out of his Sunday to check out my tires and gave me some great advice. He also dropped some tire knowledge on me that was very helpful in my decision making. We'll be back for all our tire needs!

This was honestly the best oil change I've ever had in my life. Everyone was so nice and the energy wasn't rushed, but they were efficient and timely. Very very satisfied. Thank you! I'll be back.

My tire pressure light came on, and I was getting ready to hop on the freeway, pulled in, and asked if they could check it out. Cody, I believe his name, was very helpful . Definitely going here when it's time to buy tires!! Appreciate the customer service

After a really less then miserable experience at Firestone on fairview... a 1 star review... (barely) I came back to Broadway store and told them of my experience at fairview and they redeemed their company name for everyone in Firestone... won't go anywhere else again... Broadway Firestone stands by thier promises and standard and even exceeds it... had me in and out in an hour... and treated my less the fun experience at the Fairview Firestone as a personal mission to renew my faith in this company... They should definitely stand and be recognized... The whole team.... Thank You!...

Took my Prius in for a new battery. I called ahead and they let me know they d have to find the battery locally and go get it, they d found one and were ready for me within a couple of hours. Was in the shop to get the battery installed for about 20 minutes and then was on my way. All of the employees were very friendly and nice to talk to, and they even gave me a discount unexpectedly. Will absolutely return in the future to have my car worked on. Thank you!Service: Battery

Horrible Experience.One guy suggested to apply for Firestone CNFA.I gave him my drivers license and he put my misspelled name, wrong address.I never received the card and later suffered a lots of hassles. Name change, address changes etc.Due date went by and had to pay interest.Very unskilled in this case.

Wow what a great place. CHRITIAN AND TIM awesome. Wasn't charged for mount and balance after my old tire was damaged. Those old tires were worn out and I understood but they insisted I not pay for services. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have taken my car there a few times and have recommended this location to a friend in the past. Out of these four times only one of them has gone as expected and smoothly. It is a mistake to bring your car to this place, and if you point out to the employees at this establishment that what you brought in is not what you received you will be in for an even more unpleasant experience. What should have been a simple wiring repair ended up with my friend in tears. The rear brake job that was done on my van was completed incorrectly and I had to take it back in because the caliper was dragging on the rotor. I took my working a/c in for a check ahead of the hot weather and now I have a non-functioning air conditioner. Hey at least I know what the problem is, right? I didn't pay attention to the red flags (story of my life), but I'm sharing them so that you can pay attention to the red flags and go somewhere else. Anywhere else really.

These guys charged me almost 2 grand for breaks, then installed the pads upside down, which resulted in constant squeaking until I flipped them. Will not go to or recommend firestone to anyone ever again.

I have had an account at Firestore for many years. Yes, I'm aware that each store is independent. Recently, I had my Tiguan worked on. They said they couldn't find the parts, so I ordered them from the east coast.When the work was done, while I am walking out the door, the service guy tells me there is a slight vibration in the front end ? The vibration was not slight.That's why I took it in to be fixed! $ 800, and it's not fixed.When I take my car to Firestone I expect a diagnosis of the problem !Oh, they did mention the cause could be a drive axle. Why not say that before you work on it?If a manager who cares reads this, what can be done to remedy?

My family and myself went on a road trip from Washington. Needless to say we got a screw in our tire and it happened to be a Sunday, Christian was able to get me in and out within a short amount of time and got my tire fixed. He saved the day for my family and was very supportive for customer care. Highly recommend this place if you're in a bind.Service: Tires

Driving across country and my check engine light came on, SCARY! The guys here checked it out and let me know it was nothing dire. They could have easily told me it was anything and I would ve paid to have it done but they were honest.Honesty and peace of mind are priceless!

Dropped my vehicle off a couple weeks ago to have my front end alignment corrected. Before I left the store the manager stopped me to say that his mechanic refused to do the job, because he doesn t have much experience and might make the alignment worse. I have heard many excuses in the past from different shops to weasel out of the alignment warrantee, but admitting incompetence is a first. 2 stars for honesty but not much else.

Alternator went out on my Toyota tundra, had it towed here, requested that it be fixed before the weekend is over, they got it in a fixed all on time and were very prompt with phone calls and had any information needed handy. Tim at the front desk provided amazing customer service. Will recommend to friends and family and use for future service work.

Set up an appointment online to have my wife s tires replaced, Tim called me a few days after setting up the appointment to tell me that the tires I picked had no warranty through Firestone because they weren t their brand tires. So we picked a set that was their brand and I asked for what the cost would be, he said $950 out the door, which I assumed included an alignment because Tim never offered one to me, so I said let s do it. Fast forward a few more days and my wife goes into the appointment early, it takes them 15 minutes to get the car in and turns out the tires that their website says fit the car aren t the right size, luckily they have some in stock that are the right size. It took them over an hour for them to replace the tires on her car, which did not in fact include an alignment, had it not taken an hour to change the tires we may have done the alignment but between that and the price being over a grand for the tires with no alignment, when I was quoted $950 out the door, we decided not to get the alignment today because my wife needed to be home. She then was treated with a cold shoulder until she left and her key being throw on the desk. Two stars only because the tires have a decent warranty. Last set of Firestone tires I ll purchase. They didn t even check her brakes like I asked them toService: Tires

The staff is fantastic! They are friendly, accommodating, even willing to go the extra mile to fit me in when I was in a crunch. They are light hearted, joking with me, especially since I'm the curb queen. They offer a lifetime alignment as long as I own the car. Little do they know how much money they are going to lose on with me. It is a fantastic investment if anyone seems to use curbs as boulders as I pretend I'm climbing mountains in town.

What an exceptional crew. From the customer service to the quality of work. I had been stranded in boise with a flat and some bad tires. Out of town on a work trip. They did everything they could to get me back on the road and driving! And alleviate the crisis. Best place to go in boise! My hubby's car is new and fancy. He is ill and I drive his Rouge since my old car is in the shop.The fancy car dashboard said "alert! Low air in tire!" Scared me.Hubby said go to Firestone and he was right. They were so helpful! Quick and kind. The technician even said the cold weather made the tires need air. He fixed all four and was smiling and friendly.I really thank Firestone.
