Johnny Russell is amazing! The whole staff is really. Honest, local company that has world class customer service. I worked with them in 2013 but ended up buying from a Ford dealership (bad decision on my part). When I was ready for my next vehicle in 2020 I went back to Fairly's and had my second great experience. We will be replacing my husband's car soon, I already know we'll be shopping here when the time comes.

I won t buy a car anywhere else. This is my 3rd car from fairly reliable bobs and their customer service is top notch. It s not your normal transaction and experience when buying a car here. It s such a seamless process. If you re looking for a car johnny is such a pleasure to work with and I trust him completely and as woman buying a car on your own you have to trust that they have your best interest at heart. Thanks Johnny for all your help and making this process fun and easy.

10/10. Every aspect of this sale went well. The website is accurate with the inventory, the salesman s response to my online inquiry was prompt, the options for what I was looking for were there. After a few texts, I was at the dealership preparing for a test drive. To sum this up, my experience is how buying an automobile should be. I have been in this industry for over a decade now and not only did I get a great experience, but a few pro tips to take back to work. This dealership stands apart from the stereotypical "car dealership". They really care about their customers. There is no hint of the adversarial approach that so many dealerships take. Tonight we just bought another car from them and my wife and I felt like we were treated like family. It's very clear that they put the interests of their customer first. Where do you find that anywhere these days? A this point it would be very hard to picture myself buying a car from anyone else, new or used.They've earned our trust!

We purchased our daughter's first car from here ab 2 years ago + had a great experience! Last month, her car was stolen + recovered in pretty bad shape. My husband and I had just moved out of state -- imagine the stress of dealing w this fiasco from afar! We had it brought to Bob's while working through the process of What the heck are we gonna do now?? Kolby in the auto shop was a rockstar + kept in constant contact w us! He walked us through our options, really made us feel supported.Fast forward to today -- our daughter's car was ultimately totaled out, and she just drove off the lot in a brand new vehicle! I cannot say THANK YOU enough to Johnny + the team at Fairly Reliable Bob's for walking us through this crazy situation and taking such amazing care of our kid when mom + dad couldn't be there in person! Y'all are the absolute BEST + we're so very grateful!

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. This was my second purchase at Fairlys, and while my first expirence was great, my most recent was incredible. I was in an accident where my last vehicle was totalled. I had also recently moved out of state. After several calls back and forth, and lots of crossing fingers, fairly reliable bobs got me into a perfect vehicle that checked ALL the boxes on my very tight requirement list. Everyone was very kind, informative, and truly feels like family. I am a forever customer. I could not recommend any dealership more than them. I highly highly recommend seeing what they can do for you. 11/10 stars.

My girlfriend and I found that she is pregnant and expecting soon, and we knew it was time to get a family car together. We visited many different dealerships, some were slimy and others were really pushy. We were looking for just a simple, clean, reliable, *affordable* family car.When we got to Fairly's, we were met by a really nice, not pushy and very respectful salesman named Tim. He was fantastic, very understanding, and let us take our time looking or testing cars without feeling pressured. We found a car that we absolutely loved, and Tim really did an outstanding job of helping us get setup with the car and taking care of us.Some paperwork with my bank took a while, which is to be expected while taking out a loan. While we waited, Tim brought me and my pregnant girlfriend some snacks, water, soda, and just really went the extra mile to make sure we were treated well. This was especially neat because she was pregnant, and hadn't eaten before we came to view the cars.The car actually broke down a week after buying it, the alternator died and I had to push the car off to the side of the road. I was really upset at first, thinking that maybe I had just bought a piece of junk. However, (***this is what made them go from good to great***) I called Tim and he hooked us up with a loaner car immediately.They took the car into their onsite repair shop and actually fixed the whole thing for free!! We took good care of the loaner and didn't pay a dime during the car being broken down. The honesty, integrity, and kindness that this business has shown me and my girlfriend is unparalleled.I have told so many people about their dealership, and the level of respect they have given to us has been unlike any other place we visited. 10/10 will be buying another car from them again.We have loved the car we chose! It's smooth, and fits our family super well.When you go, ask for Tim!! You won't regret it.

What a phenomenal experience with an absolute 5 star team! From sales, to finance, to management, they did everything possible to get me into my dream car. Fairly Reliable Bob's goes above and beyond any dealship to make sure you are satisfied. I honestly can't recommend enough. They do have other makes and models of cars, but if you have been looking to pull the trigger on a Corvette this is the place to shop. Their inventory changes very frequently so the website is not a good guage for what's in stock. Prices are also usually listed as "call for price" so ask for Justin or Mark.

Great place to buy a Corvette!My wife and I had a great experience buying a Corvette. When I first called to inquire about a couple Corvettes I was interested in, Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful.Mark was not there when I went in to the dealer. Jeremiah helped us out and he was great to work with as well. Very knowledgeable about luxury and performance cars.The dealer had a great atmosphere and is full of car enthusiasts.

I Had A Good Experience Overall !I bought a truck from this dealer in early Oct 2017. The process was normal and no pressure, it is a car dealer so they are looking to make a buck of course, but that is what a business does right. I did t have any negative experiences during my purchase and after the purchase the follow up was good. I d say it was like a buying from a new car dealer. Give them a try.

We worked with Johnny Russell for buying our teenage daughter her first car.I had reached out to Johnny earlier and let him know what we were looking for. At the time I contacted him they didn t have anything on the lot that fit our parameters. Nearly a month later he follow back up with me because he remembered what we were looking for, and thought it might be a good fit.What I really appreciate about Johnny was his attention to detail, as well as his straightforward and clear communication. When we were looking at the car, he was very thorough and helping us understand all the specifics about the car as well as the cost of the financing.We really appreciated this approach, having bought many vehicles in our lifetime this is a rarity.He was very efficient and thorough and we move through processing the paperwork quickly and smoothly.We most definitely we will be purchasing more cars through Johnny at Fairly Reliable Bob s.Chantel Jones.

I bought my first corvette Saturaday July 1, 2023. I spoke with Jerimiah for a month waiting for my house to close. He was patient with me, always communitated with me, and even picked me up at the airport in my new car. It was the easiest tranaction I ever made. Great cars but most of all great service. Thank you Jerimiah and thank you Fairly Relieable Bobs Used Cars. Ill be back again.

Agreed on a price and made the deal. After going over my financials salesman commented the it won t be any problem for me with such a good down payment. He called back about an hour later and told me if I wanted the truck, that I would have to kick in an additional ten thousand BE ADVISED! Don t do business with these people! Their word means nothing!

He called me up only a couple weeks later with a fantastic vehicle and he got me a price that worked with my budget! I am so grateful I got a chance to work with these guys. No prices on website. They expect you to call and ask prices on every vehicle you're interested in.That's a typical old school high pressure sales tactic... "oh you want a price, well give me your info incase we get disconnected " blah blah. So sickening. Get with the times, Bob.Realtors do this, too. People are moving away from salesmen. Look at homie, carvana, vroom. We don't want to talk to you. We want to look at prices, shop around and be left alone. It's not 1950 anymore bob, post some pricesThis is why you don't have multiple locations like the big dogs
