I got to Admit, I will only be using Discount Tire for all of our Tire Needs. The Manager was Awesome, All of The Guys were Awesome. Everybody was so helpful and very Professional.Thank you guys for The Amazing Service....It's The People that make a Company Great...These guys Make Tire Service Great Again!!!!

Great prices and amazing customer service!! There was a line when I came in and every employee who walked in, greeted us, and told us someone would help us. I appreciate that they acknowledged that we were there. Most places don't even do that!! I was presented with a few buying options, and the person that helped me explained it all very well!! For sure, I am coming again and recommending to friends!

This location is my favorite Discount Tire. There are better specialty garages, but this place is cheap, relatively fast, and still deliver personalized services. Best value by far. They do an excellent job with my FJ and I finally trusted them with my Porsche. They didn t disappoint. No, they re not perfect. They re an extremely busy shop who do every they can to give you good service at a great price.

I came in to just get some air in my tires but all of the staff was very helpful and kind. I got the pleasure of working with Christian he was very helpful and informative I really felt like I was well taken care of. That man deserves a raise for his dedication to this store!

I just had the tires replaced on my wife's car. I was able to get a convenient appt time and they had me in & out in 45 minutes. There was no need to price match because I couldn't find anybody that had the Nokian's I wanted in stock besides Discount.

I can t say enough good things about this DT location. Extremely professional, very accommodating, fair prices, great service. Highly recommend. I have several cars that I rent out, so have used them on multiple occasions for new tires, rotations, repair, winter tire swaps and advice.

I have a car that I drive only in the summer, sporty convertible type. I currently have Summer Eagle F1 on the car. I called asking for a good replacement for that tire.. I was told a DWS 06+ was a good equivalent replacement. I'm taking this person's word that works here. I do some research that is an all season "performance" tire with lots of sidewall issues if you get reading and a lot of people say they have a mushy feel in the corners. I don't think I would have been happy with this tire. It's not an equivalent tire. This car will never see snow..My big gripe was trying to call to tell them I don't want the tires.. Three different times, 30 minutes till someone answered or I gave up. It would ring, go through an automated message then ring..I did get through this morning promptly. I was only calling as an courtesy but I did wast to much of my time doing the right thing.

Their tire warranty program is unheard of anywhere else, I recommend them to all my friends and family. I ve always ran over nails or something and EVERYTIME it s absolutely FREE to have repaired and once I hit an icy curb and my back tire exploded! My insurance covered a man to come out and put on my spare and I drove straight to Discount Tire, where they replaced it with a brand new one FOR FREE!!! The customer service is spot on, they seem to treat their employees well, the overall atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick and reliable.

sale person was able to show different tires and explain all of the options in English. He was polite, courteous with no attempt to upsale. They texted me after about 45 minutes and were ready for me to come get the car.

Grayden was great to work with. He remembered who I was when I called back a day later, and when he mistakenly spoke about having the tires I wanted, replaced them with better tires for the same price! He also told me they could get my tires done within an hour on a day they had no open appointments, for a whole new set of tires! I have no complaints and highly recommend discount tire!

I m always impressed by the level of service at Discount Tire. They beat or price match just about anyone. Discount does not mean discounted service.Recently, I had some tires and wheels swapped out, for a new look. Unfortunately, when I was driving down the road at 35mph, my left rear wheel fell off my truck. Thankfully I was able to pull over and stop, and no one was injured. I was able to recover my wheel/tire and reinstall minus a few lug nuts, and limp it back to the shop.I explained what happened to Tyler. Having worked in a tire shop myself for almost 2 years, I knew the cause - not enough torque on the lugs.Mistakes happen and I m grateful my mishap happened when and where it did.I brought my truck in the same day. They got me back on the road with a new wheel, replaced all my 32 lug nuts with new locking nuts, re-inspected everything, and ordered me a new wheel to match my other 3 as the one that fell off was destroyed and gave me a new spare wheel.I realize mistakes happen, to anyone, anytime. And even though this event could have been disastrous, guardian angels protected all.I will continue to be a loyal customer of Discount Tire.Thank you, Tyler, and the manager, for making things right and providing great service. I highly recommend this store and will always tell others!

From Graedy's help on the phone to Ian's excellent service in the shop and Riley's phenomenal job on getting my new wheels installed, I cannot say enough good things about the way the crew at Discount Tire treats their customers. I arrived early on a Saturday, expecting to wait a couple hours (the shop was busy) and was out of there within 40 minutes, tires, wheels, and TPMS installed. The team communicated well, provided recommendations that weren't just upsells (and were actually useful for exactly what I needed), and got the job done right (and quickly. 11/10 stars for this shop, location, and management!I'll be a loyal customer for life. Keep up the good work!

I thought I had good service when I brought my car the first day to get my tire changed . I bought a new tire. The next day my tire sensor came on for the first time. I took my car back and they said my tire sensor died. What a coincidence my tire sensor suddenly dies the day they changed my tire. Now after 2 hours of waiting and them refusing to take accountability I am posting this

This company always takes care of you! Definitely a must for all drivers in your family. They will check your tires, rotate them and keep you safe. Definitely check them out for your tire needs.

I'm so grateful, for this team. I popped my tire nearby 10 minutes to close. They got me in and had a new tire on in 20 minutes.I was so flustered when this occurred that I can't remember any names, but I'm thankful to the guys that were working close on 12/30/23, you made my day.

I spent what I thought was a lot of money on a new set of tires. Nearly $1,400 dollars and had one request as I dropped my vehicle off this morning. That was, Please make sure that the tires are all set at 36 lbs. Sure thing, I was told. Later that afternoon I get the text informing me that my car was ready to be picked up so I head that way. First thing I notice as I inspect the car is how filthy the brand new tires are. Covered in some greasy white substance. So much so that they looked almost white. I thought wow, spent that much money and they couldn't even clean the residue off the brand new tires, hmmm. Wish now I would have taken a picture of them but that's not the biggie. I get into the car and ask the car to measure the new tire pressure. As it did so I thought, wow these new tires are super rigid and feel like concrete. The car finishes measuring pressure as I approach my work and there's 47 lbs in the right front and rear and 42 in the left front and rear. I thought asking to have the new tires set at 36 lbs wasn't too much to ask but obviously it was. Shows a total lack of caring when it comes to taking care of the customer and doing the right thing. It's the simple things that matter and I feel like they totally missed the mark today. Pressures are a big deal and can potentially cause serious problems especially when they're that far out of whack. Train your people better and ask them to care just a little. My two cents...

I always give praise when deserving and rarely give a bad review. However, I am disappointed this time around.I had scheduled an appointment in advance so that I would not have to wait long, or at least would assume. It was close to 45 minutes to an hour before my car made it to the service bay. Once in service I wanted to stretch my legs and went outside and looked at my Z/28 getting new tires placed on. I had noticed that one of my center caps was face down on the ground and then saw the young man working on my car kick it across the floor. I went over to pick it up and saw that the clear face was now all scratched up. I was disgusted and confronted this man only NOT to get a simple apology or any sense of remorse. Talk about no respect for someone else s property! I then complained to a senior employee who said he would discuss it with him, meanwhile while I now have a scratched up center cap. I had bought this Camaro Z/28 from its original owner who had babied it. It s that nice and this drive was the first drive I took after the DMV to get it registered in my name. I left there upset and late for my next appointment.I ve used them multiple times and was very disappointed this time around. I m not sure that I am going to remain a loyal customer after this experience.Hoping the store reads the reviews and looks up how much business I have done with them. If they care they should reach out to me and make it right, then work on training their employees so this can be avoided in the future towards others. I didn t even get an apology for having to spend 1.5 hours there after making an appointment.

I have been using Discount Tires for years now. Always top notch customer service and care. Experts who always go out of their way to help you out. This is my first time at this location. Tyler was exceptional! Came out to meet me when I pulled up, very polite and friendly, quick and easy process. I will go here for all of my tire and wiper needs.

Editing my positive review for this location after I had to comeback to replace my tires. As a 15 year Discount Tire customer (21 sets of tires and 8 sets of wheels) this experience really left a bitter taste. Mike, was super rude to my wife and I and tried overcharging us by $150 from what Kenneth originally quoted us over the phone. They not only refuse to sell us the tires at the quoted price which they originally matched the local Costco store (sense then Costco dropped another $40 during Oct sale) but got really nasty towards us. I called Meridian location since I've done business with them many times to see if they can help resolve the issue, but they said that sense Boise location quoted that price and already ordered tires for you, you will have to finish the purchase with them. My previous 14 years of experience with Discount Tire are from Atlanta (southeast region) and my last 3 sets of tires were purchased from Idaho (Meridian/Boise locations). Well this was my last set at Discount Tire. I will have to do my research to find a tire store that can appreciate my business better then Discount Tire. Fast courteous professional service. I was serviced by a young man who looked like Ryan Reynolds and assisted by another person who looked like the famous Tiktoker, The Dog Daddy ( Without the famous jogging outfit) What an amazing day I left out of there smiling After getting amazing deals on tires and wipers! Thank you guys so much!

I bought tires online during a labor day sale. Tires for my car are quite expensive normally and I was able to score a great deal online. They called me a few days later and said they couldn't source the tires, but they would continue looking and find me something by September 13. I accepted this and waited for a call. The next week I recieved a call stating they had my tires and I would received the tires for the same price I paid online. I agreed and arrived to my appointment. They told me they did not have my ordered tires and instead I would have to pay $400 more for similar tires. I was confused and asked them to honor their labor day prices.they got the price down to $152 more than I originally paid. I wasn't happy, but after waiting two weeks I couldn't wait any longer for tires. After they installed my tires I decided to contact their corporate office and explain my situation. Corporate reached out to the store who then reached out to me and offered me a refund for the difference I had to pay. I'm happy I recieved the refund, I think it's wrong that I had to reach out to the corporate offices to get the correct treatment in the first place. The service was otherwise fantastic and I love my new tires.

Good pricing, I dropped Les Schwab for discount tire, but in doing so I lost a lot of service. Don't count on after care service once you've purchased, I've had 3 flats on two different vehicles that I bought discount tires from. It's always an appointment even for a flat tire waiting 2 to 4 hours because I don't have an an appointment doesn't work for me. Having good pricing doesn't always add up.

I travel all over the country and every DT I go to is friendly, quick, and professional. It's amazing that a chain spread across so many states can keep their core principles together. This location was stellar today. The desk and the techs all did a great job. The tech showed me an issue that he found that has been making noise with my suspension. I love Discount Tire

I've had good luck with Discount Tire many times in the past. Last spring I bought full sized truck tires from them, so quite expensive. They were rated for 50K miles. I have less than 15K miles on them and they are nearly completely bald. Went in today to see what kind of deal they would work out for me, fully confident they'd help me out in some facet; I feel like I'm owed 35K miles worth of prorated money towards my next set of tires. I literally got told my truck must have a mechanical issue making them wear funny, and they aren't going to do anything about it. This isn't an old beat up truck. It's a 2012 F250, that just so happens to have upgraded new shocks, strutts, and I had it professionally aligned with wheel bearings replaced within 100 miles of buying theses tires, as I felt they were riding a little off. My guess now is I got bad tires. This is the first pair of tires I've had to put on my truck since the ones from the factory that went 70K. Very disappointed in the absolute lack of customer service. Discount Tire will never see another cent of my hard earned money. Fully feeling as if I just got scammed out of a couple grand, OUCH!
