I ve known Gordy for years and always seen wonderful work come from his shop. Never thought I d have to use them, but recently got hit and needed the rear bumper on my truck replaced. Glad I took it to them, as always the CW collision team got me right in, worked with my schedule, and got it done perfectly in less time than I was quoted. Can t say enough good things, I m a customer for life.

I will always recommend CW Collision. During a super busy winter, I called several places to get my vehicle in ave it was weeks out for everywhere I called. CW got me in immediately!Although parts took longer than expected to arrive, their communication on what was going on was AMAZING! I received several updates throughout the process of them working on my vehicle and I appreciated that so much!I hope to not see them again anytime soon for Collision Repair, but if a ever need it again, or know anyone that does, they're the only place I'll go to now, abs the only plans I'll recommend.Thank you guys for the awesome work and stellar communication!

Ohh my goodness! This place is amazing! From friendliness to timeliness and you can t even tell my car was ever damaged! I d totally recommend them and will go there again if the need arises!

The staff here are some of the nicest people I ve met in my life. Very hardworking, professional, punctual, respectful, honest, and skilled. My car looks better than it did before the damage, and Sean kept me up to date with every step of the repair process. I can t put into words how awesome Sean the rest of the staff are. If you ever have car damage, I can t imagine any place better than this place :)

Amazing auto body shop! They got my truck estimated, repairs approved through my claims adjuster, and completed the repair work from a serious $12k front-end collision all within 2 weeks. Their communication, product of work, and professionalism was a breath of fresh air and it lessened my already stressful life. They are my top referral for collision repair.

Was in a small fender bender, unfortunately my car being all aluminum it was hard to find a shop who could do the workNot only did they take the job on happily, the car came out literally perfectThe paint couldn't be matched better, body lines are perfect, you could never ever ever tell anything was touchedI'd recommend them for all jobs big or small. Got a free estimate and was happy with the price compared to the 2 other body shops that I went to see the same day. Took my car in one day and the next day it was fixed. Parts for my car came in super fast. Super happy with the fast service and honest pricing. Will recommended this shop to others! I forgot who the man was that helped but he was pretty laid back and easy to work with.

Wow! Just, wow! It looks like brand new!I've done a little body work myself so I know a handful of the details that go into it all, I just don't have the experience to make it perfect.Metalwork was fantastic. They might have used a little body filler, but looking at it from every angle, you'd never know. It's incredible! Finish work looks perfect too. It's the right texture and finish, and it looks amazing.The whole job was less than I expected, so Value-wise, I feel like I got a good deal. And they finished it sooner than I expected (a couple days, rather than a whole week). Fantastic! Highly recommended!Service: Body & Trim

Best shop experience. I completely scratched and seriously dented my back passenger door and needed it to be fully replaced and to match the existing paint. I'm new to the area and had no solid plan of where to take my car. After searching the reviews for CW, I called them to see if they were available to give me a quote and Jeff told me he could do it not only free of charge, but right then! Amazing. After he fully inspected my car, he gave me a quote that was cheaper than my quote from insurance. As being new to the area, I was unsure if this meant the shop produced quality work or not, but after reading other reviews I felt confident in choosing CW to repair my door. They fixed my car ahead of schedule, under budget, and were so professional. I definitely will return to them if ever need be!

From the first phone call with Shelby at CW Collision Repair, to the time I picked up my car, this place was so great - so easy! Gordon and Shelby are a great team; they are very passionate about their work. They had excellent communication with me all along, and even after the work was done. It was timely, very well done, and I couldn't be more happy! Thank you all over there!!

Gordon and his crew were more than amazing! After getting laughed at by another body shop, Gordon took on my project and I was amazed. They were all very nice, accommodating, and did and exceptional job. They have worked my wife's Toyota Camry and also my Ford work van. Thanks so much guys, Adam.

I had a fantastic experience here! My bumper was in need of some small repairs and the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful! They were really fast with the repairs and charged a very low rate too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be coming back for anything I need in the future.

After having 3 body shops tell me they would not even work on my son's older model Fore Explorer, I was about to give up. A friend referred me to Custom Works in Garden City. After meeting with Gordon and Jeff, we put a plan together for them to find the parts needed, put it back together and paint the replacement parts to match the existing color (all other shops said that would be impossible). On-time, under budget and matching exactly. When picking up my vehicle, I could not believe how great it looked and how reasonable the cost. I will NEVER use another body shop......ever! Thanks guys!!Scott

Gordon is an awesome guy to work with and has painted several parts on my car. I am about as picky as it gets and he has always done an outstanding job. I would highly recommend anyone in the car scene to hit up Gordon before any standard shop because he knows how much a cars appearance means to the owner.

I needed an estimate and found this place by chance ! Upon calling I talked with Gordon the owner who was quite polite and personable. When I arrived I met Jeff who helped walk me through the process. I was a little taken aback by his approach to the damage as he didn't just view it but was totally hands on. This is going to sound weird but it was like watching a reiki treatment on a vehicle. After finishing the paperwork details, which took a whooping total of about 10 minutes, he explained the bottom line, of which at the time was of some concern. We then went back to the vehicle where he explained in complete detail what needed to be done...hence the cost of repair. After that I visited 2 additional body shops both of which left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Semi-rude, uncaring and way too many staff wandering around like ants. One of the estimates came in more than double and the other almost so. All those ants need a paycheck seemed a valid conclusion. In a world where it's common to be just a number, I found myself rejuvenated with hope with my experience at CW and it's people. Hats off to all of you. My vehicle is beautiful and so are you!

Have been looking for someone who can repair my sunroof for over two years. Went in this morning and they spent ample time diagnosing the issue, then refused to take my money! I need a part and will be back to them for the repairs. So grateful to find friendly experts who know what they are doing. THANK YOU, GORDON AND JEFF!

I absolutely CAN NOT express how pleased I am with Gordon and Jeff at Custom Works. These gentleman are extreme professionals with what they do. I was in an inconvenient fender bender that caused some damage to the front of my Silverado. I dropped it off to CW and within the week that had it back to me looking brand-spanking new! Thanks, Custom Works! Your guys workmanship and efficiency is something that can not be matched!

I recently stopped by because I had a big dent in the side of my car. They met me at the front, grabbed a tool and pulled pretty much the entire thing out all for free. These guys are super helpful and I would recommend them to anyone who needs them. Great service.
