Took one of my vehicle's in for an oil change and tire rotation this morning. Got home, checked the tires and found they had not been rotated. I asked when I paid, was told they were. At the suggestion of a friend, a while back I started marking tires prior to service work. This is the second time this has happened at this shop. After the first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, decided I'd keep taking it there (like I have been for most of the work on my vehicles for the past 28 years).I did give them two stars because they did get the oil change done.

I had a small nail in my front right tire and I had a busy packed day. I came early in the morning and they squeezed me in. I can always depend on Chris and his crew. They got me in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend them.

I spoke to Sam. He checked out my shocks and Strusts. and said that they Were still good. I had another tire place in this town check my car out and they told me I needed new strusts and shocks. They had lied to me. So they just lost my business to commercial tire. I also had sam do an oil change after he was so honest with me. I will also send my friends here. To have services done on their vehicles they were very honest.

Won t debate the work is good, but make sure you get EVERY quote in WRITING. We were quoted one price for a brake replacement, but we called at 3pm to check in on when the car would be done we learned that it was going to be $200 more & may not be done until the next day. No one from Commercial Tire had the common courtesy to call us about the price increase nor let us know that our 8am appointment for brake replacement would take longer than one day. They were able to get it done at 5:30(but only after our insistence). We had budgeted for the quote & feel that good customer service would be to call the customer before the work is done to advise them of the increase in cost and why. Poor communication on Commercial Tires part is the reason for this poor review.

I can t say enough about how great this shop. Really great crew. Brady was very knowledgeable and accommodating for my oversized diesel pickup snow tire maintenance. The waiting room even had a good movie playing and free coffee.

I show up at 8am Wednesday 29, 23 for a new set of tires because one of my friend recommend me, 3 hours plus waiting and they install all 4 tires backwards also I notice 2 hours before to check my truck al�gnment and they totally forget. for me is really Bad SERVICE I BEEN 15 years with LES SCHWAB I don t recommend COMMERCIAL TIRES I TOOK THE WRONG DECISION TO TRY DIFFERENT SHOP THEY PESS ME OFF.DON T COME TO COMMERCIAL TIRE AT FAIRVIEW AND ORCHART.

I ve used commercial tire for years, and have always had a good experience. Welp, the other day I was pulling a fully loaded trailer when I got a flat tire on a busy road. The trailer was new to me and I didn t have the right tools or a spare! I called Commercial Tire and within 30 minutes Casey was there to save the day. He was very knowledgeable, worked fast and was super friendly. I was more than impressed! Turns out the tire just needed to be re-beaded on the rim and in 25 minutes I was back on the road again thanks to Casey and Commercial Tire! I will continue to tell all my friends and family to use them.

I placed an order for a specific set of tires for my company truck. I waited a week for the tires to be ordered and brought to the Fairview location. I was fine with that. I made an appointment on a Saturday to have the work done. After waiting all day without hearing from them I went to the store. The person at the counter told me they ordered the wrong size tires and the work would be pushed off until Monday. I had to go there to find this out. On Monday again no call until 2:30 pm when they called to tell me my truck was ready. I show up only to find not only did they put the wrong tires on they put the wrong size on as well. I was so frustrated that I had to settle on a different set of tires. They are a tire shop and had one job to do and they did it wrong. Twice.

I took my car in for a tire rotation and also to have them check my brakes because they were squeaking and I suspected they needed to be replaced (I've put 80k miles on the car since I bought it and have not replaced them yet).It didn't take them long to call me back and let me know that my car was done and that my breaks did not need to be replaced (the squeaking is from dust and build up, which they cleaned).I was shocked! They could have easily sold me breaks I did not need, because I was expecting to need to replace them and would not have thought anything of it if they'd told me I was right (in fact I was much more surprised when they told me I was wrong lol).Not only that, but when I got back to pick the car up, they didn't even charge me for anything.To say that I am pleased with their honesty and great customer service would be an understatement.To top the entire thing off, the woman who helped me with everything (I'm terrible with remembering names, so please forgive me for that... I believe her name started with a C) was extremely friendly and helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with.I cannot recommend this place enough, and I will be back to them again and again with my future car servicing needs :)God bless!

Who in the world doesn't listen to what you want - commercial tire. 2 front tires are wearing bad, so I order 2 new front tires. They install 2 new tires on the dully on the right rear... front tires are still bald. Have no fears - company policy.Goodyear for now on.

45 minutes before closing time and these guys were able to accept a walk in for mounting/balancing. They were very friendly and cool. The dude stalled out when pulling into the shop (heavy clutch lol). They also torqued my spacers and let me know they were a little loose. Highly recommend and will be going to them instead their competitors!

I took my Mini Cooper to commercial tire on Fairview. They went above and beyond trying to locate a key for my locking lug nuts. When they could not find one that fit, they tried everything else before deciding they would need to be torched off. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and no damage was made to other parts of the car. I received excellent customer service and felt like my needs were important to them. Thank you!

I have been here a total of two times so far and have been overly impressed each visit. The customer service is excellent each and every person I talk to was kind and helpful in explaining things to me that were wrong with my car. They are reasonably priced and they give you a realistic amount of time that it's going to take to be completed. I feel that they are very honest and trustworthy which is hard to come by in this line of work so overall I felt like I was taken care of and I will continue to come back! I highly recommend

I've gone to the Commercial Tire store on Fairview for several years now. There was a young man there that I always requested do the work on my vehicles, from tires to brakes to oil changes. He was dedicated, knowledgeable, truthful and hardworking. I was sad to hear he had been in an accident. I was glad to see him back when I came into the store last week. Sad he won't be working on cars but proud Commercial Tire stayed with him. Just saying pat Chris on the back. I will continue to use the store knowing Chris is there watching over the work and treating people right.

Commercial tire always does such a great job! They are super accommodating and even gave me a ride to and from work so I could leave my car during the day. There really fairly priced and have great customer service. When I bought my tires, the salesman was not pushy just really informative. Highly recommended

I usually go to les schwab. A friend told me to try commercial tire. No one came up to me. I stood around the counter waiting maybe 8 or 9 minutes. Then finally an employee came in. The employee was rude & condescending. She was told me my tires falling apart, were rotted, and that they were an awful sizes. ( not even sure what an awful size means?) Im not sure why she felt the need to bully my tires. Yes they weren t in the best shape that s obviously why I was there.She told me they didn t have the correct size tires for my car. She told me they could put me into the closest size to mine that they did have available. I told her I was going to see if I could get the correct size tires elsewhere. Then she told me well you wouldn t have been able to tell the difference on the tires if I hadn t told you . Super condescending again. I don t know exactly why she felt the need to make that comment I just wanted the correct size. Never going anywhere besides Les Schwab again basically. They are always fast and have amazing customer service.

Recently I went in to the Fairview store to get my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan an oil change and tire rotation. I was speaking to Chris about the oil change and he noted what parts and oil I should use to keep my Volkswagen within factory specs for 10,000 mi. I was in and out very quickly as well. Chris and the guys there do a great job and are very helpful. Thanks guys!

I took my Avelanche down a couple weeks ago for new tires and an oil change. I was very upset when I got home because I noticed my rims were gouged up and we're in perfect condition when I brought it in. Commercial Tire sent a rim repair company out and they made them the way they were before I brought the vehicle in. I have to give them a five star because they cared and took care of the problem. Thank you for the great professional customer service!

So I was super concerned/nervous... because to be honest..I know NOTHING about cars... I was told to go here to get taken care of...and I was!! Everyone there was so nice and patient and explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had! I honestly thought I might be taken advantage of financially due to my lack of knowledge and HAPPY to admit I was WRONG!! I left SO happy! Thank you so much guys!! I'll for sure be back!

Be warned!!! Worse shop I've ever been to. Brought my truck in for at least 5 repairs and had I swear on my life not one of them have held up. They do have warranty for their repairs and try to re-fix them. Last time I brought it in there for a coolant leak and they said they fixed it and I was almost all the way up to bogus basin when my coolant hose exploded and I was several hundred dollars deep to get a tow truck up there

Chris Firkus at Commercial Tire on fairview in Boise Idaho is the best. I can trust him to tell me the truth on what my pickup needs to have done. I can trust him not to say i need a service done when I don't. And i cant say that about anyone else. Chris always makes me.feel like i am his number one costumer. If I have a need he will be the one that I call.

Had a 2000 saturn sl2 with a axle bearing out. Couldn't find the part they looked for it. I located a used part they installed and made a difference in getting the part replaced. They also did an excellent job on my Ford Expedition on the alignment and axle seals along with differential seals. Great job guys.

I work with Chanda when i go in to Commercial Tire on Fairview and she always takes care of my BMW! They have a knowledgeable staff and are always willing to drop me off somewhere if its going to take a while to do repairs. I highly recommend Commercial Tire and specifically this location (I live in Meridian and drive to Boise to have them work on my car!)

I showed up with no apointment got a good deal on some good tires they found my rear seals where leaking. They had the parts rushed over and had me on the road. The service was top notch. Their closing time is at 6:00 and they took care of me with out tring to just kickMe out the door or putting me off until the next day.Thank you to all the team at commercial tire on fairveiw. I look forward to continuing my business with U. Happy Holidays to ALL.
