Amazing!!Blown away by the professionalism and friendliness.I stopped by because one of my tires got low and they offered to air up my tires and gave me a heads up about tire damage that was "75% of an emergency" .Had them fix it and got quotes for other things they noticed. Really appreciate that they were open about options I had for repairs and didn't trick me into a fix I didn't need and gave me basic fix if I wanted. Offered quotes for optional repairs for future. Great crew downtown.

I've had excellent, reliable, friendly service here. Finding an autoshop you can trust is huge. These guys shoot straight and get the job done. A few years ago I was not as happy with this location. Two managers there have made a great difference since. Chris, and now Tim. I make sure to tell my friends and family they can count on this autoshop to treat them well.

I ve been going to Commercial Tire on State Street for years. Always had excellent service and today was no different. My old Tundra needed some work and the team there made it hum again. The manager, Tim Dewitt clearly explained the services and charges, and made my day by honoring a battery warranty saving me a boatload of money. He s knowledgeable, polite and invariably competent - as is the whole crew there. Thanks CT!

This shop saved my family vacation by being the one place in town that was able to inspect and fix a scary fuel leak problem that very day. All other shops I called were 1-2 weeks out. Yes, this is a tire-focused shop but they seemingly do it all as they always have a tech that can work on any component of automobiles. In my case, that meant replacing the fuel filter and tubes going to/from it and the fuel tank sender. Kevin did the former first but when the gas smell persisted, he did the other fix next. I appreciated that they didn't just try a bunch of things jacking up the bill unnecessarily but instead did one fix at a time over two days. Communication throughout the process was excellent as they were upfront and honest. I had some rigid timelines and Kevin was able to meet them by getting the job done in time--even being willing to drive to get the sender part from the Subaru dealer. I'm very skeptical of repair shops but felt reassured and at ease after my experience with Kevin and the front desk folks there. Making it back home 6.5 hours away with no other issues was proof of a job well done! Give this place a shot if you're in a bind like we were.

Awesome shop. Removed a screw and patched my tire, no charge and was my first time stopping in! Customer service like that doesn't exist in most places anymore.

I took my van here after their competitor around the corner was being shady with their quote for an alignment. Competitor quoted $159, then (before they even looked at it) they called me back saying it would likely be over $200 because of the adjustments that needed to be made. This is a 2001 Ford van, which is one of the easiest alignments known to man! I am a former ASE master certified automotive technician and I have been a shop foreman for BMW and Toyota and I knew the competitor was trying to up-sell me for the added commission. I decided to take my van to Commercial Tire instead, with a quote of $115 max. They took the time to put it on the alignment rack and realized the adjustments were so minimal and charged NOTHING! Yep, $0.00. They easily could have charged me, but didn t. Take your car here! Honest service goes a long way with me.

You guys are fantastic. After going to one of your competitors and them telling my tires were shot after only 22K miles on them. You were able to get into a new set of tires at a fantastic price. Your customer service was amazing. You have me as a customer for life! Thanks again!

Commercial Tire on 11th and State was amazing. On a busy Wednesday afternoon, they got us in within 5 minutes, had the battery in stock, and changed it all within about 25 minutes. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. Brought my vehicle in for an alignment after another shop in town attempted to fix twice without luck. The pros at commercial tire were exceptional, fixed the problem and earned a loyal customer for life.

If you live or work anywhere near here, this place should be your "home" shop. Friendly, honest, straightforward. I've used them for years, always with good outcomes, but just hung up with Jim and was so blown away with his service I felt I owed them a positive review. Just great.

A local friend recommended this shop to us when we were visiting on a road trip. I had a mystery coolant leak that was persisting even after a visit to a mechanic in another city a few days before. They guys at the shop took time to explain the results of their pressure testing on the phone and in person (the previous mechanic had simply not tightened a replacement part enough). When they printed my invoice it was for $0.00. I didn't know it was possible to have a mechanic open your hood for free. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

This place rocks! They quickly fixed one of my tires this morning, AND they have good coffee if you choose to wait :-) Their service was top-notch, starting with the initial phone call I made.

The wait was unusally long, but seriously my only complaint. It was very unusally long.. but non the less I have never had a bad interaction with anyone. They have never sold me anything I didnt need. They have stayed open for us when our tire blew on the freeway. Any location I have been to has been great. I took my car to Les Schwab about 3 times due to my low pressure tire light turning on right after I had filled my tires. I told them it had been on and asked to check my tires. All they did was fill them up and said come back if the light turns on. It did a few days later so I went back. This time they tell me it could be faulty sensor and ONLY filled up my tires, didnt check them like I had asked. 3rd time the light comes on within a few days I go back they want to change my sensor and give me new tires. I take it commerical, they took off the tires checked them found the problem( not the sensor or tires), buffed it out put some concellment on it explained everything to me and DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT!! I didnt need a new sensor OR tires is what I was told. The only thing they said my car was due for was an alignment, so I had them do it. I am so thankful there is still an HONEST and helpful tire company still around.

Went in to get my truck inspected to see what, if anything needs fixed, they rapidly inspected everything and rotated my tires. I was in and out and have a detailed report on what needs done. They were very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend choosing this store for your service needs.

Had a dead battery in freezing cold rain, no one else would come out to jump my battery. Kevin came and not only got my car working followed me to the store and had a new battery in my car in 15 minutes. They were all friendly and had great prices, highly recommend them.

Took me as a walk-in for a tire issue and had my car turned around in 2 hours. Staff was friendly, honest and helpful. Totally painless, made this typically unpleasant experience a piece of cake. Thanks!

Went in right at opening for an oil change and to get my tire pressure checked. Took the crew an hour and 30 minutes to complete, something I could ve done in a half hour. Reasonably priced and otherwise quality service.

I needed new tires. Jim quoted an amount over the phone and told me the tires were in stock. I made an appointment and the job was done in about an hour. Great service, amount exactly as promised. Love Commercial Tire!

Came in to get my tires checked out for a wobble. They were honest, helpful, and didn't charge me for a simple fix that many other places would have gouged me for. Great first experience and look forward to dealing with them again.

Jim is great. Super helpful, honest and fair prices. One of two car places in town (Commercial does my tires, brakes and suspension work) that if they tell me I need something done on my old car, I do it.

Commercial Tire is the one place I take my vehicle that I never worry if they are going to take advantage of me because I am female. I have had expensive repairs I thought needed to be done & they have always taken the high road & found a cheaper option for me. They are amazing & I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service and a very friendly store! I came in thinking I bought tires from them and my flat was under warranty. After I realized my mistake, they still helped me out and fixed it for free. Others places are not this kind.

Normally I don't write reviews, but in this case I have to. I took my Mercedes to Commercial Tire and never felt so taken back. My tires are low profile so it is harder to install them, but as soon as he came outside the rudeness began. He said, "no way we're going to put those tires on". I said, "what do you mean?". He said I just paid $18,000 for our tire installer and I'm not going to break it. Okkkkkkk... "so what are my options?" "I don't know" (rude tone). Surely I'm not the only one with these kinds of tires, do you know where I can take them? "No, they have them somewhere".Wow... I felt like I was being judged or they were just plain rude. This is probably the second review that I've written in my lifetime, but felt compelled given I was so taken back by the whole experience. It was very unBoise like. I would definitely avoid.By the way, I took them to Goodyear and they were done in an hour.

Hands down john is the best. All the guys are helpful, patient and assertive. Never once did I feel I "a line" was being fed. I appreciate working with these guys and are fair in their assessments

They go above and beyond even with a simple oil change. I completely trust the business with my car and their suggestions. This location isn't in the business to rip you off. Trustworthy for sure.
