These guys were amazing! The other tire shop wanted me to wait two hours to look at my car.They had my truck in a bay, tire off, patched and ready within 45 minutes.. For Free. Highly recommend!

It's getting pretty typical for companies to do less and charge more. I only went in for a tire rotation.I guess I forgot to ask them to check the tire pressure . Maybe im just talking silly

I m impressed with the care that Commercial took to insure the tires on my motorhome were rotated, balanced and properly aligned, all while taking great care not to damage the vehicle.

I have a buddy who used to work at the Cole location like a decade ago. Been coming back for little things and new tires. I went to get new tires on my wife's car and asked that they replace the serpentine belt and check on an O2 sensor. Dropped the car off just before closing time the day before and didn't hear anything all the next day. With an hour left to close I called them to see how it was going. The tires were done but nothing else was touched. There was a quote for the work and I was told that I was called and someone talked to me but I had no missed or received calls. They offered to still do the work but it wouldn't be done that day so I declined. That's a bummer for the mechanic that would have had easy money in his pocket. So I picked up the car about 10 minutes to close and right away noticed a new noise coming from the front drivers side. I took it back and explained what I was hearing. I decided to leave the car overnight again so they could look at it in the morning. I was called the next day and told there was no noise and it was probably just ice. I went over at lunch time drove it less than a block and I was still hearing the noise. I took it back and explained it was still there. The manager took it for a test drive and I pointed out the noise and she admitted that there was a noise. She said that they would have a look. After a bit of waiting I decided to go back to work and come back before closing time. I asked that they call me to let me know what they find. 4 hours later I'm heading back over and still no call. I get there and am told my hub assembly is going bad. I ask for the key and left. This is the first bad experience I've had and most of it was because of the manager. I was told she called me with the quote but she didn't. When I came back to report the new noise I was treated like an inconvenience. She told me that even after looking at it there was no noise. When I brought it back during that lunch I was again treated like an inconvenience. She didn't call me before I showed back up and then when I walked in and she saw me she headed out to the shop. When she finally came back in I had to ask what they found to even start the conversation. She had no idea and left to talk to the mechanic. When she came back with the hub assembly diagnosis there wasn't an offer to schedule a repair or really anything said after that. I had to ask for my key. What happened to customer service? She definitely didn't want my business and so I will never do business with that location again. I will still do business with Commercial tire but from now on I'll only be going to the Apple Street location where the crew and manager are excellent at helping.

Total trainwreck.You know it's bad when you know the names of the people working there because you've called so many times.Called 2 weeks ago to get snow tires on my work vehicle. They said it would take 3-5 days. Fedex apparently lost 2 of the wheels so it took 2 weeks to get all 4. I get it, that's out of their control..What's not out of their control is that the tires they ordered do NOT work on my vehicle- they got the load rating wrong.What's not out of their control is me having to call them every couple days to find out what's going on, because they would tell me they'd call me back with info. If I wasn't calling them, I'd probably still be waiting.Even yesterday when I left in the afternoon, I was told they were looking to find the right set of tires- still no follow up call.I called Bruneel/Point S and they have a set in town they can install today. You can be sure that word is going to spread to the other 300 people who drive fleet vehicles in the company, about where to get their tires changed.

Alignment is $120 and after I left there is no warranty and the steering wheel what not straight.

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I used commercial tire for many years. in 2015 or 16 I had a vehicle that I took in at the Nampa location to have the tires rotated and the brakes checked. Three days after said service I Heard the sound of metal on metal when I applied my brakes. After checking into it the brake pads were worn to the point that the rivets were cutting into the rotor. After going back to said branch to complain about why they notice when I asked them to look when they rotated my tires I was told that there was nothing they could do about it that it was my vehicle's fault. I said at that time I would never use commercial tire again. Once the employees bought the company I thought well maybe they've changed for the better with new ownership. So I went back to commercial tire I bought tires. I've been riding around on those tires for a while now last week I discovered that I had a rock stuck in my brake caliper. It was riding just at the top of the disc just barely touching it. I knew it needed to be taken care of and I knew I needed to have my tires rotated and I also knew I didn't have time to do any of that myself so I took it to commercial tire on Saturday I explained to the person (I won't use names here on the phone that I had a rock stuck in my rotor and that was the main reason for bringing it in secondly rotate my tires. When I received a phone call later that day I was told about some other problem with the brakes that had nothing to do with what I brought it in for and when I asked about the rock in the brakes I was told no my guys spun all the tires and they didn't hear anything I didn't have time to leave it longer for them to go back through it. So I went back and got my vehicle. As soon as I left I noticed the sound in the brakes was worse. Within a very short period of time the brakes began to shutter. And by the time I got to my next stop which was literally just a few miles away I looked at my rotor and it was completely chewed up from the rock being knocked out of the caliper and into the brake pads. Moral of the story is I do not and will never trust commercial tire to ever work on my vehicle again I will never even shop there again this is two times I've had this problem with commercial tire two different first time shame on you second time shame on me. Now it's going to cost me a new rotor and new pads I went there looking for help looking to avoid a problem to save money two times. And in both situations it cost me New brake rotors and new pads and it never should have cost me brake rotors if they had actually done their job. I have to change my post to five Stars. I talked to Chris at corporate she suggested that I bring it in so they can look at my car. I took it in Ron looked at it. Before Ron could even tell me that they were going to take care of it he already had the parts ordered and on the way. I'm very impressed The brakes were so bad at that point there's no telling what even caused it for sure. But commercial tire Ron and Chris made it right I appreciate that beyond words. In today's world it can be hard to find people and businesses with old school values. But the new ownership and commercial tire crew has nailed it I feel much safer driving now and I will continue to use commercial tire for all my tire and service needs. When you find a gem hold on to it. I truly do believe I have found a gem in this crazy busy world of ours. Thank you Commercial tire. I also want to be sure to apologize if I seemed short on patience during the process of this situation. Thank you again for your quality service honesty and transparency.

You guys are great! I had a slow leak in my tire and they worked me in to get it fixed at the last minute. They also gave my boys some balls to keep them entertained while we were here. Dusty and justin were great!

Had a nail in our tire went to Les Schwab it was going to be 1 hr wait and 20 charge ran across to Commercial tires asked how long it would be and how much and they said we can do it right now and NO CHARGE!! Who does that anymore?? We were so appreciative for there help Commercial tire your the best!!!

Originally I had experienced a problem trying to get my truck alignment done. It wouldn't fit on the alignment rack so I was told they couldn't do it. I was very frustrated and I expressed my frustration. Within an hour, I was contacted by the area manager, that listened to my frustrations. She agreed some mistakes were made and offered to meet me back there the next day to get my truck taken care of and use this as a learning tool for their employees. I agreed and glad I did. She went above and beyond as well as the employees. I'll be back

Not from around here. Got a flat and pulled up right at 6 pm (closing time). They were so kind and fixed our tire for free. Saved our vacation. I m so grateful!

Spent $1500 on a set of tires. Poor customer service. Unwilling to go to the extra effort to make good on their own repair policy. Failure to follow through on paper work for warranty. Failure to repair a flat tire the first time. The second time I had to go to three different locations to get the help to repair the tire, and then again the repair did not last or it was completely overlooked! I have a suspicion that the tire I purchased where of a bad batch. I never had this much trouble from the competitor. They would make sure the flat was repair before it is given back to customer. Not Commercial Tire, never again!!

The amounted and balanced my tires in about 4 hours, they take care of all of our needs through the shop that I work at and always do a good job with the alignments and mounting and balancing tires, including programming tpms sensors, my wheels and tires turned out great and they used low profile weights for added aesthetics. They're always easy to work with as well.

Broke down in a truck full of camping gear heading out of town for the weekend. At 4PM on Saturday not many people would have wanted to look at it right away. They took my truck in right away and provided the best service I've had in the auto industry. Thank you Ron and your team!!! You guys are the best!! Highly Recommend!!!

These guys rock. I called them late one day, and Ty had me in first thing the next. It came to light that another service was required in addition to what was originally thought. (Rotors were shot, couldn't just replace brake pads) After my quote, and letting me know the extended time frame, I was offered a ride to and from another of my destinations by one of their employees, Morris. Great conversation to and from, and to top it all off, final number was LESS than the second quote after diagnosing my other issues. I really appreciate the help. Thanks guys.

Up until the last month or so, I would have been happy to recommend Commercial Tire to anyone for tires, oil changes, etc.I manage a fleet of service trucks and trailers and have always felt like the service and product have been top notch.Recently, the lack of communication has been very disturbing. The guys on the counter have been very accomodating while dropping off vehicles, but that is where the service stops. Scheduling service is a nightmare, and no updates or schedule changes are communicated by phone. As a manager, I depend on my service provieds to be reliable with schedules, and provide updates if delays occur.TLDR, poor communication and scheduling make doing business very difficult with this store.I would be happy to talk things over with a manager if they have any questions or want to no more about my concerns.

I'm happy with the service I have received from Commercial Tire over the past five years. I think their prices on tires are good and they do good work when I bring my vehicles in for service. I had to take a star off of my review however because I picked up my truck on Saturday and found that the tech left a huge grease stain on my driver's seat and the inside of the truck smelled like I was standing in an auto shop. Wish they had taken better care of my truck's interior while they were doing the work.

The guys at commercial tire were great! Very friendly and great customer service from start to finish! I spoke with Andrew a few times on the phone and he gave me honest information regarding payment and what s included and was very friendly after I called back a few times! Everything was accurate when we went in the next day on the computer. Dusty then helped us out and we were greeted with a friendly attitude and smile which goes a long way in the customer service world! Not only was the job done quickly but efficient! They have definitely earned our business!

Went to Commercial tire to get my oil changed and alignment checked, they were prompt to let me know around what time it s be done and got it done with 30 minutes to spare. Justin and Tucker at the front counter were a lively duo and made the experience ever so exciting and fun for what it was. I would definitely go back to see them again. Commercial tire customer forever.

I bought my last set of tires from Commercial Tires downtown Boise and the services was great. However, my last visit to the Cole location left me greatly disappointed. I've made an appointment on their website to get an oil change and my tires rotated. First, the gentleman at the counter had a hard time finding my appointment since their system was bit a little slow, which is no big deal. Anyways, I left my car there to get their premium conventional service for $37.95, and as per my confirmation email and my on-line appointment. My wife picked up my car later that afternoon since she was running errands at Costco that day with a friend. They told her that I had "overruled" my on-line order when I was at the counter and instead chose their synthetic oil for $77.95, which I most certainly did not. Even after my wife argued with them, they "insisted" I told them I wanted synthetic oil. If I wanted the synthetic oil, I would have selected it when I made my on-line appointment.I do not care for shady business practices and for misogynistic tactics and for somebody to blatantly make a dishonest statement and basically lie is not ok in my book. I am very disappointed, and it's a shame because I had always gotten good services from Commercial Tires. However, they have lost me as a customer.

The service at Commercial Tire is impeccable . I've been to multiple locations and I have had them mount tires and perform thrust alignments, all at a reasonable cost with great service. This particular site went above and beyond when I ran into a snag. I had picked up a shard of sheet metal on center tread. It was 10 til 5pm and they were able to take the vehicle in and repair the tire just before closing. Amazing! I thought I was out of luck and would have to take care of it the next day but Commercial Tire was able to get me going and back on the road quickly. I'll be coming back to get snow tires soon enough, and this will be the business I'll have them mounted at.

I will go here Every single time. I had a flat tire and they were able to squeeze me in their schedule, oil change, two new tires in under two hours! Justin and Tucker really enjoy their job and made it a smooth experience. I d recommend to anybody in our valley
