After my last repair on my Ram 1500 I was given a sales pitch to try their oil change program and was told it was fast, thorough and efficient. I called to schedule my oil change and the service desk stated they don't take appointments and to just come by and they would get it done for me. I arrived and waited quite a while for someone to assist me and then was told it would be a minimum 2 hour wait and that I should have made and appointment. I told them I tried to make an appointment and was told I couldn't. I told them and I can't wait two hours and that I would just like a refund on the oil change program. The manager stated they couldn't refund the program. I have used the service department on multiple occasions and find the service writers and manager to be less than helpful and apathetic. If you sell a service, it is a reasonable expectation to get the service represented when given the sales pitchService: General repairs & maintenance

My experience started off rocky.. I received a coupon via email from Larry h Miller for 3 full synthetic oil changes for $100.. what a steal right? I showed up and the gentlemen helping me originally was not very friendly and gave me some attitude.. I understand, it s hot, we re all over worked but if a coupon is sent out with Larry H Miller attached to it I feel they should honor the coupon. After a brief discussion I met with Michael. Michael was wonderful and worked with me to get things settled and we came to a mutual agreement. Thank you for being patient and working with me Michael!

The service representative that helped me was awesome, but when I was ready to leave I had low tire pressure warnings for two rear tires. I advised a different representative near me because my original one was busy. He called the mechanic and asked if the tires were topped off, and they affirmed they were. I told the gentleman that both tires were nearly 20psi under recommended pressure. He responded that it will reset after I drive off. That didn t sound right to me, but thought I would give it a go for fun. As it stood, the pressure never appeared back in my tires so I headed back to the service dept. Once there, my original representative helped me and spoke to the mechanic tech who serviced my truck. The tech said he topped off the tires, so my representative checked them and confirmed they were very low so he put in the appropriate pressure and apologized. I thanked him. On my way home I heard a whistling from under the hood. Once I arrived I popped the hood and noticed my air filter attachment was in the right place, but none of the clamps were in the secured spot to keep the filter in place, so I clamped them all myself. Honestly I think the tech just needs to slow down a bit and assure his work is done correctly before giving vehicles back to his customers.Service: Oil change

We were told to bring the Jeep in 8/12 at 8:00 AM and leave it and it would be worked in, in a couple days, which we did. When we arrived, I told the service writer that it had overheated a few days previous just before my wife got home. I checked the coolant and it was fine, so started the Jeep and let it run. It was still hotter than usual, but started coming down. I told him checked the coolant again and it was full and drove to your location and it did not over heat, so obviously, the thermostat was sticking and that was the problem. I would have expected that was enough information to know that the thermostat needed replacement. The service writer said he would definitely need 2 days and we said fine, just give us a call. When we had not heard anything by Saturday mid-day, the wife called and was told they were not able to duplicate the issue. He was not sure if it would be done that day or not. At 4:30 PM, we drove to your location and was told they still could not find anything. I told him, it just needed a thermostat. Then I talked to the service manager and re-iterated the same thing to him and he said they would just replace the thermostat first thing Monday morning. On Monday, we found out there was an issue getting the bolts out then then found they got the bolts out, but had to break the housing to get them out, so it would be Tuesday before they could get a housing and complete the repair. When we picked it up, the service ticket said one of the issues was it was low on coolant and there was rust in the coolant, so they topped it off. As I said earlier, I had checked the coolant before bringing it down and it was at the full mark. It was not low when we brought it in. The coolant would be low and need to be topped off, because of the thermostat being replaced. It was not low when it was brought it in. We take exceptionally good care of our vehicles and I have always done the maintenance. I would have changed the thermostat, if I was not suffering from some medical issues. This was over-all the worst service experience I have ever had and there was not excuse for it. If the thermostat had just been replace as I had requested, we would not be having this conversation. What is more disturbing, is the fact that we have had service done at this facility on both our our vehicles and were extremely satisfied with the work and how we were treated.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always a good experience. Friendly and efficient service help. Robert even put on new wiper blades, after I had forgotten to remind him to replace when I dropped off. He happily did it after I ran back after picking up my vehicle at 5:15 PM. Greatly appreciated that!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Hi Robert,Thank you very much for all your help and assistance in getting the 60K service on my Dodge Ram. I really appreciated your kindness and wonderful service and yes, you earned a '10'. In the past, some auto dealerships have talked down to me as a woman bringing a vehicle in on my own when it was clear I didn't understand all the mechanics. Thank you for NOT doing that and explaining things to me in a way that was respectful.People often say that dealerships are "so expensive" but you made the experience comfortable and easy for me and I would not hesitate to bring my truck back to LHM for the next service. Thanks again.ParisService: Oil change

Had originally gone in for a recall. Ended up getting the recall done and added oil and tire rotation. Done. Which was fine until I received a call. Apparently my battery was dead and died twice, they wanted to replace it opted not to because I never had an issue before. Got the truck back started right up, parking break light was on but the break itself was not. Check out engine light on. I had left and noticed all these things and went back they said it was just because the battery died and possibly a bad cell in the battery. So I left and had the battery tested. And NOTHING was wrong with the battery. The battery specialist said the battery was 100% and nothing wrong with it. Not the first problem my family had with this business. But I had no other option for the recall.Services: Tires, Oil change

Took almost weeks to get an appointment. Had my truck 3 days. Had a bounce in my front end. Charged me 1900 dollars, never fixed the problem. Replaced the same parts as the last service I had (track bar) after 20000 miles first one lasted 125000 miles. Tech named Lanny was very unprofessional, told me the track bar part was warranty then, said I never said that . you should have told me about the track bar . How was I supposed to know. Wanted me to schedule another appointment to fix the original problem (another 3 weeks) it should have been fixed that day. Asked if the rotors or shocks checked to fix the bounce, why would we check that ? Very displeased!! STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM I TOOK IT INTO THEM TO FIX! Now I have to pay someone else to fix the problem.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We scheduled an appointment online and when we got there it wasn t even saved.. but anyways.. I was fine I guess with the person we spoke with and was excited to finally get my car fixed, they had my car for a few days, but I had left TONS of quarters and change in my car, probably 8-10 dollars worth. And when I got my car back I had literally two quarters and ten pennies left.. like really guys?? Like I wouldn t notice? I called about and was told I d get a call back but never did. I guess I should have taken my money out but I m very disappointed I got money stolen from me while my car was being repaired.

Not a heck of a lot to say. Went in for a routine oil change. Very professional service advisor. Had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Final cost was as presented. Not the latest or fanciest in waiting rooms, but comfortable and good coffee.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Kyle was so prompt and courteous in his communication with us while we managed our lost key fob situation. There were a lot of logistics involved in our situation and everyone there was helpful.Unfortunately after picking the car up my husband and I noticed our horn wasn t beeping as an auditory alert that our car locked when using the fob. Additionally our hazard lights randomly go on and off for five minutes at a time and now our horn no longer works at all. None of these things were present prior to our car being in this dealerships care. When I called to discuss it, I was told to bring it in, as we were traveling through the area that was not a realistic option. When we discussed it further it was made clear the dealership wouldn t be accepting any responsibility for the changes in my cars function. That I couldn t prove they made any of those issues occur. Kyle helped us with keys in a tight situation, but overall pretty shotty customer care in my opinion. Seek another option if able.

Went to get an oil change. Never used a car dealership for service like this before. Went in to the Service area to talk to someone to see if they had time to do an oil change or make an appointment. Waited over five minutes for someone to even say anything to me. Someone finally said something. Tried to explain my situation but didn t want to listen. Told me it was my fault for not driving the car up to the area. Also said I don t want to argue with you anymore. After they did the service. They messed up our tires. Now the censors in our tires don t work properly.

Always a great experience with Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge. It was a busy day for everyone at service area, thanks to Lanny I was in and out no problem. I was told it would take two hours so I waited and after two hours I inquired about my car and was told it would be there any minute. After another 40 minutes I inquired again and after some searching around I was informed that my paperwork was lost and that my car had not been done. I was not offered to have it done immediately so I asked to have my car back and I left. I called the service manager and heTold me I could come in anytime and I would go to the front of the line. So, I drove the 30 minutes again and it took about 20 minutes to do my car once I got there. I understand mistakes happen but after 2 1/2 hours I would think somebody would check to see where my car was because I would ve sat there for five hours without anybody saying a word had I not inquired. Just not good enough.Service: Oil change

They did the oil change and tire rotation, but were too busy to address other small issues like a possible spark plug replacement that I would ve liked diagnosed/fixed. They had to schedule me out 2 weeks later. Don t recommend if you want a company that can do it all for you in one visit. I bought my vehicle here which is why I ve come here but prob will look around for better service and prices.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Adam was my service provider and he was professional, kind and informative. My biggest complaint is the lack of loaner cars. It ended up taking 6 days, instead of the 2 days like they thought. They only have 6 loaner cars for all the people being serviced. It s a huge inconvenience. I also got back in my car and one of the issues wasn t fixed, so now I ve driven down to get my car, they said everything was fixed, to find out it wasn t. Again, this has nothing to do with Adam, he was fantastic.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Sales rep was great. Not pushy at all and answered all of our questions perfectly. We were there for a couple of hours and told the sales rep we were only looking and didn't plan on buying. We were not rushed in any way and the rep stuck by our side knowing he wasn't making any money from us. Over all best car buying experience ever

I took truck in on Wednesday 12-15-21. I made an appt around 12-6-21. I dropped truck and did not hear anything until 12-17-21 after I called and and asked about it. I figured since I had an appt I should not have to wait 3 days to get service, especially on a truck with 2400 total miles on it. I was told the problem is suspect of a k&n filter installed. I have run a k&n filter on 3 of the previous 4 ram diesels previously owned and never had an issue. I don't buy it, but I will put the 50 dollar Mopar back in since they say so. I hope I don't get a check light again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These folks are absolutely incredible. I was in a sticky situation and had to abandon my car in their parking lot after breaking down. My car isn't even a Jeep/Chrysler but they were willing to diagnose it without an issue. They took care of it, saved the part that broke for reimbursement purposes from those who broke it, and called the original technician to explain what went wrong. They were attentive, kind, and so helpful. Applause to Gabe for being on it with everything and helping keep me calm. Thank you, guys. 10/10 considering buying a car from them JUST to get that 15-star service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were extremely busy the afternoon I brought my car in to be serviced, and I was told it would be 60 to 90 minutes. I told them I would be in the waiting room as I didn't have any other option, and to my surprise they had my car done in about 30 minutes!! Excellent service and staff.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Usually I get in and out quite quickly. I arrived to get My oil changed. I was told it would take approx 1 hour . It took about 2 and 1/2 hours. My problem was no one kept Me up to date when to expect My car to be done. In the future please have techs update because a customer should not have to ask. Disappointed that the service didn t know oil change intervals. Then he told me that the technician advised that if I followed the recommended oil change intervals found in the owners manual that I might blow the motor. So I should change the oil twice as often to avoid this. When I pressed the service writer if he recommended that he backed off those comments. The reason I marked unprofessional is because I don t feel that accuracy is valued. He was not at all rude, nice kid.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Work performed is fine, but estimates for time are always off and work takes a long time. Only use them when we have to for warranty repairs. Had a set of free oil changes when we bought the vehicle but was so inconvenient that prefer taking to a drive up place that would get it done in a fraction of the time.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Your service was awful. I made an advance appointment by two weeks to take the truck in for its first oil change system update and 2-3 warranty recalls. My appointment was made for 8am. I showed up ar 8am only to be put behind 30+ vehicles before even being checked in. I waited 45minutes expressed my disappointment by this only to be told thats they way it is here. What is the point of making an appointment if all your doing is first come first serve. My service buying the truck was not much better. I will never recommend this dealership for anything.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Robert was helpful, efficient, and professional in helping my wife and I. I took my Jeep in for some recall work, and my wife's battery in her car died while we were waiting. They took care of both of our vehicles in a timely manner and got us both back on the road.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I went in on a Wednesday, for the oil change, tire rotation and a recall on a sensor. There was barely anyone around and it took them 3 hours to complete. It was probably one of the most frustrating experiences I have had for such a basic service. I dread going back at all.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Ignition repair. Took vehicle in August, picked it up over 2 weeks later. Found car parked in overflow lot. Nothing had been done. I contacted them 5 times to find out what was going on. No one returned my calls. I did speak to a repairman twice on my own initiative. Finally went to get the car back. The ignition problem was not addressed. They told me it might be heat related, that they couldn t duplicate the problem. When I picked it up and started it, the problem was obvious, it was slow to start. I am convinced that nothing was done.
