Great experience! What my insurance company wouldn't/couldn't communicate, staff here took the time to explain. Repairs went faster than anticipated and finished repairs look wonderful. I was able to drop my rental car with them and they arranged for it to be picked up and they DETAILED the interior of my car and washed the exterior! Such an unexpected surprise and it just made my morning. Even the grandkids talked about how clean it was. This is my second repair with Capitol Auto and I can't recommend them enough

Great communication throughout the process. They went above and beyond to fix my daughter's headlight and ensure she could drive safely while parts arrived. Once the parts came in, the team pushed to complete the repairs to avoid additional car rental charges for us. Thank you!

Incredible workmanship! This shop goes above and beyond in not only the body work but the communication and professionalism . I have very high standards as I own a couple of automotive businesses and Capital Auto Body exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to anyone needing top notch body and paint work. Had a great experience. They fixed the rear driver side bumper and tail light on our Mazda CX-5 and it looks brand new. They communicated clearly and openly about cost, time, ordering parts etc. worked with our insurance and we just had to pay the deductible. We did have to wait a bit for an open appointment but that s a good sign that they are that booked for appointments and well worth the wait. They set proper expectations and the car ended up being ready a day early!

I recently met with Jayson B. for an insurance claim related to damage on my 2021 Ford Bronco. I was impressed by his promptness in providing me with a quote and his professionalism throughout the process. Upon bringing my Bronco to the workshop, I was kept perfectly informed about each stage of the repair process. The work completed was beyond my expectations when I finally got my vehicle back. Every single person at the company clearly puts effort into making your experience exceptionally professional. From the body repair to the paint job, all the way to the office, they treat you like you're part of their family. Wow!! From the first time Brindy answered the phone she made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and super kind! She is an asset to your company!! She assured me she would get everything taken care of, and absolutely did! She even called the wheel and tire company that same day to get me scheduled .The body and paint work that was done on my car is AMAZING!! The paint match is so seamless and beautiful and my car color is not easy to match so well done guys!!! They kept me informed when there was a delay and there was due to them being so meticulous and looking over every little detail the found some damage the insurance adjuster missed and had to order a part not their fault communication was on point the whole way through HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A REPAIR BIG OR SMALL BEST IN THE BUSINESS FOR A REASON .you will not be disappointed! Thanks Capitol Auto Body my 2022 Limited Hyundai looks new again! :)

Wow Wow Wow! My experience with Capitol Auto Body was excellent in every way. They worked my car into their busy schedule. They gave an estimated date for completion and kept me updated on their progress throughout the project via text messaging. They communicated with my insurance company and agreed upon the repair costs. They completed my car sooner than expected. The repairs were quality. They returned my car to me washed/vacuumed/detailed. The service and my experience was beyond any expectation I could have had. I would not hesitate to recommend Capital Auto Body to anyone.

I highly recommend Capitol Auto Body, my car was rear ended and they returned it back to me better than ever. The staff was very kind and great at communicating throughout the repair process. To top it off they cleaned my car before returning it. 10/10, will be returning for all my future car maintenance needs.

Great auto body place. Very transparent from the get go. They take all the guess work out and work superbly with insurance. I was dreading the whole process from the beginning but thy did everything and made it very easy. Work is excellent. If I ever need an auto body company in the future this is the first and only place I will go.

I looked throughout the valley to find an auto body shop to repair my vehicle body damage. Most shops were 3 to 5 months out. Capital Auto Body worked with me and had it in their shop in 2 months. Working a short time I was back on the road. From the receptionist to the owner to the body workers fantastic job.

It may have taken 3 months to get the appointment after someone had hit my car in the backend then 2 months after someone else hit my passenger side of my car while I was parked at work both times. Capitol did an amazing job. They were able to repair both areas. You can't tell I was ever hit. I would recommend them and would've given them 10 stars if I could. Thank you all.Service: Body & Trim

Capitol Auto Body did a great job on my vehicle repair! They gave me a realistic estimate of the work, found a 3-day window in their shop schedule, and then completed the work in those three days. Just picked up my car after having minor fender bender damage repaired. They did a great job! To me the best part about working with them is there excellent customer service. I've worked with different folks during my last service, but all friendly, knowledable, and helpful. Did all the insurance company follow-up for a complicated claim on my vehicle. Would highly reccomend this shop to others. It was a 3 month wait to get in, but worth it.

They were able to squeeze me into the schedule even though there was a 3 month wait. I got my car repaired in a timely matter. I appreciated the daily updates on my car from start to finish. The people I interacted with were nice and easy to work with!

Capital Auto Body was great to work with! I had to wait several months for my appointment but it was definitely worth the wait! They communicated with me every step of the way.
