I am currently still sitting in the lobby waiting for the final paper work. This establishment has been wonderful for us especially since we drove in from out of town. They worked with our budget and got us the vehicle we wanted and needed for our family. 100% recommend them! Austin was great to work with while looking over it online and Marwin was phenomenal to make us comfortable with making our purchase. Thank you guys!!!

I've been looking for a new car and I found a nice red Chevy Cruze here at Capital City Auto. They were able to get me financed, where other dealership haven't.

I found it! My dream truck with Capital City Auto ;) I worked with Bryan and Marwin as they assisted me in getting approved and my new truck the same day! Update: The truck I have purchased is a total freaking lemon, words cannot describe the pos I ve bought. As a first time buyer and being a teen, I feel as if I was taken advantage of, as of right now the truck is experiencing transmission issues, over heating issues, and something with the front axel system. I can no longer drive my truck more than 20 minutes without it overheating. I had it into the shop again due to the transmission going into limp mode, I was told it was caused by my after market sound system. Would definitely recommend going other places before making a final decision here.The customer service at this places is phenomenal, I would definitely talk to Tomas if you are in the market for a car he is on top of it and able to work some magic. I ended up buying a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado tan great for 4 days but then the water pump blew up, they were quick to resolve the issue and had it fixed within 2 days, that was my only down side to this place other than that the customer was great.

Please beware of buying from this establishment!The customer service was absolutely AWFUL! Austin is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly a grotesque individual. He takes the the greasy "used car salesman" stereotype to a whole new level.I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and went to Capital City Auto to test drive one of interest. Austin unprofessionally talked my ear off the entire drive, telling me all of his personal information (including when he thinks he will die - marked by a tattoo on his wrist, and the car accidents he has been in).When buying the vehicle, Austin uncomfortably continued to push the warranty package on me, when I declined more than twice. I will say Marwin, the finance manager, was a completely different character and very pleasant to work with. As I got in the vehicle to drive off the lot, I turned on the stereo realized the speaker on the roll bar was blown out. I drove two blocks and turned around to immediately report the poor speaker system to the dealership. Austin berated me for not purchasing the warranty, falsely accused me of "blowing the speaker" out myself and said I was gone for 30 minutes, not two minutes. The activity of when I left to when I came back is recorded on their cameras and also on my phone stamps.When my wife called the dealership to speak with a manager, Austin told her it was illegal for her to call on my behalf. He was atrociously rude and lied profusely about the entire sales experience. The next day I went back down, myself, and he continued to yell in my face, refused to give me the manager's contact information and then had the audacity to text me multiple times on my personal phone. I will be reporting this behavior as harassment.As someone who has worked in sales and also customer service for the majority of my life, I am beyond appalled by this unprofessional and gross behavior. Please look elsewhere for a used vehicle. This place is garbage.

Austin was my salesman. I couldn t get financing anywhere else I applied here and he worked hard and swiftly to get me my Jeep without the embarrassment of the other banks. I strongly recommend this company.

Pulled some shady stuff. Strong armed me out of my car and said they couldn t get me financed through credit union that I have been working with for years. Then I called the credit union and they said they didn t have any record of the dealership contacting them. Refused to replace the broken windshield that I had to pay $300 for then it had an oil leak that I can t get fixed for another month. I wanted to give the truck back and they want me to pay $4500 to get my car back, and then the general manager Marwin had an emergency pop up and he won t be back for five days on the day that I called to speak with him Overall, very shady dealership. Do not go there.

Austin was incredibly helpful! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful while we tried to buy a car with toddlers around. They were kind and explained everything so easily. Made the buying process a breeze and I am grateful we found them.

Toured a bunch of dealerships in treasure valley and had one of the best experiences here. Austin along with the whole staff were super awesome and welcoming. Happy with my purchase. I have noticed the brakes are needing replaced but that s not a big deal.

Austin was our sales person and helped us get through the process of getting into a 2014 ford flex with only 48,000 miles, he was able to get us an affordable monthly payment with a small down payment along with a two year warranty I would strongly recommend giving them a shot !

Sold a lemon. Not helpful, rude, says that it s your problem since you bought the car. Had the car 13 days before first issue, got it fixed, 59 days later engine blew. No warning, burned through oil. Oil change and in 500 miles no oil. Careful where you buy your cars.

If you re in the market for a vehicle, and looking for an honest salesman in the process, then Tomas is your man! He isn t your typical pushy salesman, which was unheard of for me. When I m in the market for another vehicle, I will be sure to find Tomas and go through him again!

Gary was so helpful, he understood my situation and helped me drive off with a car in spite of it. He helped me get financed and was willing to work with me the whole time. Amazing experience, everyone there is so friendly, I really appreciate the hard work that went into putting me in my dream car. The car I bought works great, it s a perfect fit for me and exactly what I wanted. Gary was very informative about buying the car out of state (I m from Utah). I highly recommend these guys, they go out of their way, above and beyond to help their customers. Will be doing business with Capital City Auto again.

We are beyond disappointed with this dealer. We live in Spokane and found a vehicle that we wanted to buy. We spoke with a very helpful salesman, and put down a $500 deposit to hold the car for a week, until we could fly down to pick it up, then we bought plane tickets. Financing was all done, we had a check ready and a bill of sale done. The day before we were supposed to fly there, they call and say they will no longer sell us the car because while getting it ready for us, they found a $3000 issue (incorrect wiring issue that caused the back windows to not roll up after rolling them down) and would now only sell the car at auction. They would no longer work with us at all after this. We offered to still buy it at a discount, to pay cash instead of financing, even to have a friend with a dealer's license buy it for us... nope. They would ONLY take it to auction, end of story. So we lost out on the car we wanted. Then the airlines refused to refund, credit, or change our flights so we lost $335 because the dealership refused to sell us a car due to some ridiculous policy. We asked if they would at least credit us for our airfare since it is their fault that we are out the money, and they refused this also. Thanks for wasting our time and money for a ridiculous reason. What an absolutely unreliable and untrustworthy place.

BEST. IN. BOISE. Without a doubt!!! Austin was absolutely fantastic and got me into a car the same day I came down. I was shocked at how easy it was for me! Plus, the prices are unbeatable. Quality vehicles, with low mileage, AND a vehicle service contract keeps my used vehicle protected for an entire year! I'm still in shock, lol

All I ll say is watch your paper work. Take pictures before you leave and SIGN!! Do NOT I repeat DO NOT sign anything before you read it!! Make sure you know what you are getting with the vehicle.
