Friendly staff. Fast service. My beautiful A5 was totaled by Nationwide, but the team at Caliber was professional throughout the process. 10/10 but not planning to return.

I was nervous when I wasn't allowed a choice in where to take my car after being rear ended and having no choice in who repaired it, however, Caliber Collision reassured me that my car was in good hands. Destiny and Joey were extremely professional, kind, reassuring, and informative. My experience at Caliber was a good one and although my damage was minor, the repair was very well done!

Caliber did a fantastic job communicating with me every step of the way. The quality of the work completed was outstanding. I will recommend them. There were a few things that could have been handled differently which holds down the 4/5 star review. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do I know they ll do an excellent job!

Caliber Collision was fantastic to work with, all very professional. Robert was my Service person, he kept in great contact with me during my cars visit. Letting me know each step of what was happening. I was told I would get my car back April 5th and it was actually completed a week earlier. UPDATE: unfortunately I have to change my feelings about the way i have been treated at caliber... I received my car back and I thought it was as good as new and then noticed when it rains and water gets in my sensors of my new bumper that they replaced for me, my park assist freaks out. When i put my car in reverse it beeps and a message pops up on my dashboard that says "park assist off" it never did that before. I called them and told them about what was going on and they told me to go ahead and bring it back in, I took it in to them and they had it for a few days then called and said they couldn't figure out what was wrong and that they were going to contact a dealership for more guidance. I picked my car up and was told that i would receive a call back once they got answers, it has now been about 2 months and i have heard nothing, I have called numerous times for an update and each time I call I am told that the lady who was helping me try to get it figured out is not available and that they would tell her to call me back. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated, I feel like they were super nice in the beginning and then once they were done with me they don't care. I was told there was a lifetime warranty on what they fixed but it is impossible to get this figured out...I recommend this shop to anyone that runs into inconveniences like I did. I was very stressed out because I live here in my own and my car is my only form of transportation and after the wreck I couldn t drive it at all. Once they received my car into their shop they had all repairs done in a week and a half. Caliber made me very comfortable with them doing the repairs because when it comes to car stuff I have huge trust issues that they aren t going to do it right! Caliber answered every question I had whether it was dumb or not and I have had my car back for about 4 days now and I can t even tell it was in a wreck. They promised me 100% customer satisfaction and that is a true statement when it comes to caliber. Thank you Caliber collision for getting my baby back on the road!! Service: Body & Trim

Destiny at the Garden City Caliber Collision location went above and beyond to help us. We LITERALLY couldn t have done it without her. I was at my wits end with insurance issues and she was calm, cool, and jumped in to make it all work out. I would go back to see her anytime!

Absolute 100 % The people at Caliber Collision on Chinden Avenue in Boise Idaho went above and beyond to help us get our car fixed and back on the road! Destiny was our representative that walked us through the process from beginning to end. And Bill did our bodywork as well as a few other things that needed to be done. He s an amazing person at his job and didn t cut any corners and Destiny absolutely made us feel like we were important and she met with myself and my daughter on a compassionate and caring level. I would recommend anyone go there if they need their car fixed and want complete respect. Thanks Bill you did an awesome job. Sincerely Tammy Keagy and Family.

I was recommended by Todd and was told to ask for Jenn Lowe as she is the general manager and that she would point me in the correct direction to the appropriate Caliber professional that was trained,certified, and could perform the exact repairs that I was requesting. WOW was Todd correct I would highly recommend anything that you need for body damage to come here and Jenn the general manager will definitely take good care of you. Thank you Jenn

Super impressed! My car was finished within a week when I expected at least three weeks. My car looks so pretty now and I know that paint color was hard to match not to mention finding parts for my older model. They even replaced my tow hook cover I didn t realize was even missing until I looked back at pictures. She looks perfect! Good work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole crew was super fast and took my concerns to heart. I especially like that Sean took the time to reassure me via email and in person where they would blend my white pearlescent paint to in order to ensure the best color match. My 2011 Forester looks better than when it came to me! They even offered to take care of my rental car return too.I d definitely go to them again! If they did this great on a minor collision, then I have no qualms on a major one too. Don t wast your time, go see them.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had work done on my car at Caliber Collision on Chinden.First: The car looks great, like new. They did a wonderful job matching the paint on an older car.Second: The entire process was a pleasure. Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant and professional. They know what they are doing and execute perfectly.Third: Everything was communicated clearly, and the coordination with the insurance company was done seamlessly. Crooks! Do not come to this terrible worthless business! My car sat for 2 months in their parking lot and I had absolutely 0 communication. A big wasps nest was growing behind one of the rear view windows. I was never given a complete date until 2 months later and twice I was delayed after they had my car for 2 months.All it was was exterior and the employee claimed they had a hard time finding parts on an extremely common carBut couldn't think to call me at anytime to let me know. The outside of the doors was to be replaced but just painted them with the wrong color paint which you can clearly see. The employee said that if new doors were put on that it would lower the value of the car but it already has a history of being totaled because it's a refurbished car I bought at a used car lot. My car was never touched until the last 2 weeks it was delayed. My car only needed exterior work.I can see other parts that were to be ordered never seemed to have been put on. They tried kissing my a** and buffing out my head lights and putting window washing fluid in my car. They are Crooks I will never ever Come to this terrible business again and I'll let everyone I know to avoid this place. My insurance company was notified because they recommended this business. I have to go to another mechanic to look over the car to see what was even really fixed!

Great place, I was really impressed with everything. They car was done early, done well and even given back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. They also took my car in quickly, with almost no waiting period and kept me up to date every step of the way. I will go there any time over Larry Miller, who made me wait 3 months to take the car in, then ghosted me and did not do any repairs and had the service advisor yelling at me like I ran over his dog when I asked why they had my car for so damned long. Glad these guys were around and able to do the job really quickly, correctly and went over and above the scope of duty.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pretty significant truck damage was repaired in a timely fashion with good results. Kept us informed twice a week while in shop for repairs. Parts and staff availability caused some angst but delivered within reasonable time. Sean did a good job of tracking and assuring the repairs were well done. I'd go back again (hopefully not!) if needed. Far better attitude than the Eagle facility.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding
