From the first moment I walked into Caliber Collision Auto Body on 3321 South Federal Way in Boise, Idaho, I was greeted by a very friendly man named Richard. He was very thorough in answering all my questions and also how he detailed all the information on how and when to expect my vehicle back. Richard examined the damaged caused by the deerwith precision of a surgeon getting ready for an operation, but on a vehicle. He would text me day to day details of what was being done to the truck. I was always in the loop as though I was practically there at the shop. He was very honest with his estimates and his professionalism on knowing the intricacies was very impressive! I thought they would just take out damaged parts and replace with same, but he sees that getting hit and hitting something are two very different situations and damage is often not seen to the general public's naked eyes like mine. There is alot more to it as I found out. Richard made sure everything was repaired back to original manufacturers specifications. This is what I call personally taking care of the customer. The customer service there at Caliber Collision is excellent and they were very helpful in getting me a rental car and Olivia was so thoughtful in telling me to just drop off the rental and just take my truck home when I went to pay my deductible thinking I would be back later after getting a ride there.Their workmanship is second to none. Their quality of fit and finish is excellent. The gap of my hood was wider on one side after hitting the deer, and after receiving the truck back, the gap was exactly the same on both sides of the hood and the paint on the left fender matched perfectly. One can't tell there was any damage or repair done to it, other than it now looks newer than new! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends and family to Caliber Collision for any personal auto repair needs. I am a customer of Caliber Collision Auto Body for life! Also a shout out to my insurance company, The Travelers Insurance Company for recommending me to Caliber Collision Auto Body. This team is amazing! Had an unexpected issue with my hood and Todd was so kind to help. Todd is very welcoming and understanding. Hunter jumped in to help provide a solution with his wealth of knowledge, experience, and talent. They have fixed all our cars in the past and do an incredible job. Thank you to such a phenomenal team!

Cricket at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Juls helped me get my car in, repaired, and back to me sooner than I ever expected. The repairs are completely flawless and I'm very impressed. They were even able to reuse my tinted reflectors, which I love. I really didn't want to have to retint them. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision and will be back, if needed, in the future.

The team at this place is amazing. Two cars worked on here and all the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Ease with the rental car as well. Best place to get any kind of body work done.

Poor communication, wasted a week of my insurance rental when I should have gone to another shop not 'preferred by insurance'. Lesson learned. Went to Caliber as my insurance promised easier to handle claims and faster time to get fixed. Received a 'pre-estimate' the same day I went to visit but this was not sent to insurance properly. Needed to follow-up a day later and get sent to insurance even though this was clear they needed it.Finally aligned on an estimate with insurance and scheduled a repair date. Then (a week after initial estimate), received a phone call saying they couldn't do work there and to call another one of their locations who was 'certified'. Called that location and they said they couldn't do it either and this location gave bad information. So in the end wasted a full week trying to go with Caliber. Now will end up paying rental out of pocket due to the wasted time here.

They have great communication through the entire time your vehicle is being worked on. My car is so shiny and clean after picking it up. It's a good feeling after my driver side back door being caved in for months. They did an amazing job, I would definitely recommend then to anyone for auto body issues. Thank you guys so much!!

This place is the best from the office staff to the technicians. I just stopped by to see if they could reattach a part under the front bumper that had been repaired elsewhere. The technician was able to get it done right then! So professional and efficient.Thank you! I highly recommend!!

I love that I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car at the body shop! No extra trips and not needing to be dropped off. Work was done way before the promised date and it looks fantastic. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. I received text updates all through the work

Absolutely Amazing staff. Stopped what they were doing and saved me hundreds of $$$. Had me on my way in no time. Very few places have this kind of customer service and are as knowledgeable as these folks are. Make them your go to !!!

Very impressed by Calibur on Federal Way. They communicated well throughout the week to provide updates on the progress on the repairs of my vehicle. They washed it, so nice to pick up a clean shiny car!

My experience with Caliber Collision in Eagle was amazing. From the beginning, Brian Assad set the tone for professionalism and ownership of the process. Brian provided me with the quote, which was very reasonable, and I agreed to have the repairs done on my car. Brian and the staff ordered the necessary parts and said they would contact me when the parts came in.A week later I received a phone call from Caliber letting me know my replacement parts were in. We scheduled a day for the work to begin. I dropped my car off in the morning and the work was completed that same day! I picked the car up late that afternoon and the work was immaculate and complete. Bonus, my car had been cleaned inside and out. In this world of excuses for poor workmanship and delayed schedules, it was refreshing to experience a great process and outcome when I worked with Caliber Collision. Thanks again, Brian for a great experience. Highly recommended!

Caliber Collision on federal way was amazing. My daughters car was not only hit once but twice in a matter of two months. CC was quick to assess and get us a quote. After talked with our rep Juls, we got the car in quickly for repair. She was great with updates and answering all my questions. While the car was in repair, Hunter, the technician found more damage than expected. He was amazing! He took me back and showed me where the damage had occurred ( couldn t see since it was behind the bumper) and what he needed to make it new again. Did I say he was amazing? Despite the setbacks he got the car done BEFORE it was promised! I made a mistake and mentioned on the survey that the car had to go back in because of a brake light issue. That ended up being a me problem vs. caliber. I apologize Hunter! Thank you to everyone we worked with there! I can t recommend them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Todd is the best!I brought my brand new truck into Caliber Collision because it was clipped by someone three days after I got it. Fully expecting someone to tell me it would need all sorts of work, Todd walked out with me and said give me a minute .Well Todd spent the next twenty minutes buffing out the long scratch I thought would not come out. After putting in the elbow grease and effort to get my new truck back to new I could only say what do I owe you . Todd said nothing and wouldn t even take a tip.Todd could have easily quoted a price, or taken money for his valuable time, but he did not. A truly honest businessman and a place that will certainly get my business (or recommendation) if ever needed.Thanks to Todd, and the culture of that team!Service: Body & Trim

Seriously cannot thank them enough at this location. I m a struggling college student, Cory and Richard were extremely helpful advocating for me when it came to dealing with insurance. They pay great attention to detail and were there to help me with things that needed to be done without me asking. IE: taking out other scratches and dents cleaning the interior steering wheel and center consul helping replace my battery and top off my oil ( I drive a VERY old car). They didn t try and sell me anything unnecessary. Everyone was incredibly helpful and very kind!! I was pleasantly surprised am incredibly pleased with them and the service I received!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

They were not able to take my truck in on the day of my estimate due to workload. However, they gave me a firm date to bring it in and had the work complete to my satisfaction two days ahead of schedule. I was introduced to the technician who performed the work and we walked around the repairs to be certain I was satisfied. A pretty great experience in every respect.

Scheduled a repair for the 11th of July back in early June said they would take my car in. Was in a three way recorded call with myself and progressive and the company failed to hold their appointment in their system. This company will make you wait for months with ZERO solutions to accommodate their mistake. Terrible business, terrible customer service, will never refer any of my customers through my job to this company and will make sure to tell everybody about my bad experience.

My car was t-boned in a parking lot and Caliber was excellent to work with! Richard Garcia kept me in the loop throughout the whole process when there were delays due to difficulty getting parts for my car, when the suspension was fixed, when it was ready to get painted, etc. The staff and team has great customer service. I had to take it back as there was an issue with the fuel door not opening correctly due to the accident and they promptly ordered the parts to replace it. Todd and Juls at Caliber got our challenges related to this repair this taken care of appropriately with an assist from USAA Insurance. Sometimes it is not easy when practically brand new cars get hit, very hard to get the parts. Caliber Collision did a fantastic job! My car is good as new! It did take a while longer than expected to repair, however, they were great about informing me throughout the whole process. It was also super easy to return my rental. All I had to do was leave the rental with them and they took care of the rest! It was a long process but they made it super easy every step of the way!
