Great experience with a literal fender bender. Expensive, but insured and they did a great job quickly to get it back on the road. Good communication, and good work to the car.

This shop was completely amazing! I was frustrated to have my car involved in a minor accident through no fault of my own. After checking out several local shops looking for someone who could accommodate my repair in a reasonable amount of time, I ended up at Caliber Collision on Royal boulevard in Boise. I'm so glad this is where I ended up. Their manager is energetic, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He's a great communicator and did a great job of explaining the entire process and keeping me informed along the way. He was even able to work with his crew to find a smart key that had been lost in my vehicle. These guys are completely professional with a well-organized shop. I'm even though the process of having my car in the shop for a while was an inconvenience. These guys made it enjoyable because their customer service was beyond what I experienced with most businesses these days. Not only was the service great the repairs were done right and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I 100% recommend Caliber Collision for any car body repairs.

What a great repair shop. We were treated so courteously by the staff, everything was explained to us, our repairs were completed by the date we were originally given and the car looked brand new. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I recently worked with Caliber Collision to address multiple scratches on my brand-new RAV4's hood through my car insurance, which involved scraping the paint off to the metal on large areas of the hood, repainting it, and finishing it. My main concern was achieving a flawless finish that perfectly matched the original color without any imperfections, and Caliber Collision did just that.From the outset, Caliber Collision demonstrated a commitment to excellence that exceeded my expectations. The initial result was near perfection, but I took the opportunity to discuss my desire for an even higher standard. They listened attentively and went above and beyond to make the final outcome truly perfect.What stood out the most during my experience was their attentive listening, ensuring a shared understanding of my perspective. Additionally, the entire team, from management and technicians to the receptionist, exhibited evident pride and passion in their work. It was evident that they possessed exceptional knowledge in their craft and seamlessly collaborated as a team. Robert Warner was very helpful and instrumental to this positive experience and outcome.Caliber Collision's workmanship is nothing short of wonderful. They are great when it comes to keeping you updated. I ve had a great experience due to Shelton, Ariana, and Robbie s customer service. It s frustrating having no car, but they wanted to make sure everything was set before I picked up my car. It does take time so patience is key. I m glad I didn t have anything to complain about! Complaining isn t going to make the fixing faster!

From start to finish Caliber was the best. Customer service was exceptional and is obviously very important to them. Everything went by the numbers and the personnel who handled each stage of the repair process were so knowledgeable and professional, but still personable and friendly. Regular text updates were really helpful and it was amazing that they took the extra time to send them. I would recommend Caliber to anyone.

Terrible, awful, Bad, taking my 2015 Kia optima to caliber collision was a huge mistake. They charged insurance almost $10,000 & took 6 weeks to do the work. Returned car to me with black overspray on new silver paint. Headliner stained with handprints. To have everything fixed that they messed up is going to cost me over $4000 bucks. I will say they are polite and attempted to resolve problems. Beware!

I've had a couple repairs done here, one to replace the drivers side mirror and door panel due to a low speed collision, and one to fix a quarter panel. My car came out great both times. They've also been able to do a couple quick fixes on my car, including replacing door window trim and a missing fastener for in the wheel well. They were able to do these on the spot. There's a great group of people working here too. I recommend them for your collision/body repair needs!

I called less than an hour ago and the lady at the front desk was able to assist me very easily and was the sweetest. They were able to take a look at my car that day. Robbie was able to take a look at my car as soon as I walked in. He was able to fix up my car for me to drive it around safely. He was extremely helpful on giving me advice on what to look for specifically to my make of car. he also gave me lots of recommendations to where I can take my car for other services that they do not offer. The whole staff was really friendly and I was amazed by the customer service as good service does not always come around often. I would recommend this location to anybody who needs any type of collision repair. You will get honest work done and timely. thank you Robbie so much for being so helpful and genuine at your job.Service: Body & Trim

I chose this location for my vehicle repair due to its good rating. I hope not to come across as arbitrarily rude, but this review is well deserved and factual. I hope the time and effort I took to write this is not in vain. I would not recommend this business nor would I use them again.I waited five months or so to have my car repaired at Caliber Collision Royal Blvd location, Boise Idaho.I dropped my car off and the initial finish date was a little over two weeks, although a representative there said it may take longer due to damage. It was decided that it would take a little less than one month.Robbie would give me consistent updates. The date was also consistently pushed back. Initially, communication was good. I went on vacation due to the extended time given.Robbie called/texted me to tell me my car was finally done and that he could drop it off. Due to where I live, I felt it best to just keep it at the shop which wasn t ideal for Caliber Collision - or that is the impression I got. That is what ended up happening.After returning to Boise, there was some confusion and major inconvenience when finally picking up my vehicle due to a lack of professionalism and communication from Robbie and staff.I picked up my vehicle almost a month and a week after dropping it off and I find a piece of the interior completely missing from the console, the passenger seatbelt reel completely pulled out and unusable, as well as black tape/paint on the passenger door noticeably and largely scratched .I call and schedule to drop it back off for repairs which they are willing to do quickly and are very apologetic. I told them I had a few days before I go on TDY (temporary duty out of state) for three weeks and they GUARANTEED me it will be completed within the next few days so I could FINALLY have possession of my truck.A few days later - they called me saying they had found a brake light leak due to their removal and replacement of the rear window during their previous repairs.During my entire TDY - Robbie, staff, etc NEVER called/texted me about my vehicle. When I got home on a Friday - I immediately called the company to where a female attendant told me they would call me in a few minutes with an update. That never happened and they are closed on the weekend SO I had to wait until Monday for further confirmation. Monday - I get in contact with them and they tell me my vehicle is NOT completed and requires a few more days.I finally picked my truck up and there are three large scratches on the interior door plastic - I had a vintage National Hunting Association sticker that was given to me from a family member that I ultimately placed on my vehicle rear window, and now it s gone due to the replacement. I admit, that is a very small complaint but still, very sad and very inconsiderate. I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK OR DROP OFF MY CAR TO CALIBER COLLISION. I suppose I ll just leave the scratches and worry about it later. They gave me a 4:00 PM Pick up time, which got pushed back to 4:30PM. I arrived at 4:50PM due to getting off work later than expected, only to be waiting until 5:30PM because the truck was still not completed.This experience has taken two months.The manager or whatever he was- admitted to me they dropped the ball and even placed blame on his staff.As an active duty military member, extreme ownership is very important to myself and my Sq. I feel as if Caliber Collision, Royal Blvd lacks professionalism, discipline, and accountability. I would NOT recommend this company.

As a female having to go into a car place alone most people would take advantage of this and either up-charge me or tell me I need something else fixed when in reality I didn't. This place was the absolute best! I went in asking if they would be able to fix a couple scratches on my car door and Robbie looked at my car to see if he could help and luckily he was able to get out my scratches. Robbie was the absolute best and I will be going back here if I ever need something fixed on my car!Service: Body & Trim

Robbie was able to take a look at my car's loose bumper the same day that I called, and they quickly hooked it back into place. He helped me understand how the bumper is held into place to explain what the issue was. I appreciated him taking time with me as he helped fix the issue!

Quick work! Maybe to quick? Needed the back handle of the tailgate repaired. The newly repaired/painted handle had a scratch on it when I picked it up. It was a work truck and has a couple scratches already but come on!! It was just painted.Update! Response from the owner. I don t think he read the part about picking up a newly painted part with a scratch in it.....Service: Painting

My neighbor backed into my passenger side door of the car while it was parked in my driveway. I quickly filed a claim with insurance and was scheduled for repairs with Caliber Collisions 3 days later! They had my car repaired within 8 days and I am back to driving my own vehicle! Would have given more stars if they would have done a real engine diagnostic and not lied about the code. Body work was their only saving grace here.

Smooth from start to finish.Took a wile to get in, but nothing out of ordinary for other good shops in town.Only real "problem" was that they finished the repairs so fast I only got to drive my rental for a day and a half instead of a week.Everybody I talked to was friendly and helpful; from the desk to the techs, and even the manager.Work was great, just under original estimate.If I ever need work done again, I'll be back.

I feel so grateful that I brought my car to you guys for repairs. Customer service was over the top. They all did an excellent job and were beyond helpful.
