Byrider has been amazing to work with and I would absolutely buy from them again. My sales rep explained everything during the buying process and found the perfect car that worked for my family. When I bought the car it had low miles and has had zero mechanical issues...it is now almost paid off. Everyone at Byrider has been great to work with and their staff is always responsive. I highly recommend this dealership!

Hands down the best place to get a car!! After going to multiple car dealerships not finding what I wanted or having too pushy of sales men this place was not like that at all Greg was the best sale man I have ever worked with and made sure I got want i wanted and in my price range! Buying a car can be so stressful but this experience wasn't stressful at all and I left happy!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Hass messaged me almost immediately after submitting my info on their website. Not only did he make this an effortless experience but he went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything thoroughly. Anytime I have ever left a car dealership I have always felt taken advantage of and for the first time ever I left feeling cared for. Absolutely amazing experience overall. I was able to get into a new vehicle same day even with my not so great credit, and an affordable monthly payment.

My mother and I recently visited JD Byrider in Boise not only did they give her top value for her trade-in on a 2010 Kia soul, but they gave her a new warranty. The person that worked with us was named Shane Cockrell. My mother is my world, and Shane made it a point to be very knowledgeable about what cars were found for my Mother. When my mother didn t like something she Was HEARD and RESPECT! My mom now has a newer, safer vehicle thanks to you Shane!!Thank you!!!The Hasty Family

Needed to trade my car in and get an suv for the family and everyone kept low balling me everywhere I went then after multiple disappointing offers I met Greg. He got me out of my negative equity and got me a lower interest rate on my new to me suv then I had on my car I traded in which I never thought was possible with true red carpet service. Where ever he goes I m buying.

Shady business that isn't on the same page with their team. They claim they willing to help people during tough times but not the case at all. All they care about is trying to get 5 star on reviews. They are more concerned about reviews than working with people. They even stole a few items out of my vehicle and claimed they were never in the vehicle. Glad my situation happened how it did because they showed their true colors. Byrider only cares about the money!!!!! I even made a comment on their social media and they deleted my comment because it wasn't a positive review. Don't worry Byrider, I'm screen shoting this review!! SHADY BUSINESS........ STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE!!

If you buy a car here your gonna be very sorry my man bought a car for 12595.00 contract is for 3 1/2 years at 94 payments which is 7 years which comes to 18 thousand dollars staff is rude on top of that car salesman is slick and they took a car trade in with my name on it yet I've signed nothing ...I've lived in Boise over 30 years and I've bought several cars nothing like this has ever happened to me or anyone I know ...they are so desperate to sale a car my man couldn't even walk off the lot without them throwing bogus deals enticing him to buy a car that's a 2014 I don't recommend byrider to anyone and if you do buy a car on finance and the contract don't jive take it up with the states attorney general my man was screwed without Vaseline and from what I hear the warranty they offer is ridiculous so is the work they are unprofessional not to mention our first payment he made was more then the actual payment and tried to tell us we had deferred payments the first four ...then refunded our money and our bank doesn't even want to give us the refund due to improper documents ...the good news is there are reputable car dealers all over idaho I'd think more than twice before buying here

Late in the afternoon saturday we found ourselves in an emergency need of a new car. Devin and Kaleb were able to quickly get us through the process and we were able to drive a beautiful new car off the lot. Devin made sure all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable with the purchase. Kaleb made the financial end of everything very easy. We truly appreciate their integrity and customer service.

Hasan has been working with me for awhile. Yesterday I went in and bought a car. He got me into a vehicle and helped me tremendously especially after starting over again. If I had to choose from an suv that I wanted and a car he was able to work it to get me into a car that I wanted and was there every step.

My wife and i wanted something better on gas also wanted something with enough room for me to fit in comfortably we talked with the salesman Greg by far the best salesman I've ever worked with in my life he worked very hard to get us into the car of our choice at the rate that we were looking at all around he gave us 100 good service this is the second vehicle we've bought from Byrider thank you Greg for the amazing experience

I was quite nervous financing a car for the first time but ByRider Boise made me feel a lot more comfortable. When I first submitted my application, Devin called me and kept me well informed on everything I needed to know til we were able to close about a week later. The entire process felt a lot smoother than I expected and Omar and Devin did an amazing job. These two guys stayed almost TWO HOURS after close to make sure I got what I wanted and even helped make the price more affordable. I never thought i d be driving something this nice at 18. Thank you again Devin and Omar! 10/10
