Amazing service. First time coming in for a tire sensor replacement and was greeted by a friendly smile. Got straight to the point and actually found another sensor going out so had both replaced. Shoutout to Jenny for answering my many questions for quotes on some work that needs to be done on my car. Would come back again:)

I'm always really impressed with the speed and quality of service at this place. They always get me in quickly and prices have always been fair for tire changeovers and oil changes. Staff is also very friendly and easy to work with, highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service. Ty Enget was my salesperson. He took the time to discuss my options and we found the least expensive solution to what I was looking for in the tires. Fast service as well. They got on the job as soon as I got there and they were finished before I knew it.

Came in to drop off my vehicle here. As we pulled in with my friend s car they noticed a flat tire. They ended up patching it for free! What a blessing to be at the auto shop already for a different car, & then for them to notice it & bless my buddy s car. Very kind of them. Great customer service.

Out of town and our starter was going out. These gents were super busy and were more than happy to work us in. Thank you to all of them and to Jorge for being so awesome. Also lent me their truck to get food while we waited. Whaattt? Amazing.

The employees Rock! And went out of their way to help me. They gave me a free air conditioning inspection not diagnosis but inspection. They went out of their way to call me before they were closing to see when I would be coming in so I would have access to pick up my vehicle very sweet of them! Thank you! I would highly recommend them they seem very dependable...

Been a long time customer. Brought in a truck that needed an alignment. Was recommended service that a mechanic deemed unnecessary. A slightly leaking shock and ball joint on a 24 yr old truck is not grounds for $2K in repairs. Claimed it wouldn t hold an alignment that Commercial Tire was happy to do and guarantee for 3K miles. They ve always done good tire and tire changeover work for me, but I guess management and times have changed. Won t be going back. Be wary.

Manager Jorge went above and beyond to figure out my alignment issues on a newly lifted truck. The front desk girl Carlleen was extremely helpful and polite. Top notch service all around. I'll be back with all my vehicles in the future.

Bruneel Tires has helped me out an incredible number of times! I used to go to Les Schwab, but after ONE time at Bruneel ill never go anywhere else. I cant thank you guys enough for making my life all that much easier. Highly recommended, dont waste your time with going anywhere else.

I was in a pinch, I had flat tire, well I was losing air rapidly. And I'd never been to this place before. They repaired it for free, providing great service. I really do appreciate it I will definitely come back when I'm in need of tires.

Ty and Jorge were both great to work with! I was not finding my tire sizes in stock at many stores in the valley, and if they were in stock they were for low mileage warranty and not very good tires. Ty located a very good high mileage tire for me and had it in within 2 days. Jorge took care of me for the install, even calling to remind me of the appointment. They started right on time and i wasn t waiting for them to finish other jobs before starting mine. It was a newer car for us and this was the first tire change we d needed on it, so i had no idea it had locking lug nuts Jorge searched in my car for the tool, then explained the extra cost to drill out and replace all the lug nuts before doing the work. They packaged up my two old tires that weren t as worn and had them neatly set in the trunk for me. Both Ty and Jorge were friendly, competent and seemed to put my best interest first.

Just moved to Boise 2 yes ago. Bruneel Point S has helped me with 2 vehicles. Prompt and very good service! This is my go to service place! Update March 2023 Ty and Carleen are amazing! They just fixed the shift and overdrive on my 23 yr old Ford pickup while I waited only an hour!

Fairview has an incompetent alignment tech. Set appointment for alignment, came in for alignment, said they would get me right in, then I waited 30 minutes and they called to say they don't know how to align it because the steering wheel is off center. The wheel turns 1.5 turns to the right, and 1.5 turns to the left of center... the slight offset in the steering wheel is because it has a new struts and tie-rod end and needs alignment, the whole reason I'm here! The tech also disrespected my skills and indicated I must have installed the new parts wrong. The front office called other Point-S stores to see if they could be me in and said Meridian could get me right in. I drive to the Meridian store, and when I arrive, the Meridian store tells me it will be 1.5 hours. Might as well not made the appointment at Fairview.

First time being at this location. Very nice customer service reps. I had made an appointment the day before for an oil change and tire rotation. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was comparable to others. Will definitely use again!

Bought 4 new tires for a total of $1700 and went back the next day to ask about what looked like low air pressure in a tire (It is visibly lower than the other 3, to the point it almost looks flat) was meet with only attitude when I expressed my concern. Reply from guy behind the desk was "I'm not sure what you want me to do about it." I even bought their warranty on the new tires, thought I would get a little bit of help but I guess not. And to add to that my truck is making a grinding noise when I turn right now and I'm sure I'll get even less help with that so I'll have to figure it out and fix it myself. Extremely unprofessional! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

This is long over due, but better late than never. Bruneel Point S off Fairview is AMAZING. Shoutout to Ty Enget for helping me out with such a nightmare that the Meineke across the street gave to me and my ford ranger. Long story short, truck needed a simple fix with a clutch hydraulic cylinder line. I went to Meineke since I am new to the Area and didn't know where to go. Ended up being out of a vehicle for 11 days and getting my truck in worse condition. I had been in contact with Ty just incase. Luckily after the 11th day, I had enough and called Ty and was so happy to hear that they could see my truck the next day. Within less than 24 hours, my truck was back to normal. It took their mechanic only 1-2 to fix. So GREAT JOB you guys, this is my new auto shop go-to from now on.

Just went here for the first time to get a wheel alignment and it was a pretty good experience. The lobby staff aren't afraid to keep you company while you're waiting on your vehicle, unlike a lot other shops.They charged $75 for a front two wheel alignment and took 45 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The dealer quoted me $400 and wanted 3 hours since there were a ton of new parts and everything was way out of spec.

I have been taking my vehicles here, for over a year. They have consistently been fast, friendly and most importantly their work is always been done correctly the first time around.Honest pricing and easy financing are a huge plus.If ever you need some maintenance or tires done, come here! When I walked ithrough the doors I was greeted promptly and properly I wish I could remember her name however being a front desk worker you are the face of the company whether you believe it or not and she was great. she found me a set of tires not what I wanted but were in the ball park of a completing company and were available sooner than the other company so I ordered and set of 5. Once again I wish I could remember names but the owner was in there and I told him I could not put them on today as I needed a leveling kit before they could fit and it would have to wait till Monday. He asked me how much the shop was charging to install the kit and matched the price no problem that way I didn t have to drive all over for all these services I obviously agreed. The following day I called the front desk to see if they could could price match a better set of tires while they did not match the price it was only two hundred dollars more but the other tires did not come with mount, balance and alignment like the tires from point s did also I was glad I could help out a small business owner instead of a cooperate company so I was okay with paying a little extra. The day came to install the leveling kit and tires. I dropped the truck off at 730am when they opened and was quoted 1030-1100 completion time. At 1pm I called to check on my truck because I had not heard anything I received a phone call back about 40 minutes later saying there was a mix up with my tires and they would not be delivered until 3-4pm. At 2:15 the owner called apologizing for the delay and said three of the five tires were done and he would call me five minutes before it was finished to come get my truck. Well 2.5 hours later I did not hear anything so I went in about an hour before they closed to see what was going on with my truck it was finished and sitting out from naturally I was a little upset with all the lack of communication from the company. I went inside and talked to the women at the desk she explained there was an issue with my fifth tire and it wouldn t be delivered until the next day so I took my truck and the following day the manger called me to pick up my fifth tire. To be honest I truly want to give this review a four out of five but I won t and here s why the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked in, the manager was extremely apologetic for the whole situation and hoped I didn t think that s how they normally run business and he didn t lose me as a customer and I could obviously tell they were super swapped and life happens. Lastly I m super happy with how my truck turned out and glad I could help out a small business owner especially in the current situation after being shut down.

Brunel's prices may be competitive (that's the one star) but the customer relation skills are poor. They don't give accurate finished work times, or get back to when you've left messages. Also after spending over $7000 on repairs, now taking it back in for same issues. Plus putting parts into vehicle that are for another model and expecting it to perform. Poor workmanship!! Plus they are always to busy to get work started. Maybe they need more and better qualified people on the job site. That probably starts with management.
