Never Going Back! I had started to develop what I thought was a great relationship with this shop, but they let me down. I purchased a new set of tires from them and they suggested I have my front tie rods replaced on my truck, as they said they were worn. After paying for the tie rod replacement, the alignment drifted out causing the insides of the tires to wear near bald. They suggested the front springs were worn and needed to be replaced. After an alignment adjustment and an expensive quote, I decided to have my brother help me do the job myself, along with replacing the ball joints. When we got under the truck and started tearing things apart, the tie rods that were there were very worn/weathered and the end grease boots were cracked - not likely after less than a year of wear. It looked like they only replaced the shaft cover boots and charged for the full job. I'm extremely disappointed that a company with, what I thought was a good reputation would stoop to these tactics just to make a buck.

Would never! Go back. Can't trust what your being told. They can't seem to grasp owning thier mistakes or that not everyone is unaware of what's going on with their vehicles. And when you call them out atleast one of them tries insemination or throwing a fit. Wouldn't go back won't recommend and will suggest no one ever goes there.

Major issues with my sons truck and was not cheap. Ended up finding that they were extremely reasonably priced. Then there was a major fail only DAYS "after" the warranty of the work and parts had expired. Contacted them very worried about another major expense or just having to ditch the vehicle. The owner got on the phone immediately with the vender and got replacement for FREE and also kept their word on their work, reinstalling and repairs as if warranty was still good. "There is no way this should fail, and within a few days of the warranty, it would be upsetting. So, we covered the work and parts". They kept their word and stayed loyal to their work. -thank you.

Regarding your response concerning your employee I did not spit on the ground at any time.I did not call anyone a derogatory name.Your employee knows this and it's appalling that he or you would say so.You do not have it on camera because these actions didn t happen.If you had it on camera, there would be no need to corroborate with anyone.Nothing justifies his behavior and your attempt to do so is very unfortunate.

Bad experience with this location! Last time I was in, employee behind the counter lost his cool and was screaming the F word and name calling. Incredible behavior for an adult and supposedly a professional. Other customers witnessed it! I made contact with their main office and sent an email with no response. A sad representation for this Business.

This place is dishonest and a rip off. To change tires cost you $70 for one tire. Went to another tire shop that charged me only $30.

These guys are awesome! Got new tires and wheels with a leveling kit for my truck and I couldn t be happier with the experience and the results. Joe made the process easy. Highly recommend!

Such a relief, these guys got me set up with tires last fall, and I ended up getting a nail in my tire, and my tires came with a warranty- they patched my tire for free and I wasn t even late for work

Got new set of 4 tires. They wasn't going on very easy and needed to be stretched. It was past closing time and I told manager I have to have my car. He did whatever it took and in a timely manner also and got them done and me on my way. Excellent work and I am very appreciative of all they did.

I noticed a bulge in my tire and they were able to get me in as soon as I got there, even though they were understaffed. They had my tires in stock ready to go for a very reasonable price. I didn t know they closed at 4 on Saturdays and I missed their calls telling me that my car was ready. Joe texted me personally and let me know it was ready and that he was even willing to stay later to make sure that my car wasn t in stuck in the shop over the weekend, as they re closed Sunday. He even offered to stay later than that just to make sure I wasn t stuck with no car.The other gentleman that helped me, I forget his name, he was so helpful and courteous. Interacting with all the employees here at point s on chinden was a pleasure. Will be scheduling all future maintenance at this location.Service: Auto tire replacement

If i could give a zero i absolutley would. Replaced spark plugs to find out that the gap was all messed up. Some were gapped to .055 some at .060 and some were at .065. Am absolutly disappointed in this business and Would not recommend to anyone. Id stay far from this place as i Was sold a motor for over 5 thousand dollars and told i had a warranty. The motor started acting up the day i left the shop. When i went in to get warranty work done they said i never had a warranty on the motor. Now im left with a motor that leaks from everywhere barely runs and the oil is filled with metal.

He's very honest & will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle they go above & beyond to make sure my questions were answered. the big manager Joe likes to physically scare young woman by throwing their keys at them. I will never do business here and I'm telling all my friends n family to watch out for this type of abuse. he can lie all he wants!! he physically threw keys aggressively across a counter and almost hit 2 young ladies. I was there in line right behind them. this is not acceptable at all!!! Joe imagine how you would feel if this was your wife or daughter being treated the way you treated those 2 girls. never will I be a customer at this place again. These young girls were so scared and left crying all because they wanted to know why he didn't fix the tire they had asked him to. idk think twice before handing this business your money.Services: Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation

We had our car towed to the shop a few minutes before closing time on New Year s Eve! Joe and crew opted to stay open long enough to get our engine running again. They did it quickly and did not charge extra, and it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend these guys, and have known about this company for years. I wanted to say that Nate over at the Garden City location Was very helpful and explained the details in a way I could understand. I thought his customer service was great and it s been a while since I found a place that still has these type of values. Fast service, super thorough, will be coming back
