Highly recommended! My pickup broke down near Lake Hazel and I had it towed to Point S on Broadway. Brandon and his team to such good care of it, was super fast and the price I shopoed around was better than most. You wont be disappointed taking your vehicle there

Brandon was so welcoming and nice! He made me feel comfortable with getting my oil change! Took the time to go over the details with me and made sure I knew what they were doing to my car! Highly recommend!

My husband and I live about an hour and a half out of town, but we always come to this Bruneel Point S location to get any work done on our vehicle! Friendly environment, and never had an issue with any work we have done. We will always recommend this location to friends and family.

Just had the best experience! Recently I was having issues with my Subaru driver side window, I spoke to Brandon and he was quick to tell me to drop it off and they d give it a look over for free, turns out it just needed to be placed back on the track! Without hesitation. They helped me out in a huge way at no charge because no parts were involved! These guys took time out of their schedule to get me all set up! Super great service here!!Thanks again !!

I was in the process of moving from Texas to Washington and my truck started having issues. I ended up needing an entire new power steering column (I think that s what it was) and they were the only shop that would expedite us and take care of us! They were SUPER accommodating, and made our bad situation a lot better. While we were there, they were going above and beyond to help a family that was in a tough circumstance and it was really great to see a company treating their customers so nicely. I absolutely recommend them!

Had to bring my Subaru Crosstrek here for a quick rear hub replacement. It ended up taking some time due to rust damage, but Michael was on top of everything. He called me with every update he had and gave me tons of options when I came to making the decisions to wait for parts or spend more.I even soaked up one of their bays for a few days and they were so kind about it. If you need something done right, these are your guys! Michael and Brandon truly care and the rest of their team did a bang up job as well. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Great buisness, not hoping a car breaks down but if it does few places in the valley deserve any mechanic buisness and this is one of them. Their transmission guy is spot on, knows his stuff like you wouldn't belive. The owner is great and has been taking care of my mother's fleet of old vehicles and is honest and fair with her. Highly recommendedEdit!This establishment I took another car to, a wrx, the owner was extremely sympathetic to my situation of some shady work by another shop on a recently purchased car and walked me through what i needed to do, where to go and was just extremely helpful. He and his employees treat me and my 66 year old mother with tons of respect and again HIGHLY RECCOMENDED! if your hunting for a shop you can trust. I reccomend this one. Give them a try or just a pre car inspection and they will earn your trust. Thanks for reading,

My car window came off the track and disappeared inside my door while I was on an extended road trip. Michael was able to get me in first thing in the morning, and they had me on my way before noon! And he even found me a coupon to save me a little money. Exceptional service. Thank you!

My son Jason and his wife Sara have been customers of Pro Auto care for some time. They directed me to Pro Auto care when My 1998 Ford F-150 4X4 decided to blow its engine after only a 110k miles. Susan and the cure were understanding and knowledgeable about what I needed. They ordered a new engine from ford then we waited and waited and waited. When the first engine came in well it was a dud and they took on the on the chin. They called me told me the problem and asked to me hang me to hang in there and glad I did. The second engine a jasper came in and boy does it run. When it came time after a few hundred miles of break in miles to change the oil. The pro auto team was professional courteous and ready to answer my questions. The wait was easy since the office were clean and comfortable. And since I forgot my cell phone I was glad they had magazines there to read. The wait was only thirty five minutes in and out and again the service was wonderful.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Brakes, Oil change

Highly recommend Bruneel! The service advisors Michael and Brandon were great and helpful with the complicated issues on my car, and the team over there fixed everything and helped me out with a warranty issue that came up as well. Was traveling across the country after picking up my vehicle in a repair shop in another state. I noticed some electrical issues while driving and thought it was a bad battery or alternator. Had mike and his tech look at it when I stopped in Boise real quick in the morning to get a diagnosis. After running some diagnostics they luckily just found it was a bad ground connection! Mike and his tech were super friendly and helpful. Honest shop and work. If your local definitely stop by this place!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't say enough positive things about the service manager, Michael Candler. He has been such a help with answering questions and servicing my Subaru Forester. He's prompt at answering the phone, very knowledgeable and is always incredibly friendly. I had the worse experience at the broadway location, to get a Radiator done from them on my vehicle they had my car still leaking out coolant and worse customer service and they stated they aren t Perfect nor are their parts they said they sometimes have faulty parts, I had to go back to have them redo my car 3 times and still denied to say they aren t perfect and couldn t guarantee it to be done right and aren t very understanding it was Negligence on their end with my car.

Michael and Josh took the best care of us! on a Friday afternoon they took us in and treated us and our dog like family and gave us a hell of a deal. Wish we lived in idaho so we could come here for all our car needs!!

I've been there a few times and I must say that they do a perfect job and their people are so professional and friendly. Yesterday I referred a lady friend to them who was having an electrical problem with her car, and was about to have a tow and get a new battery. They cleaned the contacts, tested the battery and electrical system, and pronounced all good at no charge. She will be a customer of theirs forever! So many people out there trying to squeeze $$$, especially from single women. Good honest service will always make for loyal customers!

Update to my 5 star review. 12/01/2022Greg has taken the path to retirement. This shop is no longer pro auto care.From my first visit this week it seems they are starting with a fresh records system as they didn t have any data on my car. The service process was a bit more difficult that I would have preferred but the work requested was completed. 09/20/2020 Greg runs a top shop here in Boise. His team always takes the time to make sure I understand what work they are suggesting and why. Rocky takes the extra time to keep labor cost appropriate for the services and will help prioritize importance of repairs when cost is an issue.I always get consistent feedback as I take my vehicles to pro auto so I never feel like they are slipping something in, very honest about the repairs needed

Super thankful I found this place! I live out of town and was helping my mom with a vehicle purchase. Pro Auto Care was super helpful with a couple of pre purchase inspections and really did us a favor in catching some major issues on a vehicle we were looking at. We did have one maintenance item to take care of on the car we bought and Pro Auto Care was wonderful again when we took care of that. Super fair pricing and very trustworthy. I called quite a few mechanics in the area and everyone was booked, couldn t get to the vehicle until the next week, or had bad customer service over the phone.Pro Auto offered to check out the car the very next day, were very friendly over the phone, and explained everything in detail. Not only were they able to check out the vehicle in under 24 hours, they completed everything that same day. They were flexible with giving pricing options and found a way to get the car running without going over my budget.Thank you for being so helpful & fast, I will definitely return here in the future for my vehicle needs!

I have taken my 2003 S10 to the guys at Pro Auto Care and have appreciated all their honesty and transparency. They went out of their way to perform warranty work on parts that needed to be fixed and did it without charging me labor even though the warranty didn't cover it. They are great guys and you can tell that they enjoy taking care of the people whose cars they service. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest group of mechanics.
