More cons than pros. Waited 3 months to have our engine replaced here, then took it to our local mechanic for routine maintenance. Our mechanic immediately called and said the oil pan was leaking tons of new oil. We took it back to Bronco and was told it was old oil from when our piston previously exploded (3 months prior). I got in contact with the exec manager who said they d had this problem before where the tech doesn t clean old oil. But according to our mechanic, it wasn t old oil. I tried to get reassurance from the Bronco manager to make sure we d be covered if something happened on our road trip to WA, and he kept dodging. We got everything fixed again, then finally picked it up today. These pics are all new issues that occurred while Bronco had our car. Scrapes in the dashboard, broken interior handle, whatever the heck is happening with the backseat pocket, and missing pieces/flaking paint from the side mirror adjuster. Not to mention we now need a new battery for some reason, even though i bought one only a couple years ago and it was perfectly fine when we dropped it off. Only highlight here was the friendliness of the person we worked with, Sonia.

My husband and I had a great experience with Morgan Dotson as our sales person. We purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. But before we made our final selection Morgan was patient and talked us through the different SUVs and features. We test drove several all while Morgan answered many questions as I had not purchased a car in 17 years. He was very courteous and knowledgeable! Thank you to Bronco Motors and Morgan Dotson! After a full year of initially shopping for a Tucson, Morgan sporadically checked in with me, offering his assistance in regard to new cars that have arrived. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Myles Valentine and my old friend Fio on the purchase of our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It was the car my wife wanted and Myles was very helpful in making the deal happen and we felt like we got a fair deal. I actually worked at this very establishment about 26 yrs ago, which is how I came to know Fio (the GM) and I always liked the guy! What can I say. He's a good ol boy! Shopping for a vehicle is always stressful, however Morgan really helped cut down on all that stress, showing me the vehicle I was interested in, and really showing flexibility to fit my schedule and needs. I was able to get into the car I wanted, at a fair price, and with a speed that saved me hundreds on a rental. Can t recommend Bronco Motors and Morgan Dotson enough.

Morgan greeted us as we walked up to the showroom. He was friendly and knowledgeable about what models fit our criteria and what was available on the lot. I ended up with a car fresh off the delivery truck and could not be happier with the choice. Jordon and Derk made financing a simple process and they gave us more than a fair price for our trade-in. And Morgan has touched base with me a few times to see how the car is, do I have any questions, etc.

Wow, this is the place to come. The sales crew is amazing. No high pressure but so professional. Mike and Fred really went the extra mile for us and got us a sweet vehicle for a really good price. We have been burned by other dealerships and swore we wouldn't do it again until we met Michael and he and Fred restored our trust in buying. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle. Leasing a new vehicle from Bronco Motors was the easiest "car buying" experience we've ever had. Matt Cliff was amazing. He knew exactly what we wanted and worked effortlessly to fit us into financing that met our needs. The entire team was always helpful, friendly and energetic. Loved our entire experience at Bronco Motors. While we were already in an approval at another dealership down the road, we wanted to stop in and check out their selection before purchasing the other vehicle.From the get go Morgan and the rest of staff were friendly, super helpful, and were never the pushy salesman, you often get at dealerships. I appreciated that Morgan answered all our questions and was very transparent on new vs used and helping us figure out what was best for us. We will be purchasing more vehicles here and with Morgan as our salesman. He s been a great resource even after the purchase!

Michael is an incredible professional. He is immensely kind and spent all the time necessary help show us the bells and whistles with this new car. The amount of time he spent with us was unlike anything we have experienced before. He was patient with our dozens of questions and was so knowledgeable. He walked us through the Palisade and knew all details right off the bat. He is respectful and sweet. Restored my faith in Car Sales!!! After visiting a Boise Toyota dealership and having the typical car experience while almost being pushed into something we were not happy with, we went across the street and met Matthew Cliff. Boy did he do an excellent job working with us! He was up front and communicated in a very professional manner, not to mention we were in and out with a new car in less than two hours! I can't leave out Derk in Finance, he was also very professional and helpful! If you are looking for a new car, I would highly recommend Matthew Cliff. I recently traded in my car for something new and Matt helped me out. My friends originally pointed me in his direction and I m happy they did. Matt was honest and patient with me throughout the process and was able to get me into the perfect car. His knowledge and experience with the inventory made the whole thing go smoothly. Try Miles and Bronco Motors FIRST!We just bought our first car from Bronco Motors Hyundai, and it was exceptional. Our representative, Miles, went above and beyond anything I have seen before. I can't believe I feel like I found a 'home' for my car buying experience. Specifically, very low pressure and none of the typical antics I'm used to. He also accommodated our schedule and allowed us to feel like we were making a decision based on what was best for us.Prior to this experience, the last 2 cars we bought were completely online to avoid the hassle of a dealership. Based on my great experience, I'm actually looking forward to when we're in the market to change out our second car, so we'll be able to work with Miles and Bronco Motors again. My parents have only bought from them for the last 10 years, and now I know why. Thanks to everyone there for a great experience.

Despite not being able to find the perfect car, Michael P. and Myles V. were incredibly helpful at working with me to try and find something that would fit my needs. They were both incredibly patient with all of my specific asks and questions about various cars, and I would highly recommend working with these fine folks. If my needs change in the future, I will gladly return to Bronco Motors to work with them again!

Morgan is Awesome! Came into have our vehicle serviced and he was extremely patient with our 2 year old daughter. Ended up getting a great trade in offer for our Tucson and was able to upgrade from a 2017 to a 2024! Our second purchase with Brono Motors, and certainly not the last.

They found the color, but I wanted a different trim level. They found one that was just beautiful and worked with me on the price. I do not like the process of buying cars. Because of this I hold on to my cars. However, the time will eventually come when I'll need to buy a car. This was the case recently. I found a used car I was interested in at Bronco Motors Hyundai and showed up promptly at open to see what they could do. I worked with Mike P. He was great! Easy to deal with and made the process quick and painless. He was transparent and followed through on what he said he would do for me, both before and after the sale.I'm not a Hyundai person and I don't buy new cars, but finding a dealership that is easy to deal with and transparent about the buying process is important to me and influences where I look for cars. When it comes time to find the next car, I'll definitely look at the used-car inventory at Bronco Motors Hyundai and talk to Mike.
