We are extremely satisfied with the mechanics at Big O Tires. They are trustworthy and honest. Louie is fantastic and very knowledgeable. He gave us their opinion of what repairs needed to be done to our 68' Mustang. We received a quote which we thought was fair and not outrageously expensive. They did a thorough job and took good care of our Mustang.They also took care of my sons, Focus. Full service, tire rotation, and etc. We got new tires from them in Oct/Nov 2023. They do a great job!We will forever be taking our automobiles to Big O.Thank you for your expertise and professionalism.

I've been going to Big-O on State for 9 years. Absolutely amazing service every single time. They definitely go above and beyond when it comes to repairs and taking care of customers. I take my personal vehicle and all of the vehicles for my nanny family there. We've been nothing but happy with the work they have plus everyone knows me by name. I'll never take a vehicle anywhere else.

The tire I needed was in stock, and even though my wait was a little long, they kept me posted about when my car would be ready. Because I had tire protection, the replacement cost was very low.

Service was quick on a busy day at the shop. Regardless, they always go the extra mile. You 're there for an oil change and when you are checking out, they report on the condition of your tires, brakes, fluid levels and every other item in their 40 Point Vehicle Inspection! And later, you discover they applied the discount even though you didn't bring the coupon! Excellent service!

Needed new tires on my Tahoe. Went in to price and was helped by Louie. He was awesome! Helped us find great tires for an awesome deal, answered all our questions, was very helpful and friendly and got us in and out quick right before they closed. Definitely the best experience ever! Thank you!!!

We got a flat tire and needed a special size tire to replace it. They found the tire for us, picked it up, and sent an employee to come get the tire off our car and bring it in for repair. They went way above and beyond for us and I would never shop anywhere else. You can trust them with your emergencies because they actually care. Rate to find such quality service and I just can t say enough!

Needed wheels and tires for my daughters car Eddy was very helpful and got me really nice wheels and tires for a great price and ray was amazing at getting them installed and putting new struts on Front of her car great guys and very fast and efficient thank you

We were very impressed by the entire team at Big O . We went in with some questions regarding the differences between All terrain and Snow tires and we re clearly informed about the pros and cons of each. We were given 4 options (2 All terrain and 2 Snow) with different price points.We were able to make an informed decision about the best choice for our 4 Runner and the tires were installed the next day . It took A few hours to receive word that the car was ready! Top notch professionals! Will be switching to State St Big O for service from now on too. Thank you Louie Nungaray!

I ve had new tires put on and tire rotations several times over the years but only once on one wheel the lug nuts weren t tightened all the way and eventually worked themselves loose I noticed it and simply tightened them. I still go back they have good tires and do good work other than that.

Louis is friendly and professional. A bolt seized on me and I didn t have the tools to for it and to complete the brake job in timely fashion, so he worked me in the same day and finished the job. Thank you so much to you and your great team!!!

Honestly can't decide what I think. Leveling kit installed at Big O in Salt Lake Utah (on used truck purchased). Completely screwed up. Big O on State attempted to fix 4-5 times for $$$$. Rack and pinion boot got ripped during work. Which would have cost $200+ for them to replace? Did it myself..... Still have an occasional pop while turning (result of repairs, not sure?). Steering wheel not quite straight after last alignment. Pros....They will keep trying to repair if not right, even picked up and returned vehicle to home on last repair. Cons - so many returns and not completely satisfied and had to replace boot. Don't think I could take the aggravation again........ My 2 cents.

I had a taillight out and they were able to fix out within 30 minutes of my arrival while I waited. Excellent service. Big O is the only place I go for my car repairs.

Car started pulling to the right. Got out and noticed a giant nail was in the tire. We could hear the air coming out. Googled tire shops close to me. Big O was right up the street. Made it there with not a lot of air to spare. Was greeted by a man named Louie. Such a nice guy! He said they would have it done in an hour. They knocked it out! We came in to pay and he said it was free. He could probably tell by the car that we aren t exactly rich. And helping us out this time of year meant a lot to me. Honestly just went here because it was close. But now will go here because the service was great. Thanks Louie. You guys now have a customer for life.

Early this week I noticed tire wear due to a bad alignment front drivers side. Tires had 48,000 miles so I went into Boise from Idaho City to purchase new tires and have the front aligned. I use BFG KO2 10 ply and called several tire dealer ships but no one could provide service today because they were booked. Called Big O on State ST and the customer service rep (I think his name was Louis) who priced the work and tires at a price comparable to other dealers and most of all he stated that they would get me in and have me out in two hours.With the number of customers and vehicles in line at the business I was concerned the work may take much longer but as I watch all the employees who were focused on their work and them working together my fear diminished due to their team approach and professionalism!At the checkout Louis went over everything and made sure I understood that balancing and rotation, brake checks, tire pressure checks were included in the price and advised me to take advantage to ensure proper life of the tires and for my safety.No dealership I contact today could fit me in with the exception of Big O and I know by the amount of customers they went far and above to fit me in and listening to other customers waiting they echoed their great work, customer service and their professionalism.Big O is my go too for tires and other mechanical services as of today!

They were able to get me in quick and it only took an hour and a half to do a tire alignment and rotation as well as an oil change. Car runs smooth as ever, thanks Big O!

Traveling had a blowout and Big O was a God send. Louie knows his tires he set me up with the perfect set of tires for the back roads we visit. Tires are great don't hear them at all and what a difference over the OEM. Thanks a bunch Louie.

The price was decent but I wasn t happy with the man at the counter s service. He didn t seem like he wanted to answer any of my questions at all I left not even knowing if they looked at my breaks. I will have someone else personable I can talk to look at them I probably won t return.

Love the guys at Big O on state. I had a last minute issue with one of my wheels and tires. Problem was I also had to get everything done before going to work.They were able to get me back on the road.Thank you again.

Go literally anywhere else. I came in because my brakes were squealing. My alignment was off and my tires were worn down. I said sure just realign me, replace the front tires and fix the rear brakes. They gave me a time estimate of 1-1 1/2 hours. It took THREE hours. The guy I was talking to seemed to have to remind the workers that my car needed fixing. Not sure what happened. Then once it was all said and done there is oil and grime all over my fn car. They ruined my steering wheel cover. Just go somewhere else, I could ve done all that in less time than they did. Absolutely ridiculous.Oh and when my bf went in about a year ago they put his suspension on backwards? Idk why I even came back honestly.

We had occasion to visit Big O recently because we had a nail in our tire. They serviced us promptly. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely will take all our car business to Big O Tires on State Street from now on.

Needed new tires bad. Everywhere I looked was booked for the day. I was able to get seen and had 4 new tires in a short time. Prices were good also. Will definitely return in the future.

Excellent service!! Broke down on highway when the alternator failed. I call the store from the road. They had everything ready when car got there. Found underlying issue fixed my car beautifully. This store was amazing

Needed to get a new set of tires before a long road trip. Louie checked my vehicle and made sure I was going to be safe on the road. Great service!I did have to wait quite a bit for it to be installed (2 and a half hours), and they didn t put on my hubcap properly (which they fixed in two seconds).

I showed up at a very busy time with no appointment and Shawn was very helpful. They installed a new car battery which I badly needed and the whole visit took about 20 minutes!
