Outstanding Service and Friendly Staff at Big O Tires!I recently visited Big O Tires for some routine maintenance, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and hospitality I experienced. Chad, the service manager, was exceptional in getting me in quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable, making me feel valued as a customer.Moreover, Courtney at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and provided excellent customer service. Her friendliness and helpfulness added to the positive atmosphere of the store. It's evident that the staff at Big O Tires are dedicated to providing a top-notch experience for their customers.I was also pleased to learn that Big O Tires is a family-owned business that has been serving the community for the past 31 years. This longstanding commitment to the area speaks volumes about their reliability and trustworthiness.In addition to the excellent service, I found their prices to be very competitive. It's refreshing to find a company that offers both quality service and affordability.Overall, my experience at Big O Tires was exceptional. From the outstanding service to the friendly staff and competitive prices, I couldn't have asked for a better automotive service experience. I've gone to Big-Os my whole life for tires and service and it's ALWAYS been great and helpful with all 15+ cars and trucks. The main street Big-O is my goto place for service and knowledge plus a great feeling knowing you've got quality all around.

Got my tires rotated and changed out for different wheels. The prices here are great, I was surprised at how low it was. They re friendly and professional and even have a cute shop dog.

I took my son s car in for a routine tire rotation and they found a problem with the boot that was dangerously corroded. They knew my son was driving 5 hours back to college the next day and their team stayed after close to fix the problem. They were incredibly professional and gave me a list of things to look into for the future that aren t critical now. I appreciated them so very much and I can rest easy with my son in another state.

I took my truck in for a lube, oil, and filter as well as a tire rotation and balance. I also asked them to look at my power steering pump. As usual, Big-O responded quickly and professionally to my needs. Keaton rocks!

Fantastic service! I went in with a flat tire and bent rim after hitting a big pothole. Courtney was super helpful and friendly. They hammered out the bend and put my tire back on my car for me free of charge. I also got a quote for tires, which I'll need soon. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Will at BigO on Main St was absolutely great to work with! I had new tires on my Tesla in about 45 min and the crew was super patient with my sentry mode going off multiple times. Tip to other Tesla owners: turn off Sentry Mode and turn on the Valet feature!

I had called on a Saturday asking for price and availability for the tires I was interested in. Courtney advised me that the tires I wanted were not in stock, but were available. With uncertain weather for this time of year, and tires coming from 2 different warehouses, Courtney said it would probably be the middle or towards the end of the week, which was fine we were not in an absolute need to have asap. When I called to set up a time for install, Josh had answered, said anytime the next morning would be fine. I also told him I had forgot to mention trouble with TPMS sensors...No problem, Josh said we will take care of it....This was my first visit in a long time to the store, but definitely not my last. I it is rewarding to know there are still team members and owners who take extreme pride in customer service.THANK YOU!!

We ve been getting our tires changed here for years and the service has always been so fast and friendly. Today I had a random problem with my wheel well so I came in and Will jumped under the car and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Truly exceptional service!

Big O Tires on Main St. will continue to be me and my families top pick place to bring our cars. Their costumer service and timely manner is top notch. They only give attention to what actually needs fixing. They don't take advantage, they are honest and try to help in every way they can. Highly recommend.

I was in need of new tires for my car and Big O helped me work with their creditors to be able to afford them easily and pay over time. The purchase offers tire rotation and it s so easy to schedule online appointments which are very close to on time unlike other companies.

First time to this location but I will definitely being doing business here going forward. They took me in on short notice and are very clear about what services than can offer and provided a detailed recap upon pick up. Prices seemed reasonable and competitive. They clearly care about customer experience and value business, I was greeted before I even entered the building! Courtney was great, and the guy who took my call initially was also very friendly.

Courtney and her team always do a great job and I trust them. Huckleberry is usually there and when he is I know it s gonna be a great day! I would give them 5 stars! They are committed to helping me keep my truck on the road and when they work on my truck I know that it s been worked on by true professionals and they always have my best interests in mind so I m confident that the job has been done right.

When I got a flat tire today, I quickly learned not all Big O Tires are created equal, and this is the best Big O Tires I've found in Boise. I bought my tires from a Big O in Colorado, and another Big O off Fairview (not this one) wouldn't honor the flat repair in the warranty due to a difference in store policy they said and wanted to charge me. The Big O where I got them in Colorado got me the number for this store and these guys took care of it without question and provided great customer service.I will be buying all my tires from this Big O exclusively from now on. Thanks for your help!

Amazing service all around from the employees to the work they do on my car - always quality work and care. They are also always willing to help. The owners Courtney and Keaton are just the best people - not to mention their cute dog is the best too and a sweet greeter. I ll take my cars here for as long as I continue to live in Boise. Always love the work that Big-O tires does... Their employees are polite, personable & very professional... Keaton Keene & Courtney Alley truly "know their stuff"!!! I have been a customer of Big-O Tires(14th & Main) since 1990[since it was owned by Mick Alley]... They've "always" taken care of my vehicles with the same care that I take with them, which is why I come back to them...

Wow, this place is great! I have been trying to resolve an issue with my low tire pressure light for a very, very long time. No one could seem to figure it out until I met with Josh.L Maechtle at the Main Street store in Boise. In the past I had several people give me incorrect advice on the issue. As soon as I thought the issue was resolved, I would drive a mile in my low tire pressure light would come back on. Josh and the staff figured out what was the problem and then the best part of all, they didn t charge me anything! I m going to keep coming back to this place and my next set of tires I will purchase from big O. No one paid me for this endorsement and I am not related to anyone at the store or the owners. These guys are really smart and honest. They could ve told me that I needed to replace all four of my low pressure sensors and charge me a bunch of money. But they are very honest.
