Great service. I walked in to this location by mistake because I thought it was the place I had to pick up my part that I ordered. They were very friendly and told me where the correct AutoZone was.

Ian was incredible, we some windshield wiper issues and he helped us through the whole thing. After 4 returns (my fault) and at least 20 minutes of him helping us get them fitted we got it done all thanks to him. Thank you again Ian, great service and a wonderful attitude.

This store sold me the wrong parts and I noticed because the oil filter didn't fit and I took the sparkplugs back and had them check to see if they were the right ones. They checked and apologized for giving me the wrong ones and sold me another set but then gave me the first set they sold me instead of the new set. I didn't know until the manager and I looked at the receipts later. I put them in and the plugs hit the pistons, ruining my engine. I took them back and they discovered that not only had he given me back the wrong ones, but the second ones that he attempted to sell me were also wrong, so even if he'd handed me the second ones, they would have been incorrect. They refunded my money and said the district manager would contact me about repairing my car, saying if it ruined the coils too, they could replace those for me after the engine repairs happened. The district manager never called. I went back in the store and another manager showed me their contact info for the district manager. I called and emailed and an out of area district manager called me, told me it was my fault for not making sure they were right and said he'd call me back to let me know how they would handle it. He's never called back and it's been several weeks. I'll never buy parts from this company again! Destroyed my vehicle and then talked down to me and refused to take responsibility at a district level even after the store manager verified and apologized for the error, knowing his employee messed up multiple times. If you buy parts from this place, make sure you have a good attorney first! Worst customer service I've ever had from their district manager from Utah. The in-store managers were both friendly and apologetic and took responsibility for the error, but it didn't do much good when the people who could approve the repairs were rude and made no attempt to correct the mistake and the damage it caused.

Generally this location is very helpful but the last few times the same worker has helped me and been incredibly rushed and rude. He tested my battery and gave me completely false information that multiple other locations have disagreed with. He then hopped in his red Tacoma and sped out of the parking lot. I will not be returning to this location specifically because of this one worker.

Such a wonderful experience with this AutoZone. I went in there completely clueless and the gentleman (I wish I got his name), that s still in high school and his manager went above and beyond just the battery testing I asked for. They not only told me my problem but came out and completely fixed it for me!! I was expecting to pay a couple hundred in repairs at the mechanic but, only ended up paying $6. Thank you!!!

Jennifer helped me change my headlights. I know nothing about cars and I mixed up which headlights I needed. She was super nice about it and got me the right ones even though we had already opened the wrong ones. She stood in the freezing cold to change them for me. Absolutely excellent customer service! Thank you so much for your help!!

Jorge was beyond helpful in diagnosing my 4runners issues, setting me up with the correct parts and even helping me install the replacements, and all with a friendly attitude despite the heat outside. Any other car troubles and I know where I'll be headed! Thank you!

It s not very often that I am provided with a level of service that I would consider exceptional. Basically if the rep is not an outlier, good or bad, I forget the interaction completely the second I leave the store. Before tonight, I was certain customer service would die completely when my generation retired. I was expecting to be proven right about young people and their inability to provide good service when I came back to return a product that I just purchased but had already opened the package and lost the receipt. I literally should have been laughed out of the store but instead was provided with the best service I ve had in years by a young man named Damir. Wow. I wish he worked at all the places I shop.

Associates were very rude, I ve never had a harder time returning something in my life. I had the receipt and the product was unused and unopened. Would highly advise they work on their customer service skills.

Incredibly helpful team. The store manager helped me find what I needed and offered to fill my car's coolant for me (which I really appreciated, cause I've never done it myself before). Highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle supply needs

The store associate, Christian M. helped me with my battery. He truly gave five star service. He was knowledgeable and understanding. He went above and beyond to solve my battery problem. I greatly appreciate all he did and the true customer service he gave! You've got a great employee Auto Zone!

We just stopped in at this Auto Zone to get windshield wipers. I do not know the managers name but he is outstanding! Kind, helpful, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. Thank you for this great experience. This should be a 10* rating.

Super helpful and kind. I just needed windshield wipers, and the windshield wiper fluid was only a couple of dollars more! They installed my windshield wipers and helped me with the fluid as well. Super fun environment and very polite. I go here whenever I need an easy part, and never have I had a bad experience!

Wheeler Dealer loves us some Autozone! Parts are easily to obtain, customer service is top tier and they always have a great attitude. Whether we're building an offroad beast or maintaining a Honda civic these guys always treat us right. Don't typically write a lot of reviews but felt the need to post something as they always go above and beyond for us. Opening up our new shop wasn't easy so if one aspect is a little easier it helps a whole lot. Love our parts team for sure.

I didn't catch the gentlemans name but I called with a couple questions about my jeep and he was just so helpful. The last place I called just told me I was wrong, without understanding what I was saying. This gentleman was knowledgeable, understanding, and gave very in depth description. I learned something new today, thank you so much for helping me when I couldn't get an answer anywhere else
