ATS is the best! I called for a tow and they were there literally 5 minutes later and the guy was super nice! They even got my BMW up on the tow truck without scraping it, and it's pretty low. Impressive service!!

ATS has worked on my truck multiple times and I've always been impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism of this shop. I'm happy to get my truck worked on anytime it needs anything from these guys. Super highly recommended shop for sure.

ATS has done THE best full service on my car that I ve ever had done anywhere! I ve been with this company for 10 years now and appreciate their friendship and honesty, and their attention to upcoming services, that I will need in the future, of good responsible maintenance. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I bought a used Jeep recently and added in an extended warranty. A few months later the car gave me some problems and I sent it into Automotive Technical Services for diagnostics and repairs. Dealing with my warranty company was brutal for these guys but they still worked so hard to get as much covered as possible. A little over half was covered through warranty and my plan was to have a friend do some of what wasn t covered to save me on labor costs. A few days before I got my car back Matt gave me a call to let me know they did a few parts and labor hours free of charge to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive without the risk of totaling my engine before I made time to get those fixes done. Matt communicated so well every step of the process and was so attentive to all my questions and concerns. If you are looking for reliable mechanics this is the place to go! 100% will be returning for any and all services I may need in the future.

From san Diego i started a nationwide van life road trip, first stop was Boise. My problem was since I 0 didn't check the oil in my truck. Got to Boise the engine went Bang took it into ATS wonderful first impression had the truck fixed in a matter of days. Used engine everything seemed perfect. What wasn't perfectI started down the road to begin my trip within 100 miles all the lights started coming on check engine light truck was sluggish I turned around took it back to these guys they replaced a sensor and off I went again within 100 miles same thing happening I stop into another shop they put the truck on the lift and discovered it wasn't a sensor it was a sencee a peice the sensor reads from. A peace attached to the engine was clearly damagedAfter 2 months 3 tow truck trips four different shops having to pull over on the road to reset the problem I'm returning to Boise in hopes that Matt and the boys at ATS will do the right thing and fix my truckJune 9 2023I am happy to report that I took my truck back to Matt at ATS he was very kind very professional my truck is now running perfectly fine

It s hard to find an honest mechanic these days that puts out quality work and is fairly priced. You'll find that at Automotive Technical Services. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a good mechanic.

We've had to use ATS a few times this year and every time they were up front with costs and what to expect with the time frame of the repairs. Mike and Matt (and not to forget Sam who has towed our cars more times than I want to admit) have been wonderful to work with, really nice guys. Thank you for taking care of our vehicles. I highly recommend ATS for car repairs.

*****BEWARE**** Mike, the owner was incredibly aggressive. I was unhappy with how I was treated and he threatened to sue me. The gentleman seems quite off his rocker. Do not recommend. *****BEWARE****

We have worked with ATS on our personal and company vehicles for several years. They have done oil changes, fixed brakes, and all sorts of things that I don't remember the technical names for and don't care. :)They take their time to help me understand what the problem is and how to get it fixed. If there are any problems with a repair, they take care of it immediately. Service and repair are always done quickly. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.As a woman, I am treated with respect and fairness and I do not feel intimidated like I have felt at other shops because I don't know a lot about vehicles.I highly recommend them.

They are the best! I go to them anytime my car has a problem, and they do a wonderful job of laying out what the issue is and what is the best solution. I never feel pressured to get any of the services, but if I do always enjoy their high quality of work and professionalism. I've been going to this place since I was having issues with my Pathfinder in 2020. They are my go to mechanics. They do a thorough job which saves a lot of hassle down the road. LIFE SAVER Service!!!! Our fuel pump malfunctioned on Sunday July 30, 2023 at 2pm PST in the high desert of SE Oregon. We called our auto insurance co that had Roadside Assistance 24/7. They fi Automotiveinformed us that they could not find a provider to tow us and we had to find someone ourselves. A Good Samaritan named Lee stop and first thing he ask us were we all right and did we need water! This GS checked our car over an said he thought it was a fuel pump issue. Lee also said he had a friend in Boise, ID that had tow service and an automotive repair business. He called his friend Mike and we were towed to Boise by Sam and taken to a nearby hotel. The company was Automotive Technical Service ATS and they got on analyzing my vehicle first thing Monday morning. It was the fuel pump and they had to order it for overnight delivery and had it installed and had us out the door by 2PM Tuesday. This was great service and everybody we worked with at ATS was helpful and we couldn t have had for a better experience with a vehicle repair issue and thousands of miles from our destination. I am from out of town and had my Nissan titan break down. The dealership was four days out. These guys got it in the next day. Got it diagnosed and fixed the next day. Absolutely awesome quick, professional, informative, and respectful. They re my go to shop in Boise from now on.

In Feb 2021 my starter went out. ATS towed my vehicle (for free) to their shop and replaced the starter. Fast forward to a few days ago, I was having an issue with the starter again and car died. ATS came way out to Caldwell where my car was and again towed it to their shop for repairs. The parts were still under warranty, and they fixed everything and have it running beautifully at no cost to me. They did all this in less than 24 hours. Very happy to have a team that stands by their word and their service! They clearly went above and beyond to bring my car in a second time and ensure it is working well. We will continue to use their services and recommend to others!Services: Special vehicle towing, Auto maintenance

I have regularly taken my, now 21 year old, Jeep Wrangler to ATS for the past 10 years. They have helped me with a laundry list of repairs and maintenance. The biggest of which was replacing my transmission. Usually a hefty and costly repair. The team at ATS gave me the most reasonable price (I researched a bunch of other places as well) and got the whole job done quickly and efficiently. They always give me updates and service/price options. Our AC went out 30min outside of Boise on a cross country road trip. Matt worked us in first thing in the morning, had a complete diagnostic of services needed (I keep good maintenance and they were spot on with what needed to be done) along with a quote of what needed to be done. I was back on the road by 2pm. Can t thank Matt and his team enough.
