I live in western Washington and purchased a '17 Silverado 2500. I let Paul know how uncomfortable I was buying a vehicle online without getting to see it first. He was very reassuring and referred me to the great reviews of Auto Scout to make his sale.I was assured it was in good condition and there were no issues listed on the posting. I didn't expect perfection with a used truck, but what I received was not what I expected.The truck may not have been in any accidents, if I believe the info as it was posted, but it was definitely run hard off-road by the previous owner which was not disclosed. There are body issues with the driver door, hood, and tailgate all with rust setting in so they've been there some time. The driver door is hard to shut.There was about 200lbs of mud caked to the bottom of the truck which my mechanic discovered along with the rear main seal leak and torn left front cv boot. The front drive shaft also needs new u joints. The HVAC doesn't work properly due to a stuck door actuator and there are paint drip lines that suggest some other damage that has been covered up and not disclosed.I had requested a picture of the truck bed before purchase, and they sent me a picture showing what I now know to be a drop-in liner, instead of the truck bed underneath. In my inexperience with trucks, I just assumed it was sprayed in. They knew what I was looking for and misrepresented the condition of the truck bed by not telling me that the liner was over a beat up truck bed - not unreasonably damaged mind you, it wouldn't have been a deal breaker, but I didn't know what I'd purchased until it arrived despite having asked for those details directly.I've been trying to have an ongoing discussion with Paul or anybody there - leaving voicemails and text messages - and have received no response in a week. They were very responsive during the buying process, but now it's crickets.It's hardly worth mentioning, but on a customer service level, it was also disappointing to receive the delivered truck with a near empty gas tank. Even the windshield fluid was empty...There are several other minor issues, things I would have expected in a used truck but also weren't mentioned in the leadup to the sale.I'm disappointed with my experience with Auto Scout and feel like a fool for trusting them to treat me properly. Once I invest a few more thousand dollars into it, the truck will serve me and my nonprofit well but the experience will forever stain my enjoyment of the truck which is exactly what I was looking for aside from all these unexpected issues.No follow-up, poor customer service, bad communication as soon as I had any issues - I would not recommend working with Auto Scout.

Matt and Jose were absolutely amazing I have never got a new car and helped me get into one very quick and easy with great options if you need a car go here they are not salesmen that are amazing people that work with you to better you family

We have been looking for a car for a while and had visited several dealers but their prices were so high. We heard about Auto Scout from a family member and he found us the exact car we wanted and saved us thousands of dollars. Communication was great. We would do it again.

We ve been looking at getting ourselves into a new truck, at multiple places whether it was private party or dealership and i truly recommend these guys here at Auto Scout. The staff was very friendly and gave us plenty of time to think things through before completely committing. Very reasonable prices for lower mileage vehicles! Thank you!

Went here just for an inspection on my car since other places pretty much said I was crazy. Not these guys! They looked at everything! Made sure I knew what they were doing. They definitely went above and beyond to help me with my car it's not even a car through them!I am definitely going back when this car is done with They had amazing sales on really nice cars while I was waiting!Thank you so much!

Matt is an awesome sells rep that has awesome overseight throughout the deal and is transparent from the being. I purchase from out of state and he was able to make the process seemless and very easy. Highly recommend

Was a great sales experience I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to buy their first car or their next one .. these guys work with you no matter what your circumstances are , they do their best to get you into the vehicle you want and deserve, I love my new car and will return when I need another one ... It only took less than 2 hrs from start to finish . I had a desperate car problem with my former car and the deal went through , with my approval and extra benefits I didn t have on my former car. Thank God for wonderful people at Auto Scout on Fairview!!

Heather and Brad are the absolute best!!! Very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. The mechanic side is very honest with repairs and reliable! Run Forest Run, DOES NOT PAY anyone, does not fix anything....MAJOR FRAUD! Sold a vehicle a year and a half ago never did title work, Never paid title on his floor plan.... RUN
