Finally decided to update my stereo which was over 15 years old. Checked a lot of shops and when I met Austin it took him less than 10 minutes to let me know what I needed. Having a 68 year old vehicle and 20 year old wiring was not a concern. Myles the installer was able to give me a new system and I now enjoy all my music from my apps and phone as well and should have done this a lot sooner. Thanks Austin and Myles for a new lease on life!

We took our vehicle to Aspen Sound on Fairview for a new remote start, alarm, and modern touchscreen products and Installation. Austin N was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful in finding the right solutions for us. The install was set up right away for the next day. Everything is now running smoothly and working just the way we wanted. We will definitely return to Aspen sound for any future installations of this type and recommend their service to others. We shopped around a little at first, but the customer service was superior at Aspen and the prices were comparable. Thanks again to Austin and the Aspen Sound team for your expertise.

The service and installation team here are top notch. I brought them a product that I had bought online and they were the only ones in town willing to install it so I'm very grateful for that to start with. They worked with me on installing the products exactly where I wanted to, which was an awkward space in my vehicleAnd they were very accommodating with the structure of my appointment and that I was late to it. They weren't salty but very gracious in their response to my oversight. I highly recommend Aspen sound to anyone looking for audio and security improvements for your car.

If you're in need of a new sound system new radio or even autostart please hit them up asap do not hesitate they did a install of my new front speakers/ tweeters they have alot of knowledge and they take pride in their work. I hit them up on their facebook and got a response pretty quickly, Austin was the one to help me out, and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and their professionalism. WILL BE BACK. (2018 Chevy Malibu)

Called and talk to Austin, told him about my Sprinter Van and what I d like that he got exactly what I asked for installed it in about three hours. He showed me how everything worked and even answered personal text messages from me before and after installation with any questions that I had. Everyone that I encountered was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. This was a big purchase for me and cost wise they re not cheap, but that being said the quality of product, installation and warranty are well worth the price. Thank you so much Aspen sound.

I had a great experience. They were able to get me in promptly, gave me many options, quoted me a 3 hours for installation and did it in half the time. Also, I wanted help with setting up the factory audio settings for best sound available, and Austin came and helped me with no problem!

I needed an alarm system for my truck and started shopping at the local shops. Aspen Sound was my second stop and my shopping stopped here. Austin was an expert and quickly gave me the options and upgrades. After deciding on the alarm setup, I was interested in radar detectors and Austin walked me through the models and options. They were able to install the next day, and Austin kept me updated until it was ready for pickup. He also followed up with the best settings to use on the app the evening after I picked it up. Outstanding service from start to finish.

The guys at Aspen sound helped me with some Toyota JBL factory audio issues that I was experiencing after a new head unit install. They upgraded my factory amp to a Kenwood and all I can say is Wow! Austin stated that my stereo was tuned for a max volume setting of 25 and I don t even get it up to 16 and this things is rocking! His technician even went out of his way to tune my sub amp for the best sound. Excellent customer service and communication which is hard to find these days. I look forward to doing business in the future!

We have had a couple of stereo systems put in and only go through Aspen sound. The stereo sounds amazing. We would definitely like to recommend Austin Nyland. Our service was exceptional. Great quality and the sound is spectacular.

Just as snowmageddon was hitting the Treasure Valley (Boise) I took my suv to Austin at Aspen Sound and they installed my remote starter. Since I park out in the elements this has been so great. I waited next door at McDonald s and had coffee and breakfast and did some reading. Very nice alone time and quick, friendly service. No frustrations and these days that says a bunch. Highly recommended!

I took my vintage Subaru to Aspen Sound to ask them to please remove the 34-year-old alarm system from the car as it was shorting out my battery.... the technician was able to do it lickety split faster than they told me it would be done...Austin the manager was more than helpful with me with a price point to get the job done... I will do more business with them in the future ...they are awesome

Aspen sound did a awesome job installing an amp and wiring for the subwoofer box I bought for my 2018 Camry! Sounds great too! They honestly did a better job then I would have imagined. They modified a factory switch blank for the bass control knob and it looks super clean. I was a little worried it would be screwed right to the bottom of the dash and it would look tacky. I still haven t figured out where they stashed the amp! Coolest part is that they did all of this on their own without calling me or even asking me. I basically just gave them the keys and walked away. They really know what they are doing. I m SUPER impressed!! Really nice people there too! Thank you!!

Today I had Aspen Sound do a audio install in my 2017 GMC Duramax crew cab truck. This is the 2nd car audio system I have had installed by Aspen Sound. They installed a JL Audio stealth box under the rear seats with 2 10" JL Audio subs, along with a 5 channel JL Audio amp. They put 6.5" Hertz coaxials in the rear doors. I went with Hertz components in the front with the 6.5" speaker in the doors and the tweeters in the dash along with an Audio Control LC 7i to hook it into the factory deck. After getting in and listening for the 1st time...WOW! Such an improvement over the old tired Bose speakers. There really wasn't any good base before the install...there is now! I am so happy with the work they did along with the work they did prior for me. I would highly recommend Aspen Sound for all your car or boat audio needs!!

Won't go back. First day after install radio gave me a no signal. Called them up, they fixed it no problem.Day 2 after the fix, driving to work loud pop sound... now I have no sound in my Jeep.Not even going to give them the chance to fix it if they couldn't do it the first or second try.So if yall are reading this, I didn't call because I probably would have just been me yelling and that's not going to solve anything and you'll never touch my Jeep again. 2000 dollars down the drain. GO ELSEWHERE! This place will mess up your sound system.Here's the photos, if I could post video would be better. Best stay away folks.

Got a new stereo head unit, speakers and backup cam last year before moving out of state. My head unit blew out and they helped me with a warranty replacement from across the country and even upgraded the model. Brett went out of his way to answer my questions with the wiring after shipping the new head unit to my new address out of state to make sure it was installed correctly. Huge thanks to Aspen, for their help and quality of service!
