I do my own routine maintenance, but occasionally need to call on a specialist, due to lack of tools, etc. I needed new fork seals; I called several shops I have worked with before and got estimates. I hadn't traded with American V-Twin before, but talking with Rick on the phone, plus positive reviews, resulted in my deciding to go with him.I'm glad I did... I pulled the forks off the bike and carried them in. Rick and his associate immediately began working on them. Less than 2 hours after dropping them off, I got the call that they were ready. I had 'em back on the bike by that same evening. And - he charged me less than his telephone estimate. What's not to love??I appreciate the quality workmanship and the quick turnaround. I'm confident I'll work with American V-Twin again. Thanks, fellas!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Was out of State, bought used bike on way home...V-Twin got right to my repairs and off I went.Trans bokts lose , oils bad, cables and handlebars worn and 1 tire.They were booked solid and put everyone local on hold I was stuck and Rick got me rolling.Thanks;Trucker BryanI just bought the Road King so America V Twin got me home.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Rick and the guys were fantastic! I've been riding motorcycles for 46 years but this is my first shovelhead Harley. Rick took some time to educate me on the motor and transmission. The repair work was top-notch and he even corrected a few things not connected with the original problem. The prices were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for your American made bike!

R.D. and the other mechanic they're doing exceptional job and definitely take the safety of their customers, that ride motorcycles seriously. He is very fair priced and very committed to making sure things are done the right way I recommend this guy and this shop to anybody that needs mechanical work done to their motorcycle

They were going to get it running and fix the headlights well they told me the computer was bad and a new one was 680 so I gave him 700 and he took my bike to another shop and they fixed it so they didn't do anything but short out my turn signalsthey gave my bike back with turn signals not blinking and tryed telling me they were crossed so they gave me 30 dollers back on the 700 telling me they had 5 and a half hours chasing wiring problems they put a switch to turn the head lights on and the rest of chasing a short was what they didService: Electrical repair

Great guy who loves to fix my motorcycle and I don't know how much I can say about the way that I have been treated by Richard and the employee's that have been working to repaire my motorcycle in the past. The guy's who have taken care of me and I would say more about RD's ! He drove to Ely to pick up my motorcycle he was on his time off he is the best friend that I have ever had in my life!

Thanks Rick, for fitting in my boys Harley while he's on leave. He got to ride it in between the snow before he heads back to Ft. Benning. That made his day getting to ride is bike before he left. Thanks again

Couldn't even fix a chain. Told me they were closed when it says on google there open. Was a sad excuse for a human being on the phone.
