I was alone 2 hrs away from home and feeling completely helpless i called them before 8 am explained my situation and they told me id have to wait 15 mins as the store wasn t quite open i bet i only waited 15 mins if that angel was there fast and helped me promptly and got my car right in when we got back cause I needed a new tire, Thank you for helping me and having such phenomenal customer service!!

Fantastic service. Had brake work done the day before and needed wheels torqued. Pulled in, and they me fixed up in a few minutes and adjusted my air pressure as well. Fantastic customer service!

Merin, did amazing. That guys in the shop were quick and efficient. We got hit by a storm and had to pull in for a tire balance. Being out of state and on our way the a funeral these guys were amazing! Thanks again for the service!!!

Great customer service! Michael was very positive and personable when discussing repairs needed. My service took about an hour and Michael kept me informed throught my wait. Very positive experience!

They had me in and out on the same day quicker than I could finish my complimentary popcorn. Another instance needed a scheduled appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Staff was very friendly.Recent Update: There was an overcharge issue with a recent service, and they called to address the situation and refund the charge very quickly along with a sincere apology. I was very grateful that they were so professional and supportive.

Special thank you to Melvin for opening the doors early as we were traveling and blew a tire! He didn't make us sit for an hour and a half waiting for them to open! Also big thank you to Mic for assisting us with the tires! They were amazing and quick and got us back on the road! 100% recommend them for services!

Took Canam in for new tires to be mounted, I now have a rear wheel that seems to have been bent.. I Took it back to them and they said they checked out fine on the balancer, but there is no way it did. I took and lifted my rear off the ground while having my friend accelerate and I can stand back and clearly see it wobble.

Horrible job with comercial trucks. . How you supposed to even check tire pressure? All drive wheels are like that .

Les Schwab has been my main go to place for tires & having flat tires fixed every since they had a location in Aberdeen. They have always been good to me and are always good about honoring warranties for their tires. While Les Schwab tires are a bit spendy the tires they carry have always been great quality. The staff here through the years has always been friendly and always willing to be helpful! Les Schwab will continue to be my go to place any time I need new tires for any of my vehicles

Mic and the American Falls Team are the BEST, coming to our rescue right before closing time. Then after closing time on a Saturday finding a used tire when no new tire was available that fit our vehicle application, this tire was mounted on our wheel, then our car, backed it out of their last bay and the manager said "have a good evening, you better be on your way". What?!? No way they all already went above and beyond and then no charge?!? Wow, thanks Les Schwab Tires Team American Falls Idaho. You are our Family's heroes this night as we made out appointment thanks to several angels in the flesh!

What a great crew and unbelievable customer service Mic and his crew went the extra mile and a few extra more to help us out. Not to go into so many details but you don t find customer service like they offered to us much anymore. They were stellar. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you for getting me out of a pinch.

To be true we have a long and established relationship. Melvin always does awesome job as far a managing goes and makes sure everything is being done correctly or adjusted to specs later on. As with any long lasting relationships there are highs and lows, but he is always there and I will keep bringing my vehicles to him to be serviced.

Great place great people. Melvin is an awesome manager will do everything he can to make you happy. Vicky is absolutely wonderful to work with they have always been willing work with me. That's one of the advantages of living in American Falls.

We came here after having a blowout on our travel trailer that we were towing on the freeway. We could not have been happier with the the service that we received. They popped popcorn for our children and helped us during this unexpected event. They were prompt and the price was very affordable, not to mention, the staff went out of their way and drove to Pocatello to get the tires that our trailer required. They didn t charge us any extra for their troubles in obtaining them. Thank you to all the staff that helped us! We definitely will recommend this place!

Exactly what every tire shop should be! The guys at this location couldn't be any better. I had the most amazing, welcoming and professional service ever. The manager opened shop early to get me back on the road and they torqued all lug bolts to spec!! Will definitely come back again and highly recommend them...BMW owner from Austin TX

I had a bad tire experience In two thousand and les schwab was the only one that knew how to fix it On my two thousand mile trip now they have great And great prices on tires they are the only place I will by tires

On a recent trip to Idaho, my sister and I stopped at the American Falls store to have the tire pressure checked. We were attended by your employee, Bill. He was so nice, and funny. When he heard where I was from, He mentioned that a drive from Seattle was a long trip to get my air checked. Great customer service. I am a Les Schwab customer for life.

I coach a little league ball team and had a tournament a coupe hours from home. In case something went wrong and not wanting to let my team down, I left 5 hours early.I made it 20 miles and one of my tires completely ejected the tread. Soon thereafter I found that the spare was not an option. With little choice, I decided to limp it as far as I could. I kept it around 25 and white-knuckled it the entire way, hoping to make it 40 miles where the American Falls Les Schwab could save the day.I usually don't have the best luck but I made it. I was so relieved, and with hours to spare.The folks at LS got my truck in right away, took the wheels off and then..... I sat. For hours. At one point I actually went to take a nap in my camper. While I was in there, the 3 guys that were suppose to be working (one on my truck) sat outside my window playing on their phones, visiting and sharing stories. They rotated around as they saw fit, helping each other work on customer's cars and went back to chatting when they needed another break.I finally got to leave when i went inside, told them I'd had enough and was leaving - even if I had to drive off their jacks and drive on my hubs to Walmart to get it fixed.Needless to say, I missed the game altogether. My warranty is also likely void as they never finished the work by recording the mileage. Honestly, a small price to pay for getting to leave.I love my hometown LS but the American Falls store is horrible. If you break down on the freeway and can see the shop from the road, I still recommend walking the 20 miles to Pocatello. In the snow? Walk to Pocatello. Barefoot in August? Walk to Pocatello. If you are given the choice between this shop or putting a campfire out with your face, I recommend you start in the middle of the fire where the coals are hottest and work your way out.

On our way home after a very very long trip, stopped to have tires rotated. Skyler was absolutely so thourall and professional, saved us almost $200. We didn't know one of our new tires (from a different dealer) was going bad. Thank you for your friendly, courteous service.And that's my Les Schwab story.

Great team over here at Les Schawb Tire. Had an RV tire go flat. Les Schawb team was looking at it before they we're officially open. Had me and my family on our merry way 2 hours later. Wonderful customer service, and very friendly. Will use again!

I drive a hay truck and had a flat tire on my middle trailer yesterday. WORST costumer service I've had at any Les Schwab! Seemed like nobody really wanted to fix my , and the guy that did.. he did it with a really bad attitude!
