Jiffy Lube changed the oil in my pickup and did a great job. They were very fast and friendly.

Love coming here to get my oil changed, and fluids topped off. Dulce always works really hard, and does a very good job when I take my car in. Everyone else that works here also works fast to get me back on the road. Another perk is they provide free popcorn in the lobby, and I am able to get a soda from the vending machine while I wait. Thanks Jiffy Lube staff!!:)

Incredibly helpful staff helped me fix an issue no charge. I had checked and saw I had no oil. They checked and found a loose filter, then topped off my oil and wiper fluid.

Traveling through American Falls when oil light came on. Sticker indicated we still had 2000 miles left before next oil change. Called JL and spoke with attendant who said we could stop by and he would check to ensure everything was ok. He reset our oil light and checked under the hood as well as the undercarriage. Mediocre service , not professional mechanics would have difficulty locating the drain plug or correct oil filter.Sometimes will spill oil in your engine compartment,would often recommend unnecessary services like flushing radiator etc. just to make an extra buck.Since Tony the manager was gone there is nobody competent left there , so you are better changing your oil on your own or driving to Aberdeen or Pocatello.

Great fast service with a wonderful attitude. Traveling back home from Pocatello, our car was sounding a little rough. We stopped in 30 minutes before closing and they still helped us! Thank you Robert and staff!

Nice people but I will never go back to Jiffy Lube ever again who cares if they have free popcorn in the lobby. They said my vin number was invalid what does that got to do with oil changing than they said they didn't know if they had an oil filter when there was a Napa Auto Parts store right a cross the road don't go there to have your oil changed
