I called to ask about the availability of a taillight assembly, and the person I spoke to had one delivered to the store in just a few hours, then lent me the particular wrench I needed to install the new assembly right in the parking lot. Everyone I spoke to in the store was extremely helpful and friendly.

My favorite place for auto parts. I drive that far for my stuff. Always have what I need. The people are great, and that's what brings me back.

The employees were VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.The problem I had was when parked perfectly centered on the end spot, I came back out not being able to get back into my car without becoming a contortionist. The car parked next to me wasn't centered 'perfectly' but they were within the lines. My car isn't very big therfore the parking lot should definitely be able to fit average cars without such nonsense. I hope they hire an actual licensed architect (with a legitimate degree) to redesign the parking lot.

Has always had the parts I need, if it wasn't in store they usually could get it shipped surprisingly quick. Staff is super friendly and professional. I have nothing against AutoZone or O'Reilly's but this Napa has seemed to have had all the parts I need for small Hondas to AGM batteries for military trucks.Big Mahalo, to the staff you make DIY repair less stressful with your service and attitude.

On the way to do a safety check, I remembered that my brake light was out. Took a chance at the auto part store, hoping it would be an easy and short trip....and it was! The staff inside are so friendly, and the gentleman who helped me went the extra mile by installing the bulb for me quickly and easily, and I didn't even ask. This is the kind of good, local, friendly service that is a gem these days. Thank you for the help this morning, Napa!

Super helpful staff, if you buy their wiper blades they'll install it for you. It was a little while back but I've always been curious about things like that and the gentleman that helped me was nice and showed me how to do it myself! It would have been faster for him to just install them but I really appreciate him taking the time to show me!

Came here, waited for about 15 minutes, there was no one to provide information on what I was looking for, when a salesperson finally came out of the back room, other employees kept him busy and I just left. They seem understaffed.

My daughter just went into this location for help with her loose battery terminal. The counter help told her that he would not help. She went to the Ace hardware and bought a wrench and tightened it herself. I thought I could trust the NAPA name, I guess not.

How does one rate an auto parts store? Inventory? Price? Customer service? Let's give this a try.Larry's has a solid inventory despite being a small store. Out of the dozen or so times I've come here, they've had parts all but twice. They're able to locate parts quickly though and both times I've ordered in the morning, they've arrived for pickup by the afternoon. Their prices are competitive too, comparable to other stores and online.I was surprised that the prices listed on the website are the same as in-store, since I usually find a variance in Hawaii. The customer service is good and the folks are willing to give advice if asked. I was waiting in line last time when someone commented the employees were moving a little slow, which I didn't find a problem - I'd rather have friendly folks than being pushed.I knocked off a star for the online ordering system. Online ordering rolled out in January but still is horrible. You order a part, receive an email confirmation, and that's it. Nothing about whether the product is in-stock or when to pick it up. After reserving parts, I had to call the store which defeated the purpose of ordering it online. Then, I went to the store and no one seemed to know anything about it. I suppose it's still new, but the entire process is flawed. I recommend just calling them.

Awful miscommunication between the guys and girls when they answer the phone. Had called asking if they price match from napa website. Guy had told me yes they did as long as I showed it to them from my phone. I go in and the lady cashiering tells me that they don't do that.I do an online pickup order to get the online price and both cashier ladies have no idea how to process an online order. Neither wanted to call over any of the guys to help them, so we're all just twiddling our fingers at the front of the store. Neither lady has a sense of urgency to even try figure it out themselves.The parking lot only has 4 or 5 parking spaces, with the way people park and big trucks most people have it's honestly only 3 spaces. Exiting the lot right onto Waialae Ave. is a nightmare considering it's already a busy street, parked cars block your view of the hill, add in a bike lane and pedestrians and you'll be stuck in there a long time.Only good thing about the place is the guys seem to know what they're doing.

Larry's was super helpful when I had dead battery. I didn't even have to ask them to bring the new one out to my friend's car. I love this place! They're always willing to help!

Went to Napa to replace my battery and a corroded terminal. The staff was very helpful and timely in giving advice and lending me tools for the job. Special thanks to Jake who spent extra time helping me problem solve a corroded terminal which I had no idea how to replace.

Needed 5-30w 5 qts. Royal Purple full synthetic-oil filter- 303 protectant (Best thing for upholstery, dash,steering wheel, vinyl,leather, plastic etc.) Doesn't leave oily residue interior & exterior trim. Denso wiper blades, pair one every 6 months.Royal Purple are utilized in all big ships & tugboats eg Young Brothers, Matson, Pasha etc. Friend from way back use to build & race funny cars History Hawaii Raceway Park told me to use it on limited edition Marauder, later putting the dyno test on Ka Uila it added 7 more HP due to less friction and everything running more smoothly!! Use it for Transmission flush/refill. Don't use anything else $9.00 a qt. Worth it! Couple of my friends change every 8000. I change every 5000. Transmission flush @ 50000. When 30000.miles added replace Transmission oil.Trans.oil should be red alot I've seen All Black, your drive will even feel smoother!!!!

Needed to get my front windshield wipers replaced. They're super fast. They were done replacing my wipers by the time I was done paying. The workers are nice and helpful. Definitely come here.

Dead battery. I called to see if they could install a new battery if my car was towed there. They said they would if not too busy. Yes! Many thanks! The gentleman who installed my battery was efficient and very informative.

This is a nice NAPA to use. I live next to the Hawaii Kai branch, but any time they don't have what I was looking for, the Waialae store always does. Plus, it's a larger store with nice employees.

I'm a geek when it comes to car and auto parts. NAPA workers never laughed when I asked dumb car questions (at least not when I am still there). I can really bring some comical relief to them. Some of the stuff they would do for you are: If you buy the wiper blade and is incompetent to operate a screwdriver, they will offer to help you at the parking lot. If you bring your battery, they will offer to bring their battery tester out to the parking lot and test your battery. BTW, who's Larry. Is it the same Larry's Music Shop guy? I bet not.

Old time Kamaina kind shop. I''ve been helped by the best. I went in to charge battery, went to pick'um up, I when ask, How much I owe you guys...? They when say..to me..."Eh,....no need...., get free charging 'ause, no charge, when you get one NAPA BATTERY".....!Thank you Jesus, & I when...Helimai...Hope everybody get happy holydays & one da line, ...one more happy New Yea...!

Guys in here are so friendly. Tested my battery and sold me a new one that wasn't a rip off (I compared to Walmart and to Amazon). Not a huge selection, though.

Napa is the very best in auto parts. I have never ever had any problems with them. If they don't have it, they can get it and fast. Professional and polite. You can trust Napa auto parts.
