Teema and Mahina are extremely good at their jobs and go above and beyond their duties. I'm handicap and they helped me in anyway they could which was extremely kind of therm. The people at Autocraft are good people. the mechanics know what they are doing my car was done within a week! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car!

One of the best body repair on Oahu.They are professionals at their craft (pun intended). From the initial inspection of the damages, to providing same day estimation of part cost, was a pleasant and frustration free experience.Auto Craft uses carwise system which informs me nearly on every step of the repair.They will be my go to body shop from now on. Highly recommended.

Damaged your car and not familiar with the process or where to go and whom to trust? That was me a month ago. Autocraft made it quick, painless and friendly. I never had to speak to the insurance company and Autocraft walked me through the process rather than treat m like an outsider. Our auto insurance company gave us 2 repair shops, but warned one was taking estimate appointments one month out so my husband researched the other company which was Autocraft Hawaii and read very good reviews. There was a Honolulu location as well as Kapolei. So we chose the Honolulu shop located on Waimanu St and just west of Ward Ave.Although we had to schedule the start of repair one month from the estimate day at least we had a date to bring the car in for repairs. Parts were ordered and a few days later we were given May 5 for completion of the repairs including painting.We were very satisfied of the final repair. The damaged section, including the corner of the tailgate, right rear corner panel were like new as well as the paint.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the moment I called the shop for an appointment, I was treated with the utmost of care by Roxanne. She went out of her way to give me all the information I needed to schedule my appointment for an estimate as soon as possible. She was prompt in ordering my parts and scheduling me for my repair. Brittany was so welcoming and walked me through the check-in process. I was so impressed that the whole process is done on ipads and has gone entirely paperless (saving mother earth, yay!). When I reviewed my car after the repair, the car was spotless, cleaner than when I dropped it off, and I couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. The repairs were that good! This is by far the best experience I have ever had regarding an auto repair shop. The staff was very friendly and professional and obviously take customer service very seriously. They did an outstanding job repairing my truck and completed the repairs sooner than promised. I don't recommend very many services, but Autocraft personnel left such a positive impression with me that I have to recommend this service. My back bumper got hit while i was parked in a parking lot space. Autocraft's inspection of the bumper was very thorough. The repair and painting gets better looking each day. The 30-day curing period that i was advised on has not yet lapsed. So far excellente'!

I went here to get an estimate for a decent scratch and dent and had the pleasure of working with Taryn. From the beginning she was professional and friendly as she made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. She conducted the estimate herself and gave a very honest and informative estimate and also answered all of my questions. Before I left Taryn offered and provided a complimentary cleaning of the paint stuck in the scratches and the results blew me away. Although I eventually went with another option I wholeheartedly recommend Autocraft Hawaii because they would be my first option if anything else came up.

They estimated the repair to take 9-10 days but completed it in 3. Amazing job!!! As much as I dislike text messages the constant updates kept me well informed. The girl Roxanne is one the most awesome people I have worked with. She can make your bad day great. Her bubbly, happy and pleasant attitude is a plus for any business. the job was unbelievably fast so I am hoping the job was done well and right. Only time will tell. But, it was worth the time to go to Autocraft. This girl can make any job she does great!!! They better keep her happy!!!!RobertServices: Painting, Electrical

WOW...I had to bring my car in for something else a few months after my first experience (see below)...I think I can say that this second experience is somewhat opposite from the first one on customer service for pick up. I just got a call telling me that my car was ready ahead of time. I thought, that's wonderful! Then the lady tells me, can you pick up your car today, because they are trying to have people pick up the cars asap because they are full and need the cars out of there. I said ok, I will try to get there at 2pm. It is 12:45pm right now. So she kept repeating that they need to get the cars off the lot. And she speaks FAST...and not very pleasant at all. I asked her if I can leave the rental there because I have an appt at 2:30 and that was the only way I can make their business hours. She said they don't do that. I mentioned last time I was allowed to leave my rental car there because I wouldn't have been able to make it by 4pm. They were so nice then. I knew that was the exception. This lady could have said all the things she said in a pleasant way. It would've been a totally different result, but she was PUSHY to the max. Thought I found a good thing there. I went back here with no hesitation but now...I'll need to think about it if there is a next time...bummers...I had a rear-ender experience late 2022 and finally got an appt at this location. It was a very frustrating experience with the other person's insurance company, USAA. In any case, I dropped off the car to see an adjuster and was in and out pretty fast with the adjuster explaining the initial assessment. The front of house ladies were SOOO nice, and the whole system was so efficient!! Got an appt and had texts sent to me of any updates. They had estimated about 2 weeks. I dropped it off this Monday, today is Thursday when I received a call from them saying that they completed my car early. WOW!! I like that they were conservative initially to avoid disappointment. I went to to pick up the car and had a brain fart...forgot to drop off my rental at Enterprise...yikes. Didn't dawn on me until I was 20 feet from my car. Anyways, they had told me I needed to pick up my car by 3:30pm. With the refilling of gas, I didn't have time to drop off first. So I thought I'd complete the process with Autocraft and then drop off the rental, THEN go back to get my car. The ladies offered to call Enterprise for me to have them pick up the car...OMG...they MADE MY DAY!!! Made up for the Enterprise/USAA fiasco on Monday. I'm not sure if they normally do this, but their offer was above any other autoshop's service I've gone to! I cannot say enough good things about them! Oh, by the way, my car was DIRTY when I dropped it off...when I went to pick up, I saw this SHINY bright red miata and thought...that can't be my car! But it was!! They CLEANED my car!! Now THAT'S icing on top of a really good situation!

I went there for the estimate, they told me will take couple weeks for the part and 3-4 days to replace. I have to call again and again finally took 3 full months for the part to come in and took exactly a month to install the parts (original told was 3-4 days)Finally I just had it. Cost $4000 for car rental while the car was fixed. The repair cost $14000 to replace tow doors...When I picked up my car, all 4 tiles was signal to put more air, they told me we don't do that you can go to the gas station close by to put air.. What a customer services !!

Very helpful, great availability, and a job well done! Fixed my damaged trunk, bumper, and rear side panel. Additionally, they performed diagnostics and a courtesy cleaning inside and out. Called to take my car damaged in an accident; this shop couldn't take it because it has mechanical issues in addition to body work; I went back to calling other insurance approved shops with no luck. Then today I get a call from Britany who made arrangements for me to take it another Autocraft shop in Kapolei that can handle the repair. Instead of just saying "you're on your own, good luck", they went the extra mile even though they don't directly benefit. Now that's service!
