This place was recommended to me by client of mine and what a great experience. Cole was great! He did what he said, made an appointment, got it taken care of quickly without waisting hours. I could tell they valued my time, customer service the way it should be. I will recommend all my friends family and clients here. This is the difference in a family business that wants your business and the big chains where you are just a number. A million places to buy tires, this is my place from now on. Found this place through word of mouth. At my last oil change, the dealership told me I needed to replace my front brake pads. Upon inspection from Quality Tire, they determined that I still had a good 15K miles before they would need to be replaced.I went ahead and had them replaced because the price was fair (far more fair than the dealership), and they were honest and forthright. They also were able to get me in the same day I called (might not be the norm, but they did it).I will definitely bring my other vehicle back when the time comes.Service: Brakes

If I could leave 6 stars, I would. 5 isn t enough. I called earlier this morning to see if they were booked out like some other places I called - Cole told me to go ahead and bring my car in and they d have new tires, brakes and a tune up done by the end of the day. And he DELIVERED! Car is back in my driveway by 5!This companies customer service is unmatched. They were not only nice enough to take me home so I didn t have to wait there, but they also picked me back up. Dusty you are the real MVP.Everyone I came into contact with was an absolute pleasure. I had my front brake pads and new rotors replaced at this service center 2022. Three months later I started having bad vibration from the rotors. I returned to this service center with my concerns. After about 3 weeks they agreed to replace my rotors again at no charge. I was happy. Three weeks later the rotors failed again, so I returned to the dealership for a second opinion. I was told I needed my rotors turned and they could not understand why new rotors did this, possible cheap rotors ti begin with. I had the dealership replace everything and have had no issues since. I returned to the other service center with my old rotors and requested a refund. I was ignored and not given my refund. I was very disappointed and felt taken advantage of because I am a female.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Cole and his team are the BEST!! The service is phenomenal and I will always trust them with my Toyota. While expecting a very expensive repair recently, it turned out to be a simple cleaning and small parts replacement instead. I highly recommend this shop to take care of your vehicle needs. You won't be disappointed.

These guys hook me up with a better set of tires at a lower cost than a big box tire shop. They even discounted my front end alignment since it didn t take a whole lot of the lining to get it back within specs. Keep up the good work guys!

Friendly team and great first experience. My teenage son was quoted $600 for brake repairs at another shop in town. I told him to get a 2nd opinion and he brought it here based on feedback from others.Here, they told him his brakes were fine. He paid for the diagnosis ($30 I think) and came home.I've scheduled alignment here for my car and I expect everything will go great.

I LOVE this Tire Shop!! ALL the guys there are super nice and polite.. They don't try to push anything on you. Yet inform you of what you might need.. It's Great!!They got my business from this point on!!

Quality Tire & Automotive Service is AWESOME!!! I seriously can not say enough good things about them... customer service, trustworthy work, reasonable priced. Most important to me, is the quality of their work and the way they treat me with integrity. As a woman, I've had varied experiences with how I was treated when dealing with automobile stuff. I have to say that Quality Tire - Cole - and all the others that I have experienced there have treated me with respect & kindness. Typically I schedule an appointment and they have always held to their schedule. I have been a very happy customer for 3 plus years and I intend to keep them as my vehicle service for years to come! Although I have moved to Loganville, I return to them for my oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Thanks so much for all you do!

Good service and friendly staffUPDATE 01/31/2019I continue to work with these wonderful people. Yes there have been reviews about the place for their honesty. I hurts when people tell you the unpleasant truth that your car needs some serious repair work and its going to cost you lots of money. Don't get mad at them. If you don't take care of your car it will leave you stranded. Quality Tire continues to take care of my fleet of vehicles (5 in total), and they will continue because they care about their customers and tell you what is needed and what is not. They try not to sugar coat things so that you know exactly where you stand with your valued vehicle. Other places try to fix things that are not broken, then charge arms and legs for their repair work, then all they did was to piece it back together and then blame you in the process. Quality Tire fixes things right the first time. If for some reason they can not work on a specific thing they will tell you upfront. They will also suggest a place that might be able to help you. Why chase all around Winder for a repair shop because of $5.00 difference at a cute rate place and get cute rate work. Quality Tire is awesome.

Cole and Bobby are great at providing customer service and knowledge to their customers. Prior to making purchase I had stopped in several times just to get tire pressure checks and cap replacements. After those visits I was determined to give them my business with new tires after purchasing faulty tires at Akins that only had 26k miles on them vs the 65K I was suppose to get on them. Great place to get your car serviced. The staff is professional and courteous. Since I made an appointment, there wasn't a wait. There's a large seating area while they work on your vehicle. Reasonable prices. I will return here.

I needed rear tires on my car, called up talked to Cole and he was able to get my tires in and on my car the next day. A week later needed my front tires changed. Same deal in and on the next day. Super quick putting them on and GREAT customer service. Highly recommend these guys if you need anything done to your car!

Cole and all of the mechanics there are awesome! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I had all my tires replaced and I was in and out of there in no time! Not only was I impressed with the service the prices there are great as well. You re definitely in good hands and you won t be disappointed.

I was referred to this shop and I now see why. I was greated quickly. Cole was very friendly and my car was serviced in a timely manner. I took my car for a road check before going to FL with my children and I feel safe knowing that it's been checked. Thank you!

Down to earth, honest, trustworthy local business.Had a new engine and transmission installed by quality tire and I could not be more satisfied and trust that their work will lead to many more miles on my truck. If you re not doing business with quality tire and automotive then you have been missing out. You get what you pay for. So before you take the cheapest quote in barrow county, consider if you rather have that peace of mind that it is going to last and call them up today.

These guys put in a replacement transmission for me. Not only did they give me a good price, they did some additional work, which I needed, without charging for labor. They said it would not cost extra because everything was already disassembled anyway.This is my second excellent experience dealing with them. I chose them to do this major work because I felt I could trust them, and was not disappointed. I knew this job would take a while, but am very pleased with the result. They are very honest and do great work.

Cole and his mechanics put the quality in Quality Tire and Automotive! There is absolutely nobody else I would let touch my personal or work vehicles. They have gone above and beyond excellence every time I bring a vehicle in to the shop. Whether it be tires or an oil change or to having a transmission dropped and put back in within three days. They will have my business from here on out.

Took my Jeep Wrangler to diagnose a possible fluid leak. Not a breakdown situation, and was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me. Dropped off first thing, received friendly greeting, and had a call back from Cole before lunch. In short, they didn t find an active problem and didn t ring me up with any expensive diagnostic fees, etc. So, while I can t speak yet to the quality of a repair, I can speak to their honesty and integrity. I will definitely return the next time I have an auto repair need.Service: Engine repair

Quality Tire is the only place that I will take my vehicles to from here on out. When my radiator, serpentine belt , exhaust manifold, and thermostat all went out at the same time Cole Shook took it in after hours and told me he would get it back to me as soon as possible. When he called for me to pick it up (only 3 days later), he explained everything and didn't "talk down to me" (like most shops do women). I then paid a great price for even greater work.

Just extremely kind, always kept me in the loop, I wanted my tires rotated and they said ok, then he came out and said, we can't do because my back tires were not in that great of shape, they could've said nothing and charged me, I am quadriplegic and I couldn't tell if they would have done it or not.I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY FRIENDS

What a great tire shop! I tried saving some money getting my own tires and wheels online...what a mistake! Quality tire got me an amazing set of wheels and I got to pick from hundreds of options. Then they recommended a tire that I did not know about that is exactly what I wanted and they are my new favorit . The service is absolutely incredible and the friendly shop around. I reccomend Quality Tire to everyone I know!

Want to share how great of customer service experience I received today Tommy. I had seen a sign offering free tire pressure checks several weeks back but it was to cold to stop. Today, I stopped and Tommy kindly checked all pressure in tires and even put on a cap that I had lost. Thank you for being such a kind and caring individual. Your company will receive my future business.

We highly recommend QUALITY TIRE. We have a Toyota Tacoma & had them install a leveling kit, new wheels and new tires. They suggested a different tire than the one we picked out on our own, and man, are we happy we went with their suggestion. The truck looks & rides GREAT! They treated us like family, charged a fair price & did quality work. Don t trust your vehicle to a Big Box faceless auto shop. This mom & pop shop is worth a try. Thanks QUALITY TIRE! If you wonder where honesty, integrity and good workmanship can be found in today's world you have found the right place.When I took my F15 in for fuel pump problemsI said fix it. My jaw dropped when they called 2 days later and said that it was only a fuse problem, not the fuel pump.They could have easily said they changed the fuel pump and charged me 5x what they charged for the repairs.If you want quality work and that honesty everyone searches for then have the sense to recognize it when you see it, and you will see it with Quality Tire and Auto. They will get all of my work from now on, period.

These guys are awesome. The time frame they gave, they meet or better. They are affordable and amazing with their service, I would recommend if your having any type of car trouble take it to them, and they will work with you on your payment as long as you re honest.

GREAT customer service and resonably priced. Couldnt ask for a better company to work on my vehicles. The quality of work is excellent and I appreciate them telling me the truth about what actually needs to be done. I never feel ripped off and know that they are trustworthy.
