This place is absolutely amazing!! My son just moved to Winder, this will be his go to place for his cars. He has been ripped off by so many mechanics but not this place they were awesome and friendly. Prices are soooo good too!

I love my cookie and the guys . They always get me right ! My 2009 Acura is still up and running good they do all my maintenances and oil changes . They like family .

HAD DX AUTO REPAIR EXCHANGE MOTOR FROM MY 09 LEXUS 350 FOR ANOTHER USED MOTOR I HAD DELIVERED TO DX AUTO AND THEY INSTALLED IT AND OTHER PARTS THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON MY CAR AND RUNS PERFECT NO PROBLEMS AT ALL I WOULD RECOMMEND DX AUTO REPAIR FOR ANY AUTO REPAIR NEEDED AND THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND FAIR

I go here for any auto issues I can't handle. The shop is small but the staff are experienced and friendly. Your car will leave fixed in my experienced and I trust these guys. I had a bad fuel injector. I decided to replace all of them since they would probably all be going bad soon. I dropped the car off and they had it fixed within two days as we had discussed. Very nice people and they do a good job. Much more affordable then the big chain stores. I will be using them again without a doubt.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I took my Nissan Frontier in to Dang last month for a new transmission because it was not shifting gears properly and he found a replacement that was very reasonably priced and he was very nice and professional. I highly recommend him. He did a great job and my truck runs great now. Thank you so much Dang!!

. Very near closing time. Closing within five minutes of me arriving. They didn t turn me away. Terrible scrubbing sound underneath my car. I d just paid Athens Nissan over five thousand dollars for replacement of the CVT on my 2017 Maxima two weeks prior Nissan Athens did not put the undercarriage cover back on properly. 12 clips missing and my fog light coming out of its socket on the right side.Nissan parts (supposed to be new parts) have repairs/replacement and only to be given 12 thousand miles or 12 months warranty on the replacement. You May want to insure you at least put the cover back on properly in order to keep it clean. DX Auto fixed it at No Charge! Yeah! And they didn t do the repairs.This is a truly above and beyond! Awesome Thank You so much! Donuts are on the way! I will tell everyone!

They told me they couldn't install a normal exhaust on my car , and that was just calling them to ask the price . They never even seen the car..Wow why are u in business? and you even advertise exhaust work as a service ...what a joke !

Gave me a starter knowing it should have been the alternator trash service and took my 250 dollars and when I ask for core charge gave me a starter to another car lol..trash

I miss Dang, may he RIP but his family is making him very proud and they did a GREAT Job repairing my car as always for the past 12 years... while Beating all competitors prices. I always know when in doubt to just call DX Auto Thanks A+++

I was referred to this auto shop by a friend of the family. Yesterday, my husband and I left the car at the shop because it was closed on yesterday. After work, we went by to check on my car. Today, the owner called me and let me know it was misfiring as I suspected. Very good prices and reasonable.Well, my husband and I get there and he tries to make us look stupid by asking if there was a cover on my car. My husband said yes! I go out and look under the hood, and the cover is missing! The owner laughs it off to my husband and says," you can go get one from the junk yard!" My husband is furious! We believe someone at that shop either stole it or misplaced it. Just tell the truth about it instead of lying!!!!!They did a good job on my Toyota, but we will never use this shop again! Totally disappointed!

Great experience! Dealer wanted a rediculous amount of money to replace something they said they couldn't repair, brought it here and got it repaired for a great price!(got a quote from here for the replacement also, and it was less than 1/3 the price of the dealer) car is running excellent now. Will definitely be returning

Very honest mechanic. Pulled into parking lot with an overheating issue. Dang diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Very fair pricing. Confirmed work fixed the problem before stating it was fixed. Will definitely be going back with any future issues.

So I had been using D X Auto Repair for about 3 months. I like Dang the owner. He was out for a couple of weeks and his staff was in charge. I had a car that had a loud front bearings. I had D X Auto Repair replace them. Well when I picked up the car the ABS light was on. It was not on before I had the bearings replaced. I took it home and waited for Dang to get back and to complain about his staff [fixing one thing and breaking another!!!]. I explained that his staff did a repair and that the ABS light was on. He did fix this. But a few miles of driving about 25 miles, I saw that there was GREASE inside the fender wells slung all over the place. D X Auto Repair had damaged both my CV joints during the repair because of incompetence or his staff on did it on purpose because I complained? Note that there was nothing wrong with the CV joints before and D X Auto Repair had damaged the rubber boots around BOTH of them. I took it to another mechanic my friend told me about. It cost me another almost $300 to replace the CV joints. THEY FIXED ONE THING AND BROKE ANOTHER TWICE COSTING ME HUNDRED'S OF DOLLARS!!! Also Keep in mind I felt really funny because the staff said they wanted cash for the repair over the phone when they said it was ready for pickup. When I went to get it the staff would not give me a receipt. I think his staff was going to pocket the cash [note I have my credit card statement because he forgot to ask for cash and when he would not give me a receipt, I needed a record of the transaction!!!] I am seriously thinking about filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but what is the point, I know never to go there again because I was burned twice!!! Don't take your car there. You will be sorry!!!

If I can't fix it I use these guys. They have always been honest with me and they charge very reasonable rates.
