I contacted them last week to inquire about their availability for appointments, and they requested information regarding the issues with my car. I provided a detailed explanation. Unfortunately, their response was not helpful. Person On the phone told me to junk the car get rid of it no point without even doing any physical diagnostics I ended up taking it somewhere else they ran the diagnostics told me the issues and gave me the solutions. Now I m back on the road.

Dropped my car off today and the staff were very friendly and happy to help me out. Looks like they do great work and I am excited to get my car back and roadworthy!Update: Benjamin and James were great and always took my call when I was checking in on my car. Super happy with their work and how well they treated me and my car. If I could leave 2 reviews I could. This BMW shop rocks. I was in search of a small part for a headlight bracket. I ordered one from an online vendor after 12 days, it still had NOT shipped. I began calling all over the ATL area. Crazy luck this place had one. In addition to that, James at this shop, gave me advice and input on a few other issues I m fighting with my car. He also gave me a small wire bundle for me to use in splicing a few things on the car.Even tho he s a solid 1:20hr drive from me, I d certainly make the trek up there if end up need work done beyond my capabilities.Thanks fellas!

My wife and I bought our son an E46 for his first car. We spent a lot of time looking for parts online and yard sale sites to replace some of the plastic parts inside. I remembered this place after passing a few times and decided to give it a try. As I pulled in James met me at my driver door and asked what can I do for you ? . It s hard to find customer service like this anymore. He was super helpful and even gave me some pointers. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Never had a problem with these guys until dude tried to tell me i needed a transmission when i didn t . Caught an attitude on the phone with a guy i guess he didn t like that so he went and tweaked with my transmission. Car runs like complete garbage now thanks to ben! Don t recommend these people at all.

James is awesome, he is very knowledgeable with the n54 engine, and he is always very helpful whenever I need parts for it, I would highly recommend bimmerworld in winder ga if you ever need parts or service.

Since I discovered Bimmer Motor World a year & a half ago, they have save me A TON of money on parts for my son s e90. The only thing better than the prices has been working with James with his amazing knowledge & exemplary customer service! If they don t have it, you really didn t need it.

Very disappointing experience. Took my vehicle (which they have in the picture) for a water pump and thermostat replacement which i supplied both brand new and marked with paintpen. Told me it was 4hrs and I could get it next day. End up taking a week but this is not the concern, the issue started when I was told my vehicle was fixed so I went to pick it up, they said it's out on the test drive, no problem so i paid, as my vehicle returned they said just one more day to fine tune. Next day I received a call saying my vehicle cannot be repaired. Then preceed to tell me if I needed it fixed I have to pay again. So i went to collect my vehicle and realized that the brand new thermostat was never installed (they just took it) and my cooling system was filled with water (they charged me for coolant replacement. So please be careful here!!

They replaced everything underneath the hood. They even took the time working on the vehicle when it said there 2 to 3 months, they would even call us on the parts that needed to be changed and let us know what they were doing once it was done and complete it. They took it for a test drive to make sure that everything was good and that there was no more problems done with the vehicle.

Great customer service and communication! Could not be happier with my experience. Got a drivetrain malfunction on my BMW and took it to the dealer first since I had a recall as well. They wanted thousands of dollars for something that might fix the problem after having the car for 3 days. Benjamin had the exact problem diagnosed and repaired in under an hour for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change
