When it comes to getting your vehicle repaired, you need to call Akins Collision Center. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you l!! Elaine is awesome , Erica Landress and the team are the greatest!!

So these people deserve a review! Car number one my daughters car, a Barrow County school bus backed into her. I had it towed to Akins where Erica made sure everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Car number 2 my son was stopped at a stop sign where a lady accidentally turned to wide and hit him. His car took a little bit longer than my daughters, due to it being a Hyundai. Erica did not stop. She kept me updated daily and made sure that my son s car was in perfect condition before he got it back. I am beyond impressed with everybody in the collision center and so thankful for everything that they have done.Thank you again Erica, you definitely went over and beyond!!

Professional service and team. People who live in Winder work here so you'll see people who are invested in their reputation.Clean facilities and professional environment. They were very helpful in working through difficulties with the insurance companies. Repairs likely to take several weeks but that's normal for the industry.Highly recommended.

10/10Great experience here dealing with thorough professionals who "know" how to handle (damaged) vehicles and customers esp., after (traumatic) accidents.I got into an accident (first one in ~ 20+ years) when a lady rear-ended in our new Raptor at full speed (no brakes, nothing). A traumatic experience but the crystal clear communication and honest feedback/ guidance from staff here, esp., Erica Landress, has reassured me that my case is in good hands!Erica is exceptionally professional, and has gone above and beyond to calm my nerves, abridge communications between insurance (agents), accessors, and various parties... while keeping a good hold on the 'action plan' to fix the truck.PS: I hope everyone stays accident free but (God Forbidden), IF you get into one, see Erica/ Akins Collision Center.Y'all can thank me later! Recently had my 2023 Jeep Wrangler repaired from hitting an animal. Erica had the parts in, painted, and ready to go in 5 business days. The repair technician was super nice and did and excellent job on the fix. Highly recommend them.

Car hit right front side of bumper scrapped it. This truck hit in same side same place by 2 different people. Akins Collision Center fixed my bumper 2 different times. They did a really great job both times. I love Akins Ford Dealership and collision center. Will not ever go anywhere else

Erica waited on me ASAP when I walked in to their shop due to being rear-ended. Such a relaxed atmosphere which is what you need after having your almost new car banged up! I have used Akins Collision before and they did a superb job! I must add Erica made me feel she would take care of everything and put my mind at ease.

I can't comment on the quality of the work because the vehicle has been there for months with no end in sight. Endless delays or excuses about the insurance company. Plus, they never contact you to update you on anything. Maybe they figure you will just forget you even own that vehicle. I will never use them again.

Took my 2020 challenger for body work after a incident with a deer. I would not recommend their body shop to my worst enemy. It took 10 days for them to prepare an estimate. And so far they had my car for 7 weeks and still aren t finished yet. Not to mention it was one excuse after another as to why it is taking so long. With that being said I haven t seen the car so I can t say anything about the workmanship. But as far a customer service and how they run a business they are a joke

Brought my 2017 Explorer to Erica to have warranty work done on the hood. Erica kept in touch and provided updates. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of work was excellent. The overall staff was very professional and polite.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I came to this place trying to get an estimate for my car on a paint job, but the inspector refuse to work on my car due to the amount of time and effort it would take, it really made me think how bad the service would be then if one was wanting or expecting some nice money's worth paint job. Needless to say I don't recommend this place for any type of work..
