Had my pick up order ready 15 minutes after I ordered it but the cashier could've been a little nicer and with a thank you the other employee a smaller young lady was very professional with a hello when I entered the store and a thank you have a nice day when I left wish I knew her name she was very nice

I took a friend here to Advance Auto on Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, GA.While he was inside getting a serpentine belt, I decided to snap a few pictures to show you guys how clean and how spacious this store is.FAIR PRICES.FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL STAFF.CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED.

Person who was at this location when I visited was not knowledgeable and was also not helpful. I would not return to this location again. The people at Russell were a lot more helpful, and in general I'm more pleasant experience while trying to work through a project

Got my rear window wiper here. They offered to help but I figured it out myself. They were fun and happy and we all laughed when I showed them the video on how to do it.

Had an issue with my car battery. The staff was extremely helpful and diagnosed the problem right away. They explained everything throughly and told me my battery was just fine and I had an electrical issue with my car. Didn't try to sell me anything and gave me great advice. Highly recommend going here if you want an honest diagnostic on your car. Will be back if I need anything!

I wish I could rate my experience 0 stars because I would. I purchased a part from the advance auto parts on 96 and they were so nice they were out of stock of the part I needed and they called the Russell location to pick up the part that I paid for. The young man that was in the front acted like I wanted to steal the part and that he didn t want to help me or give it to me. He was so rude and I will not he returning to this location at all.

My experience at Advance Auto Parts was abSOlutely outSTANDing! Mr. Marcus G was superb with helping me to find the battery I needed for my automobile and installing it. He was cordial, professional, and understanding. Likewise, Ms. Tara (Manager on duty) was helpful with referencing additional options to update my Speed Perks account. I certainly appreciate their help today because my impromptu visit was definitely met with timely customer service!!

I needed a replacement for a torn windshield sunshade. I took the old one in to get the size right. Justin, the manager, was on the counter. He took the time to get a replacement and take it to the van to check the fit. Amazing service. As I have said before, I am handicapped and really appreciate the help.

Awesome place! The people that works at this one on Russell Park Way and also the one on HWY 96 by CVS all are Awesome they would come out there and change out you winshield wipers, your battery,and if you needed a tool or something like that to borrow for a minute, they got that too! I had a flat tire and what I thought was going to be a quick fix ended up costing me 88 bucks because my tire needed a valve stem sensor replaced in it, go figure but they help me as much as they could and got it takin care of. Thanks jeff

The delivery driver called AZ is a horrible person. He threatens and harass the customers and they still allow him to work there
