I took my great-grandson and great granddaughter to the Tifton to meet Santa and talked with Christy Wheeler. Max met Christy when she spoke at Len Lastinger career day. She invited him to come meet Santa and sit on some bikes. Needless to say he was.What a wonderful person Miss Wheeler is, she took so much time with him and so much interest.No doubt he is hooked for life on Harley-Davidson.

Went for trunk or treat.We go to a lot of events here, and it is always great.Yall the staff is exactly what you'd expect. Amazing.They have all been here some years, so it is easy to maintain a relationship w them, and they get to know your bike, you, and the next bike that would be perfect for you.Thank you, guys, for your commitment to us.

Amazing place to buy a bike! I just bought my first street bike from Tifton Harley-Davidson. I told my salesman Tyler what I was looking for and he hooked me up! 2014 Street Bob is now in my garage. The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and included plenty of friendly banter from the staff as Tyler took me around the place to get the deal sorted out. They seemed to be short staffed, like many businesses these days, but the mood was still genuinely upbeat and it definitely appears as though work is getting done. Of Note: Tyler waited on me to get to Tifton from Albany to pick up my bike. The store closes at 6pm and I was able to get there around 5:20pm. Tyler had my bike outside waiting for me to take it for a test spin. He spent as much time as I needed to get me familiar with my new bike. All-the-while, his beautiful baby girl was in her car seat in the air conditioned car just chillin. Now, that s dedication to a job. Thank you Tyler!I haven t been too far on my new bike, but it s exactly what I wanted. I know there was some luck involved, but the kindness and hustle of the staff at Tifton H-D made the largest impact.Thank you Jenny for my Bell! Tyler helped me get it attached close to the ground.Thank you Selena for getting me scheduled for Riders Academy!And, thanks to the rest of the staff at Tifton H-D! Every department I visited was a pleasure.Follow up: Saturday 08/12/2023Got my updated 2014 Street Bob back today. The Service Employees at Tifton H-D did a crazy-good and clean job! Take a look at my attached before and after pics. Also, shout-out to the 3rd Annual Jeep & Creep at Tifton H-D! My wife has a Wrangler, and there were some sick rides there today; of both the 2 and 4 wheeled kinds. Gave my wife ideas for her ride.If I could, I would give Tifton H-D more stars. These guys are great folks. They care about you, your wants and needs. Not just a sales number. They are about an hour away but I will be using them for service and accessory purchase. Would definitely recommend the team at Tifton Harley-davidson.Update April 26: So we have had our big blue trike for a little over a month and love it. We have taken several 500+ miles rides. We have also learned about rain and how often we need to plan on stopping for fuel and walk around. Jake and Mike did an excellent job of matching our wants and needs to this bike. We are really getting into the Harley experience, we both are members of HOG and do their challenges as well as Harley Davidson miles challenge. Also this is our first bike in over 30 years, first Harley and first trike.So go see Mike or Jake and get to riding.

One of the nicest dealerships i have been to. The staff was top notch from the non high pressure sales staff to the service department and beyond. I would recommend that if you are anywhere in the south Georgia area and looking for a Harley please see them first. They have a wide selection of new and used motorcycles for sale and can meet anyone's needs.

Of all the Harley Davidson dealers I have visited, Tifton Harley Davidson is by far the best of the best!! From the Motor clothes staff to our Salesman Mike Webb, y all are killing it and we will definitely be back with friends soon

Great service and friendly staff. I had a flat tire, they came and picked me up on the side of the road. They stayed after hours to make sure I could continue on my way.

These folks are great! On my ride from Daytona to LaGrange, GA I had a rear flat tire.I was towed in for service. They took me right in, installed a new tire. As part of the service they checked my brakes. The pads were toast. They replaced them, made sure everything was good to go and had me out the door in about an hour and a half. The price was reasonable, even reminded me to use my discount. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was fresh. Everyone made an effort to make me feel welcome, the mechanic, Pat, came out and showed me the defective parts. Check them out the 2019s are in.

This place sells about 80 bikes a month mainly because of their lifetime warranty they offer on their bikes. Lifetime means LIFETIME AND COVERS EVERYTHING no other dealer around here offers this warranty. They had plenty of bikes to choose from, new and used and a friendly staff. So if your ready to take that plunge this is the place

Highly recommend. 10/10 experience.Not only did they have a tech there on Sunday but my bike needed a voltage regulator to get me back home. Even though the part was out of stock the team at THD bent over backwards to get me back on the road.Thank you again guys!

Very dissapointed and dissatisfied this time. 03/04/22. I had a 1:30 pm appointment for having my oil changed. I rode my Harley 55 miles from Albany (one way) and arrived at the dealership at 1:20 pm. Walked in and announced that I was here for my appointment. The young guy at the service desk said it could take a while (hours) because they had 3 rider breakdowns come in this morning. So Dave and Jeff suggested I come back on my 20k mile service and get the engine, primary and trans. replaced at the same time. Seemed really odd that this was suggested since I already had 3600 hundred miles on the oil in the engine. This will put me at 7,200 miles on the oil change. Not to mention the 3 hours it took me to ride 110 miles both ways and the time at the dealership. No compensation was offered. It's hard to believe that they did not call me and tell me to hold off and set up another time.*****5 stars in 2019...Service personnel was much customer orinted. Service manager "Big Joe" and "Little Joe" was very accommodating. Nice staff! Treated me like family. Lots of inventory.

Got there 5 minutes to close and they were super helpful. Just popped in for a chip on our way back to Ohio. They give me a keychain and tattoo for all 5 kids on our road trip! Thanks guys and gals keep up the good work! Your dealership is gorgeous!

Nice Harley dealer and a big Harley dealer. Stopped in while passing through. They had a large selection of all the latest Harleys. Some I've not seen in Richmond. If I lived here I would definitely come to this location for my parts and service. Everyone seems very welcoming and friendly

Went in today was wanting to trade my 2020 street glide cvo for the new 2023 cvo walked around the store found the bike I was looking for looked at it for a good 15-20 minutes talked to a Nother customer about the bike for 5 minutes or so not one time did anyone of the staff say anything to me not even a hi I guess they don t want to sale any bikes so on my way out I stoped and petted the cat laying on the receptionist deskThe receptionist didn t even acknowledge me there I guess I ll try a different dealership down the road on my next day off

Confusing ! I arrived at Harley D. full of hope and enthusiasm looking at multiple bikes . Prices were right just as I d seen on internet. WoW ! Decided to purchase a brand new 2023bike . Credit approved. Great ! WAKE UP CALL. They wanted to finance me with 21% financial rate . I couldn t believe that , salesman said there was an error ok 14% rate I was quoted for multiple years. No way in hell I m paying over 7K$ so that means my 5K down just pays a majority or financed charge . My salesman did a wonderful job very knowledgeable an kind . I don t blame him, I blame the system. Thanks Chris M. You did a fantastic job

Great atmosphere! Very helpful group!! Mr. Wallace extremely helpful! As a new rider he got me on a jumpstart to practice before my BRC! Mrs. Selena and the rest of the sales team were great and very family friendly to my 7 and 3yr old! 10/10 recommend
